Please do not spend your hard earned money here. After purchasing two pizzas, I noticed hair in the pizza I was eating. I returned to the store and nicely requested a refund for both. The manager that made the pizza said I I will only refund one made me furious. Long story short I was refunded for the two pizza after the manager threatened to call the cops on me and stating to call corporate because the complaint will come back to him. This store use to be a good place to buy pizza. Now it's a dump that needs new leadership. If you like the Jets brand go to another location. read more

I've always loved Jet's pizza but haven't had any in the last 6months or so, until today. Ordered 8 corner jet 10 and 8 corner pepperoni. The pepperoni was ok but my favorite jet 10 way too much pizza sauce and was cold in the middle. I requested extra cheese but it hardly had any on it. Don't know what has happened to this place but I hope it can be fixed. read more

Food: best pizza in town Service: variable -- I use the app to order pizza but had trouble making the app function correctly. I then called the number listed and they answered and I ordered my pizza. When I went to pick it up at the store on Madison Street, it turned out that I had ordered from the store on Fort Campbell Blvd. 20 miles away. So nearly 1 hour later, I got home with lukewarm pizza. If they had merely answered saying "Jet's Pizza Fort Campbell Blvd.", I would have known I had called the wrong number. When I was at the MADISON Street store, someone answered the phone there and then just said"Jet's Pizza" without telling the location. A simple, small change might improve with customer experience. I wonder how often this happens. THEY HAVE A TERRIFIC PRODUCT and most of the workers are pleasant. I cannot fault them for poor service training on answering the phone. It is sad that they still cannot get their app to work properly after at least one year in my experience. read more

Never again. Either the sausage or the pepperoni was bad, but there was some kind of "funky" taste to our pizza. After this bs, we are going back to frozen, less expensive and i can add my own toppings for a fraction of what thud cesspool charges. read more

Yalll! So happy there is a jets pizza here, the ranch is absolutely to die for- my favorite part about the whole place. Who doesn't love a homemade ranch :) read more

Got our order wrong. Ordered a large all meat pizza with extra mozzarella Nd pepperoni. Plus add onions and mushrooms. We received a thin crust pizza with mozzarella pepperoni onions and mushrooms only. A $38.00 + pizza was ordered. The pizza we received was cold and cheap. read more

Best fast food pizza around! Tastes awesome, preservatives and all! Heartburn, yep...and I'll subject myself to it over and over cause it tastes sooooo gooooddd Service...it's a fast food chain...they are people just trying to make some money, at the expense of verbal abuse from all the hateful people that can't wait to unleash their fury onto them.. The staff was amazing! My visit was @8pm on 9/26 Thank you so much for being amazing!! read more

Jet's Pizza - Pepperoni pizza feom Jetta - Pizza Near Me - Clarksville, Tennessee

This pizza was dry and burned. Got garlic enchanted crust, couldn't taste any garlic. I had Jets at home in another state and remember it being much better then this. You would of thought getting 4 toppings, their would of been so much toppings it wouldn't of gotten burned. Very little toppling and the sausage was as hard as a brick. You can see in the picture the onion and peppers were burned. Got the wings and they were good. Lesson learned won't go back. read more

Just called to place an order for delivery with my citysaver coupon and after waiting what seemed like forever I told the girl on the phone that I had a coupon and she said delivery is an hour to an hour and a half wait. I told her that was fine, and immediately put me on hold. After another wait on hold the general manager came on the phone telling me they don't have any delivery drivers available and they can't accept city saver coupons anymore because the door dash drivers that they have to use don't bring them back. And then she hung up on me!!!! No apologies, or "goodbye". Just hung up. This customer service is horrible. Dont tell me how long delivery is and take my coupon and then send me to the general manager to tell me u don't have any drivers. I'm very disappointed and I don't know if I'll ever order with them again. Not when I'm treated like crap. read more

Waited 2 hours for a pizza that I ordered from Jetts. Beware we used their website to order, but they use doordash for their delivery. Called twice and was hung up on twice. First time the lady said my pizza was delivered and straight hung up on me. The second time the man was nice and helpful (even admitted they have had problems with doordash). When I questioned if I was getting a pizza that was sitting for an hour before it was picked up I was hung up on again. Spoiler alert; the pizza arrived cold and nasty. We had to heat it up for another 15 mins in the over to eat it. Last time we use Jetts. read more

Is it the customer's job to let you know why they're loitering in your business? No. It's the employees. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing here, and the man who spoke to me was extremely condescending. Expect to wait, and to listen to the unprofessional phone conversations they have with their friends while you wait. read more

Terrible food. The large pepperoni pizza was swimming in grease it was in a puddle in the center of the crust. The cauliflower crust pizza was burned. The medium antipasto salad had two pieces of meat, three black olives with old nasty slimy lettuce. No pride along with low quality food makes this a negative review from start to finish. read more

