Disappointed. It has been a few months since ordered their salads and sandwiches. Was always delicious and generous size. Salad was about half than what we usually received, dressing was changed to off brand. Sandwiches had half the normal ingredients. And overall both were bland. I understand the cost of food has gone up and adjustments have to made, that is business. But changes too extreme for the cost. Hopefully the pizzas quality fares better. read more

Food is nothing incredible but it's solid and reliable. Also customer service has been really good recently, had them come to my house 3 times on a delivery with a messed up order. Yeah it got messed up but them coming out 3 times and not making a fuss was pretty nice to see. read more

Easy spot to pop in for a few beers and some pizza or subs. Food is decent and the beer is cold. It can get pretty busy and loud at times. There were some staffing changes, and a lack of glassware last fall, but it looks like they have things back together. It's one of the few places to eat in Woodlawn, so eat local and help out your neighborhood food places. read more

They have really cut their pizza portions since last year along with many food services. The pizza crust is so thin and hard it is just not pizza crust anymore...skimpy toppings even when I paid for extra extra cheese...just a sprinkling...I buy dijorno pizza now read more

One of our family's favorite places to eat! The atmosphere is awesome. The patriotism and respect for law enforcement is very wonderful to see. The wait staff are always kind and courteous. You have to try the chicken bacon ranch. Probably one of the best kept secrets of all time. We typically eat here at least once every couple of weeks! Love, love, love it! read more

I love this pizza spot! It's right near home, the staff is friendly and the pizza is always served fresh and I personally think it tastes great! I've heard people say they don't care for it but I think they are crazy. Plus they give you free dessert pizza when you dine in! Who can beat that?!? If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Absolute horrible service. The "manager" lady came up after our server stating that we were only allowed to have one two liter for our party of 8, mind you we had already finished our food and the 2 liters were practically empty. Most of our food came out cold and we had to constantly wait for our items to come out literally one by one. Our server would tell us she'd be right back with plates and the whole time we were there we never once got plates and instead had to eat off of the paper towels. Mind you we asked the server and she said that was fine. The "manager" with the nappy black hair then stated she was going to charge us for everything individually even though we had done two family plans and only had one drink. So for an order that should have only been $60 she charged us $90. Every time we've been in there the woman with the black hair has always been so rude. But to walk over to our table after we were done eating to tell us "the owner is going to be texting me about this, you should know better that only one liter is allowed" was beyond disrespectful and disgusting behavior. This woman had the audacity to say that we are supposed to be Christians and "need to repent". And of course the other tables around us thought it was funny that she felt the need to come up to us. I hope she's happy she embarrassed herself in front of everyone. Don't waste your time with these absolute morons. Worst dine in experience we've ever had! read more

On 8/27/23 I was traveling through the area on business, and we decided to stop at Woody's. We got a thin crust meat pizza that was $30!! It had no taste at all. But wait, it gets better. A couple hours after we got home, I was struck down with massive food poisoning. It lasted all night. Here it is three days later and my stomach STILL hurts. I missed two days of work. My companion also got it, but not as bad as me. On 8/29/23 while still feeling awful, I called Woody's to complain. A man answered. I told him I got food poisoning from their food. He said "I'm not surprised. We got a new meat vendor, and we've been suspicious of the meat." But they still served it!! This could have killed someone! My companion who paid called them today to ask for his money back. No refund yet. I have reported Woody's to the State of TN. There absolutely will be consequences for this reckless behavior. read more

Only giving two stars because the service was alright. The salad is super overpriced for what it is and the pizza sauce is too sweet and everything is bland from the crust to the veggies. Definitely don't go here if you're trying to skip the meat anyways. read more

I just want to say I LOVE this place. I've lived in the Woodlawn area (this time) 2 1/2 years now....and everytime I go to Woody's, its an awesome experience. Its clean, the food is awesome, the employees are always friendly....I've never had a bad experience with anything there. Now I know everyone probably can't say the same thing but I can. I've never had a rude employee, a bad order, an incorrect order and I've done dine in AND take out multiple times. Tonight I went in and asked for a special request because I wanted to split up my order (some for now, some for lunch tomorrow at work) and with a smile they said sure and did exactly as I asked. I just wished they would tear the old dingy carpet up so the inside looked a little cleaner and for a salad it wasn't less than a bite and a half but other than that food wise they are amazing and have great delivery as well. read more

We tried the All Meat Pizza, It's one of the better pizza joints we've been to, it definitely beats a franchise pizza place any day. Very cheesy and soft when it comes out and it tastes great cold also. I do love the local feel and the service has been great here. Delivery options also a plus! read more

We LOVE this place!! We live right down the street, and eat here or get takeout every other week or so. Our favorites are the Pepperoni Creation Pizza and Italian Sub. The lasagna is pretty yummy, too and we also like the breads sticks with cheese. If you dine in, you get FREE cinna-sticks, which are super delicious!! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5, is because we ordered hot wings once and they were the worst wings we've ever had. Soooo just stick with anything but wings, and you should be good!! read more

Last two times we dined in they got our order wrong. Tonight I had a pizza delivered and it took an hour and 45 minutes to get here. Lifted the box top and sure enough the pizza was ice cold. Store told me they would charge me half price. I refused it all together. Not the first time but definitely the last! I will NEVER order pizza from these folks again and I hope you don't either. Go for the beer and bring good company for the wait. The food isn't bad and it's convenient for the area but the service is typically awful. My table had to refill our own drinks the last time we were there even though there were only a couple other people in the restaurant. They're open fairly late which is a plus. read more

This place had the worst food. Pizza is not good and the Italian sub I had was even worse!! The cuts of meat were thick, an seemed like they got it from prepqckaged from the fridge section at the cheapest grocery store in town. Will not eat here again. read more
