We dined in at Taco Bell for a quick snack. This location has ordering kiosks, but the staff members checked on us to greet us and make sure we were all good while ordering. We ended up getting some chilitos, fries, cinnamon twists, a Doritos Locos taco and a frozen and regular Baja Blast. The food came out quickly and was hot and the drinks were tasty as always. They had all the sauces out, so even though the kiosk prompts you to choose sauces when you order you can grab them yourself. There were plenty of seats inside and we had fun chatting amongst ourselves while we dined in. read more

I'll start with the worker in the drive thru was great. However the food was just pathetic. Don't ask for any changes. I asked for no sour cream and boy was that a bad idea, it came loaded with sour cream. They act like cheese doesn't exist. Nacho cheese cups not even half full. No nacho cheese on the stacker, which was paper thin as if they had no ingredients in general. And the quesadilla? Just received a DoorDash order 3/1/25 early afternoon from this Franchise. Very impressed with the preparation and portion sizes as well as how the order was packaged. Tacos and burritos were literally stuffed with product which I have never received from any other order/ location. Kudos to you Taco Bell for caring which unfortunately is extremely uncommon anymore with fast food. The sign out front says "We are open for breakfast", however, they never are. I have tried a dozen times in the past year, between 7am and 10am. Usually there is nobody answering the speaker and the doors are locked. Occasionally I'll get a response telling me they are closed because the person speaking is the only one there and he or she can't run the store alone. There were also a couple of times where an employee was smoking outside and would yell to me "we're closed!" If you are really open for breakfast, open at the posted time CONSISTENTLY. Most people grabbing fast-food for breakfast work for a living and are on a tight schedule, so they need you to be predictable. Absolutely disgusting and am appalled over my experience! Ordered via drive through as my husband and I are out on a drive and passing through. My chicken chipotle ranch burrito was poorly put together, tortilla cracked down the middle but whatever were on our way out and hey it's fast food. We pull into a gas station and I'm half way through my mess of a burrito when I find an ant crawling around inside the wrapper... yup, I spit my food out right when my husband gets in the car and tell him what's wrong. The service wasn't really unpleasant, just a general lack of any concern or pride for the company or food being served. The dining area was in decent shape but it definitely needed some cleaning behind the counter. My food was inedible. The beans on both product were stiff as a board, just gross. Tonight I went to Taco Bell Northgate about 7:40 PM. I got two chicken cheese quesadillas and 23 cheese chipotle flatbread melts I actually stopped here about three times a week before I drop my children off to their grandparents because I work third shift the food I received tonight was the freshest food I've received in a while it was hot, fresh and cheese was melting. When I first pulled into the line of 4 cars you would think wouldn't take long right... me too... after 10 minutes of waiting I look to the left and see the reason I haven't got my crunch wrap or even ordered yet... I look to the left to see possibly the only worker on clock doing a drug deal in plain sight... or something else. As 15 minutes pass by I am finally crying watching the Burger King customers enjoy their food I have seen about 25 cars in Burger King and 3 still in-front of me. Thank god I got gas. As I am typing this a car has gotten hangry and drove off I now see him in the Burger King line and he is mocking me as I am crying. I eat here regularly. It is right up the street from my job, so this ends up being lunch a lot of the time. For the most part, I really like this Taco Bell. I've never had an issue with my food or service here, aside from a couple of long waits for food. The food is always fresh, and the portions are how they are supposed to be! I have a Taco Bell near my house, and beyond them just all around being terrible, they always make my bean burritos the size of cheese roll ups! Not here! They always make everything with plenty of ingredients! The staff here is also generally pleasant. I have had some truly amazing service here, some of the associates are top notch. They consistently ask you to fill out the receipt surveys, then if you do they often offer a free drink or dessert. I really haven't had a bad experience with customer service here. Even if the person taking my order isn't going to.win the associate of the year award, they are usually very polite and actually acknowledge your presence. I wish this Taco Bell was closer to my home, or rather, maybe I should be grateful it isn't, because I would probably weigh a lot more from eating here so often. Great Taco Bell if you're dieting because they will definitely forget part of your order. Kind of feels like it's part of this location's unique charm. Also, once, while patiently waiting late one night for my turn at the window of disappointment, I watched as the cashier casually chatted with the occupants of the car in front of me well after they had received their order. Average wait time at night is longer than if I just drive all the way over to the West Chester location and get my food there and come back. I think I've listened to whole albums while waiting. There was also the time I requested Dr. Pepper and watched the guy fill it up with root beer. When I asked if he was sure he gave me the right beverage he stated that he was and I was too tired to argue. Yes, this location saps me of my will to live. It really feels like the whole staff just really hates Taco Bell and so they pass on that feeling to the customers. Probably will go out of my way to avoid this location from now on since every time I go to this one I am sure I'm going to come away feeling a little less hope for our future as a civilization. One last thing, rice should not be crunchy but again, I think they intend to defy all expectations. read more