Jets pizza-Clarksville customer service sucks!!! Placed an order online. Was told it would be ready in 25 minutes. Showed up in 35 minutes and was told it would be another 25 minutes! Cancelled order and was told I wouldn't get refund for 3-5 business days. Spoke to manager and he suggested we don't place orders online!!!! Update: the owner of this Jet's Pizza location reached out to me and apologized. I felt he was very sincere. He gave me a credit but His apology meant more to me. I really do like their pizza so I will give them 3 stars from 1 and hopefully the customer service at this location gets better! read more

Jet's Pizza - Try the ranch as a dipping sauce YOU WON'T REGRET! - Pizza Near Me - Clarksville, Tennessee

This is not good pizza. It's like eating a bad frozen pizza, only more expensive. The pizza I ordered was round...they cut it into a bunch of tiny (like 2 inch long) square pieces. Made it hard to eat a normal sized slice. Toppings are sparse. I would not order from here again, I would rather make my own pizza. They deliver so that's why they got two stars. read more

NEW FAVORITE PIZZA PLACE IN CLARKSVILLE!!! This place is so yummy. Ordered two mini pizza. One for me that was thin crust pepperoni and one that was deep dish supreme for the hubs. They were both so good. Crust was crispy, toppings were fresh. Delivery was quick. We also ordered a side Greek salad...because you know...New Years resolutions, ha! It was amazing as well. We used to always order Woody's pizza but we will forevermore be ordering Jet's! read more

pizza was absolutely amazing. the salad was so and the service provided by Jennie was phenomena. definitely will be back!!

Food is beyond yummy it just takes FOREVER to get. Went in for a quick bite and it turned into a waiting game... for a salad... ugh time management needs to be addressed... sucks for a place to have good food but below satisfactory service times especially when its not a busy hour or even lunch or dinner time... geeze!!! We get Jet's once a week. We always order the same thing. Our order was not correct and the delivery girl said she would be back to bring us a new pizza. 1.5 hours later I called the store, The person was very rude and said they will not do anything. We are done with Jet's if this is how they treat their regular costumers. read more

The pizza is great. The only problem I have is, they don't wash their hands. The girl that took my order had a runny nose wiped her nose with her hand. Handled money for my order and two guys that followed me. Went right to making pizza without ever washing her hands. So gross. If you handle food you need to at least wash your hands. That's like rule number one. read more

so if you are dining in at least at the madison location don't expect to watch anything enjoyable on the tv's they put the least appealing stuff on so their employees won't be distracted. This at the expense of paying customers...who are forced to watch/hear late 70's/early 80's game shows.. thumbs down Jets this was a direct from their mgr. M. Crawley read more

Had their pizza once before. Liked it. Lacks friendly customer service. Called to place my order. Went through the whole thing then was told they need to put me on hold to take another call. This was OK if they told the other person to hold and complete my order but nope. Kid came back on and asked me to repeat my order a third time so I ask for the manager and the manager says its only taking longer speaking with him after I give him my speel. Speaking to the manager was useless because before I finish he says have a good day and hangs up read more

The pizza in the past was brilliant, but last time I ordered the place seemed to be slipping. Besides being chronically understaffed, there seems to be a push to avoid making non-specialized pizzas. I told the clerk what I wanted and he seemed to have concluded that it was one of their specialty pizzas. As such, I didn't get what I ordered and what I did get fell short of what Jet's was once capable of. Nevertheless, maybe it was just a bad day or the clerk was new. I'll try again sometime, but will make sure they are paying attention to my actual order next time. read more

Jets Pizza is awesome no matter where you are. I first had it in Michigan and had been missing it. I was so happy when they opened here, and was not disappointed! Same great taste as every other Jets I've been to. Jets is the only chain that can give The Michael's Pizza a run for its money (flavor-wise). read more

Extremely underwhelming. The pizza was rubbery with canned mushrooms and other lack luster toppings. It wouldn't bug me if it didn't cost that much more than other pizza joints. I had heard a lot of hype but it was really just disappointing. read more

I'm from up north where I only ate Jets. Now that it's here I like Clarksville a little more. Jets is the BEST pizza (deep dish style) and it's the only pizza you should ever eat with a fork and knife to savor the flavor that much longer. Their sandwiches and salads are great too! I haven't had any problems with Jet's. I love their pizza and antipasto salad. Delivery is always quick and my pizza is always hot and made right. Have had Jet's in Ohio - for deep dish they provide a flavorful pizza. The real issue is the spotty service and L-O-N-G delays. The time before last I ordered a pizza for pick up online and after waiting the suggested time went to pick it up. It wasn't even in the oven! A half hour later I left, and chalked it up to them being busy. Two weeks later and the same experience, so I took a 'break' from our favorite pizza place and glad we did - Woody's and Marco's are much better, and Luigi's service and delivery can't be beat! Sure, of the three each offers a different tasting pizza, but give each a try and you might find a better alternative. read more
