This was the worst experience of my entire life. First I go to KFC like any of day and the line is extremely long. Like really long. Like really really long. Then I finally get to order and she says "you can only get the 20 dollar fill up in tenders" and I said "ok"... can I get another meal with regular chicken? I went to the KFC a Winton Road in Cincinnati Ohio, I ordered 24 pieces of the hot wings with no sauce and no drumsticks and a fresh order of fries and told them I can wait. Once I got to the window the lady handed me the bag the wings had drumsticks in them and the fries were cold. I went inside to return the fries and the young lady took the bag that I gave her with the fries and it dumped the fries back into the fry bin and told him to make me some new ones, I proceeded to call the young lady over and told her that that was against the health rules that she cannot put food that has already been outside into the supposedly sterile bin. She told me that she did not care if the store got fined or not it would not affect her paycheck. As much as I love their hot wings and that is one of the only locations that sell them I have decided not to go to any KFC. Horrible service. First I said twice that I wanted a chicken little with EXTRA pickle. I pull around to the window and they hand me a bag with just a large green bean. I get back in line and wait, as I get to the window a second time she hands my actual bag out the window without a word. I get home and discover my chicken littles with no pickle. Even though I reiterated it because the man who took my order asked me to clarify smh. I definitely won't be back and it sucks because it's closest to my house. Drive thru cashier was really rude to my mom, simply tried to ask if they still had something available or on their menu, and snapped at her saying not to ask him so many questions and that he had another customer. Ok? How was she supposed to know that? I get you probably got stuck doing another persons shift that neglected to come in, you got feathers all ruffled, but chill no one was antagonizing you. Only leaving 2 stars cause the foods ok and I've never gotten sick eating there surprisingly from the lack of care employees show in the atmosphere. read more

Everyone takes the time to complain but never to compliment. I asked my husband to pick up food for us on his way home. We decided to go with KFC. Hadn't had chicken in a while so why not. We got a big box meal and some popcorn chicken for our little one. The drive home from there is about 10 minutes or so. He gets home and I open the bag and smell deliciousness! The chicken was hot as if just came out the oven. The Mac and cheese was cheesy and also hot and tasted fresh. The mashed potatoes were also amazing!!! Tasted like a home cook meal right out of a fast food restaurant. I HIGHLU recommend the popcorn chicken. This was our first time trying it out and we will be back for more. So whoever made our order, I thank you! read more

When this store first opened, it was clean, fast, and the crew was really friendly. Today, I had a bad experience from start to finish. It took me 45 minutes, and in the end I didn't even have any food to show for it. When I placed the order, the girl (my receipt says her name was Doug) kept getting things wrong. If I asked for 2 of something, she repeated back 1. She kept trying to ring me up for meals with drinks when I was trying to order items ala carte. When I ordered chicken sandwiches, she warned me that it would take 7 minutes. I agreed. She finally had me pull around, promising to correct the order and give me a total by the time I got to the window. When I pulled up, I asked her to repeat the order. Pretending like she was reading, she repeated the exact order I wanted back to me, and I handed her my credit card. When she handed back the receipt, she asked me to pull forward and I obliged. I realized after pulling forward that some things were wrong and I was over charged, but I decided to let it go. I was ready to head home. 2. We waited for 20 minutes while pulled forward. I didn't realize it had been that long until I looked at the receipt. I've been forgotten before, so I decided it was time to pull around and head in. As I was walking into the store, a young man appeared in the door and tried to shove a bag out at me. I did not take the bag, but explained that the order was wrong anyway and I was going to speak with the manager. He snapped at me, "You ordered a lot of food, it's going to take a while to make!". I asked him to get me the manager. He stomped off to the back, yelling about how I was impatient and now I'm out here to make a complaint. 3. The manager appeared and the young man proceeded to the lobby. During my entire interaction with the manager, the man paced menacingly behind me. I dislike confrontation very much, and was near tears by this point. I informed the manager of how he'd spoken to me, and how the cashier had lied to me about the charges that were being made to my credit card. I told her at this point, I would just like a full refund, and I would be on my way. She declined to refund the order until I told her I would dispute it with my bank. She was dismissive of my bad experience, and refused to return any receipt to me, showing the charge or the void. My recommendation: avoid this one at all costs. read more
