Customer service is horrible. They think that it is ok to not return the correct change because they are out of change. The employees using profanity in front of the store manager. When I called the owner, I received no return call. My order was incorrect. I tried yo correct it when I ordered, but was ignored. When I received my order, it was wrong. We don't eat McDonald's, actively avoid it if we can. My daughter wanted to eat here after being out all morning, this is the closest one right off the highway. Eat somewhere else, anywhere else. I ordered through the mobile app to pick up the order in the drive thru. When I got to the restaurant, all the lights were on and there were multiple cars in the drive thru. When my turn came, I sat for about 5 minutes. No one acknowledged I was there. I pulled through to the first window. No one was there. I pulled to the next window. I saw a man working. I tried phoning, but the line was off the hook. As I paid already, I kept trying to get his attention. I then saw 2 other employees in the store. Eventually, the woman came to the window and said they were closed and all the food was thrown away. I explained that I paid already-she went to get the manager. He told me that I wasn't charged if they didn't give me the food. I suggested they put up a sign that they were closed (there were a lot of cars behind me). He told me "I don't give a f*ck." and slammed the window closed. Through the glass he told me to call corporate if I had a problem. I did not swear at him. I was polite. I have to admit I try to avoid fast food of all kinds, but today we had a hankering and had to stop by for a chocolate shake. It was just a drive thru for take out, but the person taking the order was friendly and helpful getting us in and out in no time. Plus the shakes really hit the spot when we needed it. I still won't go back any time soon, but when you're in a hurry and can afford a little extra fat, sugar and/or salt, hey, why not Mickey D's? We walked in, the only patrons in the lobby, and were immediately ignored by the 5 people including a manager standing behind the counter. We proceeded to wait another 7, yes 7 minutes, being completely ignored until we finally went to a kiosk to place our order. We placed the order at 4:18, and sat down with table tent #44, waiting patiently for our food, while the two new guests that came in behind us were promptly helped by the employee at the front counter. Did I mention that we are the only caucasian people in the restaurant? They were out of ice, the shake machine didn't work, and the only cups were behind the counter. After getting our money back, we left at 4:45, still hungry and thirsty because we never got our food or our drinks. Terrible service, even for clowns! read more

Lamonte at the window not giving a crap. Im on my way to work having to wait 20 mins for a #7. Mr. Lamonte would not give me his name or his managers name. The only reason i know is because i called the location and the lady on the phone gave me his name. She seemed like she was frustrated also. They leave you at the speaker for 10 minutes and then tell you they are having "difficulties" which means they are about to get high behind the store. They rarely have the items you ask for. Burgers are usually COLD (and often taste old). Buns often taste stale. Quality control seems to have been abandoned. Breakfast and fries are usually OK. "Thank you's" are rare and have been replaced by the ubiquitous "Here you go." read more

When greeted, the man mumbled something-- I assumed it was the generic promotional spiel they have them read off as they start the ordering process. Though I didn't actually hear or understand anything he'd said, I just continued with my order. When I got to the first window-- another 10 minutes later.. I pulled out my card out to pay and he looked at me blankly. He mumbled something to me again and I just proceeded to try and hand him my card. Finally he said clearly "we only taking cash" and I asked why he didn't tell me that before. And he said he did. And just stared.. And waited for me to drive away. This is the worst mcdonalds on the face of earth. We just sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes for 2 sandwiches and 2 10 piece nuggets. The manager blamed it on only having 4 workers working. But that's clearly a management problem. They need to get it together. We got pulled forward and then 5 more cars proceeded to get their food and drive off. I was there at McD's last night with my 7 year old grand daughter, and she was so excited to get a Happy Meal that she hasn't had in a long time (at least not from me). We were so excited that for once there wasn't a long line. The cashier said they didn't have any fried foods. Huh? I said, "so what do you have?" Then after waiting a few more minutes they said they were having technical difficulties and couldn't take our order. Of course my granddaughter was devastated, crying and confused. We looked through the windows and workers were sitting down at the tables looking sad. I just went to our little local pony keg and got her an apple juice.
