Its quite a drive for me being down on 95th street so wanted to check before making the trek down After pulling into the parking lot, I went into the lobby area where I was quickly tended to. This link gives you a live status of your visit, including estimated service completion time (apparent its a newer system and can be inaccurate, was the case for me, seems to overestimate) After waiting about 15 mins, they called me up to ask what service im looking to do and recorded some info to set up a profile. Then sat back down to wait until my vehicle and tires could be taken a look at by the technicians, which was shortly after (wasnt too busy this morning fortunately) They seemed to be working on 4 to 5 vehicles at a time max. Ultimately the service itself took about an hour (longer than i thought), so overall i spent about 90 mins here to get my flat fixed free of charge, which im pretty satisfied with. I expected to need to wait a lot longer especially with free services being offered, which Id imagine can be the case on busier days/times of day so something to be wary of and plan for. They accept appointments as well so thats always an option Everything from arrival to servicing to leaving felt seamless - the attention, communication, and quality of service was spot on and I felt cared for during my visit (they even offered bottles of water for everyone waiting in the lobby :'). I could tell the staff here are trained in customer service from observing the interactions with other patrons while waiting, in addition to my own personal experience of course

As I dropped my hubby off to get his car my cars check engine light came on and it bogged down and stayed in 3rd gear and really wasn't moving. I turned my car back around and went back to the shop. I looked at my mechanic and asked him if he could check my car code ...no issues from him ,he grab his machine and hooked it up I had 3 codes. He also took it for a drive (and of course ) nothing happened when we went for a ride. He said I could bring it back anytime and he would take care of me. I have more confidence in this place then any places I have ever gone because they have been honest with me on what I need done and what can wait and that's the type of people I want to deal with!
