This Chipotle needs better in shift management and clearly defined and enforced quality control. It is 6:30pm during a week day and you are out of vegetables, and declining to make more, but still have operational hours until 11 pm. The stations in which food is prepared are filthy at best. This location needs to be reprimanded or overhaul by the franchise because this is well below the standard of a large brand. read more

Understaffed and when we got to order our food, they were out of almost all the meat. All the employees were focused on mobile orders or the front instead of making more food while everything else was empty. Line was super long as a result because we waited. Employees were confrontational over not having enough stuff instead of just... making it? We weren't even being rude over it, just asking for food. This is the second time this month I've had an issue. First time I placed a to go order. While I understand they were out of guacamole and things happen, I was very annoyed at the fact that they waited till I got there to make my food especially because it was not busy and they were goofing off. Today I decided to order online again. Big mistake. My food was missing half of the ingredients I wanted in there and while I put light rice, they filled it will rice probably because it was missing lettuce, guacamole, fajitas, mild tomato and green sauce. This is the worst location ever I went too horrible I made an online pick up order they messed up my order I paid for extra items that were not added to my bowl I get up there I had to wait 40 minutes to a hour to have my bowl remade and still didn't get my extra toppings because apparently they were running out of food my bowl still wasn't remade currently the cook in the back was begging for some help this is like my 4th experience like this I will never return to chipotle again . This is the SLOWEST place ever. Placed an online order for 1 thing. Pick up was for 620...got there at 630 and still had to waited another 35 minutes...almost an hour for 1 burrito bowl. Is like this ALL the time...I very rarely come here because they are either super slow or they are out of a lot of stuff...this is ridiculous. We used to love going to our local Chipotle but this location has gotten horribly slow. Our order was ready 50 minutes past our pickup time. Orders are never ready on-time for pickup. We will be taking our business somewhere that appreciates its customers. Also, there are times that our meat was way too spicy. Flavoring is very inconsistent. read more

This location is an absolute joke. Today they were doing online ordering, so upon arriving I placed an order for two bowls because the wait times on the app was only 10 minutes. Apparently this is because of staffing but there were a ton of employees in there so that doesn't make much sense. Regardless, I placed an order, waited outside for pickup time and went to go inside to retrieve my paid order. An employee came to the door, locked it and walked away without any explanation. I was only able to come in because another customer came out and I got the door. Long story short they had no idea how to find my order, had not made it, and had I not caught someone coming out, would have just ignored the customers outside. They apparently were closing in an hour and running out of items on the line. The staff was just downright rude, joking around instead of actually working, and completely disorganized. The only perk was they made HUGE portions and surprisingly the food was good. I have had experiences at this location with flavor being so so. The dining room was filthy and even if they had open dining, I would not have wanted to eat their. It was disgusting. I love chipotle but I'm not coming to this one ever again. read more

I don't know who runs this chipotle but they should be fired. The workers clearly are not trained properly, they do not know how to correctly fold burritos. The portions they give are all messed up. I went tot he Northgate location Saturday evening around 6pm with my mother. This was one of the filthiest restaurants I've seen in a while. The tables were all dirty, as were the chairs. I had to ask an employee to wipe down the tables (she skipped the chairs, so we wiped them down ourselves). The condiment/silverware stand was trashed and empty, so we had to ask for some silverware and received two unwrapped plastic forks. The garbage cans were overflowing. They gave us our food in packaged in to-go style, so perhaps they wanted us to leave? The staff was nice enough - no complaints. The line was out the door the entire time we were there - all carry out business, so they must be doing something right. But it was a truly unpleasant experience for me. Every time I go in person I get exactly what I want. Except when it comes to Doordarsh. Whenever I Doordash something they always forget one or 2 things. It's funny how when I come in person I get what I want but when I Doordarsh it, they always skip something. First time eating at this chipotle and the food seemed fresh although I did see them squirting some water onto some dried up something or other that looked burn and dried out... my food was good however. The drink station needed some love when I was there- some of the lemonades looks old and in need of cleaning. Overall I just think with some more cleaning protocols this chipotle could be good. I hate to be the person who comes onto the internet and hates on people in the restaurant business. But this Chipotle location has got to be the worst location in the entire franchise. Other than the Hamilton location, this is awful. To name just one instance, I walk into this Chipotle a few days ago. They had the isle to order blocked off with chairs and said they were only talking mobile orders. No sign on the door or message on the website to give a heads up. So I place an order online. While I am standing there waiting for my order, the manager tells me that they just "aren't making white rice today". What? I eventually get my food and it made me super sick. To continue, every Doordash, Ubereats, or mobile order i've gotten from them has been less than half of the bowl full. There is literally not enough food in those bowls to feed my anorexic dog. Even more, the clientele at this Chipotle is bottom tier. People go to the front and have no idea what they want to order, all while ordering everything on the side and screaming at the workers to give them more. The only reason I give this location more than 1 star is because I feel for the obviously understaffed employees (every time I go there is different workers) who sometimes can throw some rice and other crap together to make a "meal". I never write reviews on restaurants, but every single time I go here, there is somehow an issue. If you're hungry go somewhere else or go to the Fairfield location. This place is second to the gates of Satan's hell. read more

This is the worst location I have ever ordered delivery from. My food is ALWAYS wrong and there is ALWAYS something missing when it gets here. These people don't even know how to deliver on time. My food has consistently been over an hour late when it's only a 15-minute drive from where I live, and that's with heavy traffic. When I call delivery support to let them know about the issue, they always have some excuse, and when I call the store location to cancel my order because it's an hour late, they just hang up on me. These people are extremely unprofessional and need to be fired immediately! As for the drivers, I used to tip them well because I wanted to support delivery drivers, however, because of the deplorable service, they are now lucky I even tip at all. read more

This is definitely one of the worst locations in the Cincinnati area. They are constantly slow and running out of things. I remember one time, there was a two hour wait for food. I had ordered through the app and when I arrived, it was nowhere near ready. Talking about they two hours behind. My last time there, they had a new employee there running the line solo while the managers were sitting on their behinds doing nothing. But I do not recommend this location.
