I pulled into an auto place and had the tire filled. It immediately lost air again. I pulled into a parking lot and looked up a tire shop. Santoyo came up. I called to make sure they were open and thank goodness, they were. I used maps to navigate - it took me an insane way. Between the traffic, the fact that it was about 6:00 on a Friday, it was raining, and we had an hour and a half to get to our destination and had little knowledge of the area, I was about to lose it. I pulled into Santoyo and was greeted by Francisco. Exasperated, I explained what was going on. He was so calm and kind, I immediately felt at ease. He quickly found that there was damage to the sidewalk of the rim and tire and was able to repair so we could get to where we were going. He didn't try to oversell anything, and was incredibly calm and patient. I feel like this tire shop was an oasis in my crazy evening and I am very thankful for them. They saved the day!!
