Came in with a number of work colleagues at lunch time, they were slammed. The staff were very professional ,efficient, and well prepared for the lunch rush. Despite the line they kept it moving, got everyone their food, and kept the place clean. The managers were working the lines, cash registers, and directing staff as needed. I had frequented this Chipotle several times in the past...and usually without much trouble. However, after the last 3 visits, (most recent being yesterday), things got worse. I had ordered a steak burrito bowl to go. I ordered white rice with it and asked for extra white rice. The woman taking my order put a small amount. I asked for more extra rice, and the woman proceeded to put the same "small" amount in the bowl. She quickly shifted to the beans and I picked pinto. She spooned up just enough beans to cover the bottom of the spoon -- like she did with the rice and flew to the meat. (Keep in mind, there was one person behind me. No one else had come in, to my knowledge.) I asked for steak, and she spooned up 5-6 cubes of steak for the entree. That was literally all there was. No scoop, no heaping spoonful...just enough to cover the bottom of the spoon like everything she had done. I asked for extra, knowing I'd have to pay for it. What really upset me: - I didn't get what I was asking for and it wasn't made the way I wanted it - I had to ask for extra meat...just to get the normal amount I get at 2 other Chipotle locations I visit - When I reported it to the manager (about 10 minutes after leaving, due to a prior engagement), the only thing he did was make excuses for everything wrong and offer a "watered-down" apology This ordeal, (along with guacamole), cost me $13.10...along with time, and mental stress. I would usually report on how this place can do better, but instead, I'll report a warning from my bad experience: STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THIS CHIPOTLE. We order food a lot from Sharonville OH location. I have shyed away from getting Chipotle in general as my order is usually wrong or portions (when ordering in app or online.) I recently ordered food when my team does and the last three orders have been bad. All three orders were incredibly small portions and the order previous was incorrect. I order extra cheese, extra chicken, and extra fajita veggies (no rice or beans.) The container was literally half empty and had extra NOTHING and my Queso on the side was missing AGAIN! The worst chipotle ever. I went in and told to order online because they are short staffed and they can't open the front station. When I tried the website, some of the items were unavailable but it was available at the front station. There was one other customer who had been told the same thing. The store was not crowded and there were 4 of them working. This one lady, who was just standing at the register and telling this latina girl to help us. She could have helped us but too lazy to do anything but the register. This store use to be busy all the time especially during weekends and lunch time. I am not sure if it is under new management but this store is going downhill as I see. This store is the closest to my house and I love going to the restaurant around it also. The workers behind the counter were the laziest bunch I have ever seen with the exception of one Hispanic lady who was working her butt off. I've been to this location 2-3 times since moving here. It's normally a good experience but yesterday was a different story. It was crowded, like usual, and my boyfriend and I were in line to get our burritos. As soon as we got to the person that puts the salsa/veggies/sour cream/guac in our burritos, we had a bad time. One of them as a new employee who didn't really know how to wrap. The woman training him was so focused on him learning how to wrap to the point where it felt like she didn't even care about the customers. My boyfriend's burrito was wrapped in such a hurry that half of it was outside of itself. The foil wasn't even on it all the way. I had to ask for lettuce 4 times until my boyfriend spoke up louder and said I wanted lettuce. The woman just kind of laughed, unwrapped my burrito with sour cream all over her gloves, and put the lettuce in, rewrapped, and I still had sour cream all over the outside of my burrito. We waited 45 minutes (in a line that could've easily been prevented) to order 2 bowls, because the employees were working so slowly behind the counter. They were not understaffed whatsoever. While waiting in this line, we also witnessed an employee attempt to get ice for his drink, realize there was no ice left, and proceed to walk away without coming back to refill the ice machine. By the time we left, we heard the cashier say to the manager "I think the ice is empty"... if you're going to order from here, order delivery or pickup to avoid this ridiculous line, but don't expect it to be much quicker. read more

I helped Ken's dad install a motor in his vette so needless to say I was starving! And nothing fills you up like the monster burrito's they make at Chipotle. It was Dave's first time here so it was funny to see his eye's light up as they were trying to roll his burrito. I feel sorry for the workers trying to roll up those overstuffed burrito's, but they always find a way to roll it up no matter how many topping i ask for. I either get the chicken or barbacoa both are super tasty meat selections. Sometimes i get just a black bean burrito, but i have a special place in my heart for black beans, either in burrito or enchalida form. Guess it just reminds me of moms cooking when I was a kid. Some people complain that the meat is to spicy, same goes for the salsa. I have to disagree, I actually think its just seasonings. I give ken a hard time over it, that man has to have some weak taste buds. read more

This Chipotle is the location closest to my house and we order occasionally. The past few times we have ordered the chicken was so spicy my toddlers couldn't eat it. This time I ordered a whole 30 bowl. What I got was a normal handful of chopped Romain lettuce that everyone else gets in their rice bowls as my lettuce base. Then a minuscule amount of chicken. Plus the guacamole, peppers and onions included. Needless to say I was not impressed and I'm still hungry. It was a carry out order so not going all the way back to return it.
