Boltz Automotive read my post and reached out to me letting me know what time and day they would be available to look at my vehicle and do a diagnostic on my vehicle for $150 and let me know exactly what work needed to be done and the $150 would go towards the repairs if I decided to have service completed through them. I would say within 24 hours of making the appointment for the diagnostic to be performed on my car and actually bringing it into the shop to be serviced. My car was complete and ready to drive again. I am very satisfied with the work that was performed on my vehicle. The staff at the shop is also all very friendly. 10 out of 10 I would definitely recommend the shop to everyone with any car issues. The price I paid was amazing and I'm a super happy customer.

They were good about letting him know his options. Fast forward to modern day, I was in need of rear brakes. I searched on Yelp for places with good reviews and used the project functionality. Transtastic came up on my radar again. Gary quoted me a fair price on Yelp for my rear brakes. My first day off of work, I called Javier to see if they could get me in. Upon arrival, the team quickly pulled my SUV into their garage. Javier did a quick inspection to determine if the dealership diagnostic was accurate. Javier recommended that I service both brakes and was thorough in educating me about why my front brakes also needed to be replaced. I left my vehicle with an estimation of 3 - 4 hours. It was completed in less than 3 hours. By the time, I was walking out the door, Javier was ordering my parts. I was satisfied with his communication and honesty in timeframe. Overall, I felt informed of what was going to take place with my vehicle. While I didn't plan on getting both brakes, I understood that the front ones were heavily rusted as so see with my own eye a few months back.
