Our group from the Y chose Chil Fil A for lunch today. It was my first trip to this restaurant. First off, the ordering and delivery of the food was seamless and very fast. Unfortunately to get that fast, they have the menu items, including waffle Fry's, ready to serve. This made the temp of the food items only warm, not hot. Had my chicken sandwich been hot and the frys hot and crispy, this would have been a 4.5 star visit. I live in Cincinnati Ohio and went to the Chick-fil-A. They just reopened on Beechmont Avenue. There was a young man named Leo, who was in the drive-through. My husband brought me lunch earlier that day and they forgot the cheese sauce and that's what I love the most so I waited to take out for work to take it back, but I called the manager and his name was Miles Webber, who was absolutely so sweet so when I tell Leo that I'm getting a new meal, he's like no you can only get the cheese sauce you did not get. I said well that was 4 1/2 hours ago. I could get so he brought the manager out and the manager like I said Miles was so sweet and he made my complete meal but Leo was pissed off. He was nasty very condescending. I don't know if it was because I was black but he was the worst person I have ever encountered at Chick-fil-A because I'm a Christian and I've come there me and my family because it's a Christian based Restaurant and everybody is always so friendly. This young man was so nasty. I still have not eaten my food because I'm still so upset it's been a half an hour since I left there, but it bothered me that he was so nasty to me and even the man miles. I apologize a mouse was like oh Leo will get over it. Leo needs some manners and etiquette training. As always, Chick-fil-A delivers great customer service and quality food! It's my all time favorite fast food chain and I have never been to a bad location. This was a pretty busy spot when I got there for lunch but they delivered my food quick, gave me a sandwich that looks like the picture shown on the menu, and followed up my 'thank you' (for bringing my food to the table) with the iconic phrase, "my pleasure." Always top customer service and was really impressed with the fact that most the staff there were respectful teens, always nice to see! I ordered the chicken delux, no pickle, substitute for Colby cheese and add bacon...you heard me, BACON! You can't get cow here but they have that other farm animal that produces greasy slices of love for your chicken sandwich, salad or wraps. They fresh squeeze the lemonade each day and I recommend a chocolate chunk cookie to end the meal. It was super crowded but the associates really were organized and had the line moving quickly. I tried the new spicy grilled chicken. It wasn't hot at all but I did like the cilantro lime sauce that comes on the side. Not sure if I would order this again. Customer service was okay overall. I deleted my 5 star review (this used to be my favorite location) and am updating to 1 based on my most recent experience- I ordered via the Chick-fil-A app, using a reward that I received from Western Hills. Everything went through on my end and the amount on my confirmation was correct. When I got to the window, I was told I couldn't use my reward since it came from another location and I could call Chick Fil A Cares for a refund. I don't ever order the chicken sandwich, I only did this time because it was supposed to be free. But since she said customer service would refund, I didn't hold up the line by ordering something else. Well, when I called a couple hours later the phone rep was very unhelpful and told me there are no issues with the app that would prevent me from using the reward since they are accepted at all locations- which I already knew because I have used rewards from different locations all the time. She said to refresh my app and try again. I told her I was no longer at the restaurant and just needed a refund. She told me no. I asked for a supervisor. She put me on hold for a few minutes and then the line disconnected. Side note- I ordered fruit with the kids meal so I can give that to the baby and a large fry to share with the kid. Instead, I got fries with the kids meal so the baby did not get anything. At this point, I am going to have to dispute the transaction with my bank because apparently, chick fil a does not "care". read more

This location and the one in Springdale are outstanding. They really have the ordering down to a science. The lines always look impossibly long but dont let it fool you, you move pretty quickly. We order from this location 2-3 times per month and we have NEVER had anything wrong. From additions to sandwiches to number of sauces... never any issues. Everything is always hot and as we ordered. I have to tell you - that is a rarity in 'fast food' these days, and at least I know it is quality food. I stop by this location every time I am running errands or shopping at the mall/shops near by. This location is always busy and the line is always heading out of the parking lot. Though, it is absolutely worth the wait! The line may appear long, but it goes by really fast. The staff come to your vehicle in line for you to order and then everyone makes their way thru the drive thru lanes. Towards the end, staff bring the food to your car. I almost always get a regular (sometimes spicy!) chicken sandwich without pickles, fries, and frosted lemonade with BBQ sauce in the bag. My order is always accurate, fresh, and delicious! I have been to this location a few times. The restaurant is usually clean. