Now the sandwich in short horrible constructed, huge chucks of fat with the chunks of meat. The meat was well cooked and tasted great but I had to trim the fat off. Then I realized the sandwich was 35% actual meat and 65% sauerkraut. I also have issue with how the meat was cut because that's not how you cut corned beef for a this sandwich.... This place should go to Cafe Lago in Lakeway try an amazing Reuben and take notes.
