The store was running late on the bread bake (which meant ours was as fresh as I could be). I spent a good 10-15 minutes in my Yankees cap (like the color not the team) studying the cuts of meat while a guy in a Redsox hat waited on the adjacent stool for his Boston Beef '3 way'. The wait staff were making some valid points about chatGPT while shredding the turkey, but I kept my mouth shut and my nose clean. Our Square and New Deal sandwiches were impeccable (albeit objectively speaking, my New Deal was better). I'm looking for the right mix of textures, meat, no skimping on Kewpie and a bread I can take a good bite out of - and it was an all around excellent sandwich on those counts. In waiting - I refreshed knowledge of hog body parts, and no Yanks/Sox fights broke out. My friend ordered the chips and queso and everything was already pre packaged and took for ever to come out, she had to remind them since they forgot.
