I was leaving for a last minute road trip in early March, I needed my brakes done and an oil change. The night I was leaving I called and spoke with Sam; I apologized to him that this was so urgent/last minute (I wasn't sure how extensive the brake job would be) and I reiterated how nervous I was about getting my car back that night. Sam assured me that Tuffy would handle everything before they closed....and they did. Peace of mind can be expensive ~ Tuffy is not $. These are great professionals to work with!

They're very helpful very knowledgeable the store is very clean. I came in to get my oil changed on a Sunday I like the fact they're open on Sunday too and I also got my fuel system flushed out. The nice thing was they told me when they do that that takes a little extra time about an extra hour cuz you have to go very slow in that process of doing it. Will definitely continue to use this oil change place in the future.

The problem is after having the job done a month later i found out the hard way. 2010 Toyota Prius the oil technician didn't fill the oil all the way past the dipstick. Few nights ago 06-09-25 headed home from East Chicago Indiana and my Prius would not start. Next morning called for a tow from E&R towing Markham. Towed vehicle to River Oaks Toyota and mechanic found that last guy that changed my oil didn't fill all the way past dipstick lower mark they found no leaks just user error. If oil is not within dipstick range too low the Hybrid engine will shut off won't start. Lesson learned you get what you pay for smh. Toyota Repair/Diagnostic $331.33, Tow $185.81, Uber ride $48.72. Next time just go to the dealer get the job done right and ya'll won't have to deal with the mess I went through. Still gave 3 stars as the main guy that took me in very good customer service so can't bad mouth everything.
