I dropped off my new car to get a nail taken out, and ended up with a dent on my passenger side. While I was putting my book bag in the passenger side, I noticed a pretty large crease going horizontally. Niazi insisted that he didn't know what happened, but that he would take responsibility since it happened at his shop. The bad: he sent me to his nephew's body shop for repairs, that lead to other damages, but I'll leave it for that shop's review. His nephew, like him, was really nice. But again, nice doesn't make up for damages. The bottom line: a dent shouldn't have been made for a simple nail removal and patch job.

From the start, Anthony was super helpful he walked me through the whole process, answered all my questions, and made sure I knew exactly what to expect. One of the main reasons I chose them is because they're Tesla certified, and I'm glad I did. The work was top notch. When I picked up my car, it looked like nothing ever happened the paint matched perfectly, and the bodywork was spotless. You can tell they take pride in what they do. If you're looking for a shop that does quality work, knows Teslas inside and out, and treats you right, I highly recommend Belmont Heights Auto Body. Great experience all around.

From the first text, Mario was responsive and professional. Speaking directly with the owner and mechanic Mario on the phone, he was incredibly helpful and was able to diagnose multiple root causes of my Acura TL based on my feedback alone. What really impressed me was the pricing. Mario quoted me almost 50% below what I was quoted at two separate dealerships and a local service station. When scheduling came up, he fit me in that same week. On service day, he texted when he was on his way and arrived exactly on time. Beyond the actual work, which he executed with all the proper tools, Mario walked me through everything that was done, provided an itemized receipt with warranty information, and asked me to follow up with him. This transparency and attention to detail made me feel confident in the service, unlike the disconnect you sometimes feel after visiting a dealership. I highly recommend Mario, not only for the convenience of mobile service, but for his professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for customer satisfaction. Five stars. On a side note, I really think this might be the business model of the future for auto maintinence and repair. I have my groceries, packages, uber's, etc come to my house. Why not have my mechanic services as well. Someone will make a billion dollars from this amazing business model with the right App and Marketing team.

He was willing to wrestle with the other owner's insurance company to get the complicate, multi-panel repair done at a price that worked for me. He also provided service after the initial work, in that he had to order a small part not related to the accident. The best part? Terrific communication! As busy as this shop obviously is, Leroy always got back to me with details about my repair and when it would be completed. Very highly recommended!

I told the manager, Luis, that I suspected an electrical issue, but they jumped straight to the most expensive replacement. When I arrived to pick up the car, the AC still did not work, and the mechanic was still scrambling under the hood. They still took my money, only to admit the next day that they couldn't fix it. They left my car running for about 20 minutes with a radiator fan unplugged, telling me if they plugged it back in, the AC might stop working. This is dangerous and could have overheated my engine. I took my car to Cermak Automotive down the street instead. They diagnosed the vehicle for free in under an hour. It was just a faulty AC pressure switch. Luis later admitted his mechanic only checked the sensor with a multimeter, completely failing to test if it was actually reading system pressure. As you can see in my attached photo, the old sensor was heavily and visibly corroded. They completely missed this obvious visual cue and relied on a basic electrical test that didn't prove the part was actually working. I asked them to at least cover the small repair cost from the second shop since they completely misdiagnosed my car, but they refused. They are "parts-changers" who guess with your money rather than doing real diagnostic work. Avoid them at all costs.
