I was able to get the brisket sandwich and it did not disappoint. I wish I'd gotten one to take home. The Ranch: a great compliment, it's not wing stop ranch but it's damn close. The Waffle Fries & Cheese: pretty unique combo. I love the idea of using waffle fries instead of your standard French fry. Unfortunately the cheese hardens up and doesn't fill up a full layer on top, for both reasons I would stick to a standard size of these instead of a basket of them. Plenty of excellent beers on tap. They got these new kiosk things to pay with, and both husbands asked if the transaction went through because the kiosk had acted weird. And the server said that it did go through and that we were all good. We even gave our phone numbers for rewards and stuff. So the next day, my friend's sister gets a message on Facebook from the server saying that we didn't pay our bill at Buffalo Wild Wings last night. My friend's sister goes there and she's confused because she wasn't even there, and then wondered how did the server even got her contact information? The manager tells her that the husbands were recognized as people that come in a lot, and so they were given the benefit of the doubt. So they said "instead of calling the police the server worked with the GM to come up with a message to reach out on Facebook". The server messaged 4 people in total, 2 of them weren't even involved, but the server had looked on our friends fb page & found someone who looked similar to me and messaged them. How did they know one of our names? Bc we gave them our numbers for rewards and it pulled up a name from their system. The bill was a total of $77. So they're allowed to stalk you with your name or number & even if you check that your bill is paid, they can still threaten to have the cops called on you. The managers I dealt with were also awful and extremely rude. I did make a formal complaint with corporate and never did hear back from anyone.

I watched them put out 4-5 to go orders that were waiting to be picked up And I sat there for about 20 minutes waiting. Anyways my wings were SO greasy. So greasy that on my 5 minute drive home grease came out of the container(mind you it was sitting upright the entire time) , through the bag, and on to my cars seat! It looked like they were just sloppily thrown into the container without shaking any grease off with the paper not even in there all the way. They were BARE besides the oil with almost no rub at all and the meat was slimy when bitten into. I feel like I need reimbursed for this experience but I don't think I'll go back to this location.