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I placed my order inside although often I use the app and order in advance. I enjoy the chicken nuggets and waffle fries. I order the lemonade frozen drink regularly. I like that the order was completed after I placed it. It takes a minute for the food to come out but it's because they fix it to order. It has not been super crowded when I have gone so it is not usually a long wait. The food is fresh and hot. It's tasty and the waffle fries are good. I love the frozen lemonade and will drink it before I even get out the building. I love the taste of the nuggets and like when there is a nice portion and size of the nuggets. Overall, it was a positive experience. I will be back at this location. I hate to say it... but this cfa has gone down hill in the past year or so. I hardly am ever given a straw for my drink. The employees are just rude and don't have that cfa customer service that you usually find at a cfa. Today, the order taker was really friendly which usually doesn't happen. I hardly get a greeting or a smile. The window person was either new or didn't care. I had to ask for the kids meal toys which she acted was like an inconvenience. I wasn't given my sweet tea. My food today was seriously disappointing... my sandwich was practically burnt. It was hard in some places and tasted burnt/overcooked. I wasn't given dressing with my side salad either. The lettuce is never fresh looking and the fruit cup is hit or miss. This is also the location my cookie I ordered had fuzz all over it.. like it was dropped I don't know what happened, but the last year has made this location a sucky experience each time. Went in after dress shopping around noon on a Saturday. They were packed!! However you would never have guessed from how friendly and calm the workers were. Like you are the only customer there and they want you to have a great time. I ordered my usual- grilled chicken nuggets and fries. I wanted to try their frozen coffee, so I asked if she would recommend it. To which she said it was her favorite thing and she said she adds chocolate to make it even better! So obviously that's what I did. They brought our food out in under five minutes of ordering it. Everything was amazing. I visit this Chick-fil-a location a couple times a month. I normally go on a weekday between 10am-10:30am for breakfast and find that their drive thru normal doesn't have a long line. Today there were four cars ahead of me which is the busiest I've seen it and they only have one drive thru lane open during the morning (I'm not sure if more are open at lunch time). They move pretty quickly and are friendly there. I always get the same thing, chicken, egg and cheese on a bagel add tomato and colby jack cheese instead of American cheese and a large vanilla iced coffee. Yum! I've received the wrong food once (the lady misunderstood what I ordered and they corrected it quickly) and twice I've received the iced coffee with no vanilla but didn't notice until I got home. Those were thrown away because I don't like the taste of plain coffee. All in all I would recommend this location for their friendly and speedy service. Out of all the Chick-fil-A's that I have been to in the area, this is my least favorite. The food all tastes the same, but they seem to be skimping where they can. All the chicken in the wrap was in the center, where it is cut. There was no chicken at the ends. That means there was no chicken in half the wrap. Only lettuce. All the drinks were filled with ice. A couple sips and it was done. I couldn't leave the kids to get a refill. Nobody was circulating asking if customers wanted refills. My kid's ice cream didn't fill the cone. The picture I have attached is of one bite off the top and one lick around. Ice cream is supposed to fill the compartments by the edge. Nope, dry as a bone. The building is sleek, and modern. The padded seats are nice. Some of the seats are really close together. My kids had a hard time sitting behind another kid. It is a nice looking Chick-fil-A. Finally decided to add it so I could check in and write a review because it is nice inside. So nice- I felt like a tourist or something and didn't take photos! But EVERYONE already knows what the food look like.This design of this franchise is fantastically modern and sleek. Looks like they invested lots of money in the quality of the materials they built the place with.. Every detail down to the employee uniforms were well planned. Customer service was not typical. I know writing a review of a chain restaurant seems like a waste of time because -usually- if you've been to one of the stores you've been to them all. That being said, the service I receive at this Chick-fil-A is so outstanding and "above the norm" that I had to give it a review. Like most Chick-fil-A's, the staff is warm and inviting. They seem genuinely happy to have you in their restaurant and sincerely care about the quality of service they are giving you. The food is always excellent - warm and delicious. If you customize an order they will almost always get it perfect. The restaurant is clean and the drive-through moves faster than a store doing that kind of volume should allow. I think the perfect way to sum up this review is to say that in all the times I've gone there for breakfast lunch or dinner I have never left disappointed. Saw that CFA was offering special meals for Veterans Day. Met another veteran at this location to have lunch not because of the free meal but because it is local and we like the food. Very disappointed and and disgusted that this locations operator, Marc Osborne, chose not to honor veterans today and did not participate in the free meal plan that so many other nicer sit down and fast food restaurants have. What's even worse is that he made the young men and women working the registers be the ones to tell the customers that free meals were not being offered. Way to be a patriot, Marc. I'm now glad that the urinal was overflowing and resulted in standing piss puddles on the floor. I'm sure you had no problem making one of the workers clean that up.
