I have went to this chipotle less and less over the last 7 years I have lived here. I went there tonight to get steak bowel and barbacoa bowel and drink. The line was past the door and a long line is not uncommon. I finally get to the front for my food and when I get to the end of the line. The lady asks me which container is which. I move over so people can get the line moving and the cashier is in the back with a rag in her hand talking to someone. She finally comes to check me out and off I go with my food. I picked up food for my roommate also who was on her way to work. I go to hand her her food and the bag breaks from the juice on the barbacoa which has leaked all in the bottom of the bag. I get in the door and I am sitting down to eat my food. The top of the container has a S on it since I got the steak bowel. I open my bowel and it is barbacoa. At this point I have to call her and tell her I gave her the wrong food because it was labeled wrong. I call the store and ask to speak with a manager and I tell him about the wait, the cashier, and my food was mislabeled. He then tells me I should know what I got before I left. I explain to him the lady asked me which one was which and I told her and she still managed to get it wrong and he should not be blaming the customer because the server was not paying attention to what they put in the container. He then asked me if I checked the bag. I explained to him I did not know it was necessary but if that is what needs to be done to ensure I get the correct food then let me know so I can tell people to check their food so chipotle does not mess it up. He then asked me if I wanted free food or something. I explained to him I have no interest in waiting in line for 30 minutes to get free food. I told him they got free money and I am not calling him to get free food. He then asked me what I wanted him to do about it. I explained to him I was calling to let him know as a manager so he can know better how to proficiently run his store. He proceeded to tell me how he cannot see everything. However my thing is if there is a line past the door maybe you should see what can be done to help the line move faster. I am not off to order delivery at this point. I think this has brought me to the breaking point with chipotle. I am already fed up with eating fatty steak. I am not sure why they will not trim the fat off the steak but I am not interested in fat cubes in my steak bowel. read more

I love that this place allows web orders. I places an order and 15 minutes later arrive, it's not ready. I'm advised by the cashier they are making it now. I see customer after customer leaving the line and no burrito. I let the cashier know after 15 minutes my food isn't being made. She says well she'll get to it. I said I paid online and ordered online I'm here why can't you pull it and start making it. She mumbled under her breath and hollered down to the line to make it. I've never had such horrible service before at this location. There is a reason people use the web and I understand being busy but once the customer is present I shouldn't have to wait longer. Worst Chipotle I've ever been too. If I wasn't such a loving wife I would have gotten out of line and left. It took over 30 minutes from the time I walked in the door until I left! 6 employees working and NONE of them have a sense of urgency although there was a line to the door the entire time. They're laughing and having conversations while all the customers are just standing around waiting! I will NEVER come to this location again! I usually go to this Chipotle in the evenings, an hour or two before close. My favorite thing here is the crunchy tacos but the problem is that 80% of the time I go they are out of them. I can understand if this happens on occasion but this seems to be the rule and not the exception. I just love waiting 30 minutes in line to find out they don't have what I want to eat. Are they really that cheap that they'd rather run out of a product than have to throw a little bit away each night? I hope it saves them enough money to offset my business because I will not be back. I've been coming here the last year since I started eating Chipotle and it has been great. Even though there are a lot of backups in the line due to the management thinking its a good idea to put someone who is new to work high traffic shifts. The food is good as any other Chipotle but the staff is rude and the place is ran very poorly. Receiving a military discount is very random here. Sometimes I get it and other times I'm told "You need to be in uniform", "Its for police only", or "We don't have one". I asked today for the discount and I was rudely confronted by an employee that wasn't even working the registered with a long and blunt "No you can't." I could have easily said someone but I smiled and walked out instead. I refuse to be insulted like this by a place that I was recently a very loyal customer too. Thankfully I love Chipotle enough that the terrible service experience I had here hasn't turned me away. I waited at the front of the line for 15 minutes because they were out of white rice. I was getting brown rice though, and the employee wouldn't listen to me. Then I got the skimpiest scoop of chicken. And I asked for extra cheese and the employee took a tiny pinch of cheese and added it. Everyone seemed annoyed about the fact that they had to be at work doing their jobs. I will not be coming back to this location. The only redeeming fact was the girl working the register. She was upbeat, friendly, and eager to help. This chipotle is an absolute joke. Their employees seem to have absolutely no training. And this observation isn't based off one visit. I've been to this location multiple times and it's always the same. The line is always wrapped around the restaurant, which I know is typical of chipotles. But the employees seem to have no hustle to get the food out quicker. But this is all child's play compared to my biggest pet peeve about this location. The thing I can't stand most is not a single employee seems to have any idea how to wrap a burrito. They basically mash in their hands until it's a ripped and squashed mess. Fair solution to this is always to giggle, shrug and then double wrap it in tortillas. I love chipotle, and have had great experiences at most locations. But corporate needs to look into this location and get some serious retraining scheduled. read more

Literally the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant, workers screaming at each other saying they were going to quit, no one paying attention to my order, no clean tables in the dinning room and no toilet paper in the women's restroom. I went to this Chipotle only to discover there was a power outage. However, even though other restaurants in the area closed down, these workers kept right on serving. And to top it off, they didn't charge me for the burrito bowl! I got a super tasty meal for free. Can't beat that. read more

I was hungry & wanted something different for dinner. I was returning some shoes to the Shoe Carnival so I decided to go to Chipotle. What a mistake. I will never patronize another Chipotle. This location & others are dirty and there is food all over the floor. The tables were dirty & the glass that separates the food from those in line was filthy. My bowl was nasty. It was cold and the girl serving was extra stingy with the chicken. I looked at my bowl when I got home and it looked like mush. Too much sour cream!!! Needless to say it had spilled into the bag. if i could give them zero stars or negative stars i would. the food is always sloppy and grossly made. on Saturday 7/22/17 they made our food wrong and it was a work order so when everyone was upset our manager called and complained so today 7/23/17 when we went to get one of our make up orders we again got poorly made food, and met with a bunch of attitude. I used to work at Chipotle for 2+ years and I can tell you it is not a hard job by any means and if you cant be courteous or respectful to your customers or roll a simple burrito then you need a new job. This location harbors employees that are unkempt, rude and poorly trained if they're trained at all. Also I believe the hand washing and glove protocol there needs to be gone over a few more times because they do not follow it at all. read more

I went here at 5pm on a Wednesday and there were 20 people in line stretching the length of the building out to the door and wrapping around. All of the empty tables were filthy and cluttered with trash. After standing in line for 5 minutes and seeing no progress at the front, I left and went to a Subway and Hotheads to pick up orders on the way home. I was in and out of both in about 7 minutes TOTAL because they were located right next to each other. The workers in Subway and Hotheads were both very fast and efficient. read more

I have always loved this Chipotle and in my opinion, it was the best in town. Keyword, WAS. Now, I feel as though their quality is slacking, the food is not as good as it used to be, the service is VERY slow and they are usually out of at least one key menu item (I.e chips, guacamole, one of the meats, etc). The staff seems as though they do not care for their job and the work areas are very sloppy. I used to visit this location 2-4 times a WEEK and needless to say, it has not been hard to start transitioning to other similar places to eat (Hot Head is never out of menu items when I visit them). read more
