bought a tire from them 8 months ago. tire developed a bubble in the side wall so I brought it back. The little guy that sold me the tire says it is because I hit a pothole and they will not warranty it. no damage to rim and googling causes of bubbles in side wall shows that a possibility could be a manufacturer defect. he dismisses it and says I can sell you another tire...yeah right! avoid this place and go to Discount Tire! read more

BEWARE!! Jim takes advantage of seniors with mental health issues! My good friend brought her car in for tires and not being rational offered to sell him her 24k car for 5k. He jumped on that and purchased it! When contacted by her family and her situation was explained, he refused to give it back. Do YOU really want to do business with Jim? He obviously has no ethics!!! I came here this morning because I needed my flat tired replaced. An auto body shop recommended this place after I was turned away from the first place I tried (claimed they were too busy even though they had no customers!) so I came here and the service was excellent! The guys were friendly and the service was very prompt. From the time I checked in to the time they were finished was a good 20 min....if that. I guess it helped that I came early in the morning (after dropping my son off at school). They open at 7:00 in the morning which is great if you like to get out early. I will definitely come back to this place again...their prices are reasonable and they get the job done! read more

I spoke with Jim over the phone about bringing my car in for my brakes. He absolutely didn't seem like he was happy to answer the phone after I was transferred to him by customer service. I didn't even ask to talk to him, but was telling customer service my issues and they just transferred me to supposedly brad. I got Jim who was very short coming, and honestly an angry sounding person. Told me to drop my car off at 7am and they would look at it when he gets to it, maybe 9am he said, and you should have a ride when you drop it off. They just seem to help out who they want and not the community in general. Very unprofessional over the phone from Jim. I would never bring my car there just from a phone conversation with a tech. They may do great work, but who knows. read more

I came in to get a tire taken off of my old wheel that had cracked and to mount it on a new wheel. When I went back home to put the wheel on my car, I noticed that they had not mounted the tire on the correct way like it was previously mounted on the old wheel. I took it back to them right away and told them. They told me to come back tomorrow and that they were not going to do it because it was 15 minutes before they were closing. I told them I need them to mount it on today because that is what I came and paid for. They were not concerned at all of their mistake and just wanted me to leave. Then Jim said, we will mount it today but this is the last time, do not come back here. He then went to mount the tire on the wheel, then just dropped the wheel on the ground after he was done instead of just rolling it over to me. He did not even balance the wheel after mounting the tire on it. He told me that he did not want to scratch the wheel taking off the weights but he didn't seem to care when he just dropped the wheel on the ground right before. It is unbelievable of how they treated me over something that was their fault. They were so worried about leaving and going home instead of owning up to their mistakes. The funny part is that they finished mounting and balancing the wheel at 5pm. I always took my cars to this shop for all of my tire and wheel service needs and because of their actions, they lost a loyal customer. I purchased four new tires in late June. As I am driving, I hear one of them blow up. I have roadside service put on my spare on Friday of Labor Day weekend and I go there on Saturday to have it replaced only to find out that this place is closed for a three days. When I arrived after work on Tuesday, I am told that they will not honor the factory warranty. Brad proceeded to push in the opening and tried to sell me a story that metal made the puncture. There wasn't any metal in sight. Their contention was that I ran over something sharp while I was in traffic. I told them that I was not going to purchase a new tire there and that I wanted them to put the damaged tire back in the car. They just threw it in the trunk without even lifting the cover. Now, I am left to wonder if the other three Kelly tires will hold up. Awful! read more

Brad laughed in a joking manner and said looks like someone jipped you out some work. Finally got the car into the shop only to find out that all work was half done. Nice, straight forward, and fast! I needed my tire repaired. It took about 10 minutes and cost exactly what they said it would ($21.50). Before I went I had tried that "fix a flat" stuff and made a huge mess of the inside of the tire. They didn't even say anything about it. I will be going back for any tire needs in the future. read more

Other places i was quoted on told me it needed a lot of work done, Tire Services said only a wheel alignment was needed. Saved a bunch of money on not doing unnecessary work.
