Service department 1 star…read more Scheduler Leslye persuaded my mom into getting car serviced, although my mom was adamant it wasn't a good time. She misled us assuring that a promotional discount would be applied if we proceeded at this time, quoting the discounted final price and adding it to the notes for the advisor to honor at time of appointment. Upon arrival, Jarrett not only did not honor what we were told and led to the appointment, but claimed to not see her notes. Very MISLEADING practices all around as we ended up spending almost double the quoted price... all for a service we didn't intend on getting at the time and frankly would have held off on for the time being as intended. To make matters worse, our 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minute quoted wait time ended up being 2 hours because Jarrett left us waiting in the lobby an additional 40 minutes with no update. We visibly saw our car pulled around and parked for customer pickup yet it was only until we finally inquired the eta that Jarrett informed our car was ready and checked us out. His entire demeanor and the overall experience was unnecessarily dismissive and unprofessional. Lastly, the pictures show what the car looked like after the complimentary included 'car wash' that the service advisor assured. Poor customer service and experience and I truly hope that management reviews this so it doesn't happen again. Customers should be able to trust the pricing they are quoted, and definitely expect basic courtesy and transparency throughout the service process.

Mitchell from service worked with us from beginning to end, he was excellent!!! They were able to come pick up our car from our home, serviced it and returned it with no additional cost. They were thorough in their maintenance and even sent us a video so we could clearly see the issues since we weren't there in person! We will certainly come back the next time we need service! She quoted me a price of $399 and she told me that price would include the alignment. We set up an appointment for the next day. The appointment appeared on my Google Calendar which was nice. However she failed to send me a detailed estimate of services and product costs along with taxes. I showed up at the store 9 am expecting to get the tires. When I arrived the manager, Brandon, told me that they only had 2 tires in stock but that they would rummage around the shop to find a spare tire! Unbelievable! The team began the work but I was soon called to the work area where mechankcs and Brandon told me that the tool that they were using to remove the lug nuts was not working! Brandon recommended that I buy 15 new lug nuts at $15 per lug nut! I told him that was crazy and he should find the appropriate tool to donthe job. Brandon then reviewed the costs with me and told me that the alignment would cost an additional $120. I told him that the lady I spoke with said that the alignment costs would be a part of the overall tire costs around $390. He told me that was impossible because no women work at the shop. I later found out I was speaking with a call center lady. I then waited for 3 hours. Brandon and none of the mechanics updated me on progress. Affer about 2.5 hours, i saw Brandon keavjng the store so I asked him about the status of the tire replacemt. He said that they had to call the Joliet warehose fo get the 3rd tire and that it should arrive in 3 minutes! Why did I have to wait 2.5 hours for this update. I them called Corporate Customer Service and explained the situation. She called Brandon Nd secured a $3( discount on the alignment. Afger abouf anothe half hour Luke came out and updated me further. A good guy. After more than 3 hours the tire arrived from the warehouse and was installed! Luke assisted in completing the transaction in a friendly way. Somebody needs to chat with Brandon as his.customer service is atrocious and beyond imagination. I will stay away from Mavis and I recommend that you do the same!

I brought the vehicle to the Tesla Service Center in Orland Park and was greeted by Anyssa who told me that I was a week early but would accommodate me anyway (specifically due to me taking the day off of work for said appointment). Anyssa then informed me that if the vehicle needed to stay for the day, that she would either offer me a loaner (if available) or a $100 worth of Uber credit to get home. What a pleasant surprise! I waited a bit for the technician, Rafael, to take a look at the car. He decided to take the car out for a test ride, with me as a passenger, and immediately suspected what the issue was. He reassured me that it wasn't a big problem and would most likely just involve a quick tire change out (incidentally, this was covered under warranty). After returning to the dealership, Rafael quickly took care of the issue and I was on my way. My experience was quick, comfortable and assuring. I felt welcomed and informed the entire visit. Anyssa and Rafael were unbelievably friendly, courteous and professional. Just another reason to support future Tesla purchases.
