Got there very early to avoid the crowds. Service was excellent courtesy and professional. Wait times are always unpleasant and tire shops, making early AM appointments limits the stress. Highly recommend this business. read more

ALWAYS friendly! ALWAYS appreciative of your business! Will absolutely work with customers for appointment scheduling, pricing guidance, and general questions. I've dealt with several members of the staff, and they're all excellent. Very easy to recommend this location. read more

Just had the BEST tire service experience I've ever experienced at Just Tires, Berwyn. Salesperson Emanuel Veloz and technician Rey Rivera did an expert job at diagnosis, repair, and service of an emergency tire problem in a timely and cost-effective manner. Highly recommend! read more

I came in for a tire change. My tire bust around the corner from the shop so I pulled in. Ask the clerk upfront how long would the service be I'm on a tight schedule. 45 minutes he replied. With several attempts to inform the clerk no one is working on my car I'm here alone what's the hold up. He explained they were balancing my tires in the back. I explained to the man I can see my tires on the floor waiting in service, after watching my tires sit, then after an hour of nothing he gave me my keys back after an hour and 45 minutes of waiting on two tire to be changed! They laughed at me while I was pulling off. Saying I was in a tight schedule only made them work slower. And I didn't deserve that. I will never! Visit this location again! I hope you don't either!!!! read more

The people here are rude, lazy and liars. I went in to get my flat tire fixed. The guy at the counter said it can be fixed, but offered to sell me two tires instead. He told me $200 out the door. So i told him to go ahead, this way I would have a new tire instead of a repaired one. When the car was done, the price was $288. On the Invoice I noticed that their was a tire repair charge. They repaired the tire and sold ne two new ones, All I wanted was my flat fixed! And to top it off they left chalk on my floor mat. Do not bring your car here. read more

This shop is a joke. I made an appointment for a full set of tires, showed up for the appointment on time and checked in. I waited for an hour and a half and they still hadn't touched my car. While I was waiting, I noticed how quiet this shop was, which is strange for an auto repair/tire shop. Also almost no turnover of vehicles in and out of service bays. I'm not sure the technicians were doing anything. I know there were at least four technicians working since I watched them all hanging out at the front desk chatting. I finally went and asked if they would be getting to my car soon and they said no-two cars ahead of me. I asked for my key and left. This was my first and last time at Just Tires. read more

Andy has great customer service. He was very helpful. I went to just tires for a flat. I thought I needed a new tire and he told me that my tire was repairable and I was relieved that I didn't have to buy a new tire. He was honest. recommend to talk to Andy when you come here. read more

We had a great experience here. We were able to book for the next day-- a Sunday-- and the work (4 new tires and an alignment) was done while we had breakfast down the street. They honored the $50 off coupon from the Internet. The pictures are of the prius being offloaded. read more

I had an appointment for 8, got there at 8:05. The clown at the register told me he had one client after me. Mind you, I am there at opening for a tire rotation that Jiffy Lube will get me in and out in 15 mins. One hour later, he's telling me he's just pulling my car in. The last time I was there for a tire rotation, it was a four-hour process. I asked the clown at the register for his manager's phone number, and he had the nerve to tell me to look it up. Excuse me, don't you work here? Avoid this place. There's no air conditioning, and you will be waiting in a 100-degree waiting area with rude employees who are doing nothing but wasting time. You telling me you only have one technician available to do a tire rotation on a Saturday Morning?? read more

Tire pressure light went on Saturday night, checked to see a nail in the tread. Just Tires was the closest store that was open on a Sunday and was able to book a 9am for the next day, I was second in line and after about two hours I was out, tire pressure has seemed good and a reasonable price. read more

Came in for a tire change for literally just one tire the dude told me it will take 30-45 mins tops, complete lie. When it turned into an hour I asked and the other guy told me 10-15 more mins. Why would you tell me 30-45 mins tops if it's not true. Don't come here. read more

waited 2 hours for 1 tire to be changed is crazy just don't come here not worth the time

They open at 8am so I got there at 7:45 for a walk-in like I was told a day before by someone. No one showed up till 8:45 to open. People were waiting and were pissed. I had a tire issue explained it to the guy and he gave me an explanation of what would need to be done. I declined them ti fix it because it seemed weird. I went to a place down the street they fixed it in 15 min no issues. DO NOT go to this place go find a ma pa place or any other place read more

I called and waited for nearly fifteen minutes for someone to pick up. When a smart ass finally picked up the phone, he was both rude and dismissive to my concerns. Don't need to repeat what I told him. Do you know what makes a bad experience worse??? When a franchise of a big company screws up and some corporate peon who doesn't know his ass from a hole in the ground replies with corporate BS; as opposed to doing something meaningful that demonstrates remorse. read more

As far as I can see they always had the best price on tires and service was good and tires were always in stock.

I don't remember the names of the two young men who assisted me nearly a month ago, but they were absolutely professional. They informed me ahead of time of the estimated wait time. They resolved the issue with my tire within the timeframe originally estimated. If I ever have an issue with my tires, I will return. Thank you for your exceptional service. read more

I had a dead battery today requiring a jump to get me going so wherever I ended up was it! I called ahead and was told that they could get the battery in a half an hour. I've been to this location a few times and usually they are very personable. The space is clean and they do a good job. I went it this time for new tires. First thing that was off was even though I selected online that I did NOT want the insurance, they charged it anyway. When I asked to have it removed, one guy was extremely rude and said I should've asked to have ti removed before the charge. Ultimately, they convinced me to keep it. When I examined my car, one of the lugnuts was jutting out. I should've asked about it, but I was put off by the way I was talked to. After a bit of driving (which hasn't been much because of the stay at home order) my car started making a weird helicopter noise. I brought it to my local mechanic and he said HE WAS ABLE TO REMOVE ALL LUGNUTS WITH HIS HANDS - NO TOOLS. THAT'S HOW LOOSE THEY WERE. This was after driving 80MPH twice on the highway. I should've questioned my choice of coming back here when the time before this a man in the waiting room was yelling at them for lugnuts. Go here only if you have a death wish. read more

Great customer service and detail taken to fix something that was a faulty part, Javier talked to me after looking at the car, he took care of the problem and made me realize that it was a manufacturing issue and not the work of the technician. read more

Very good experience. Very large spacing for sitting area due to Covid .Location at Cermark. I had an accident on the highway where one of my tires exploded because I didn't change my tires on time. I suggest anyone that's used a tire over eight years think about changing tires before it pops on highway. After it pops or exploded on the road the alignment was messed upon. I needed to have an alignment and new tires. Very quick scheduling in this location. Did the job done and fix the car. But it is quite messy so I suggest you yourself get plastic bag and cover your seats and car side door covered. They do put a seat cover one time but once I take it off and then you want them to check other stuff they sit back in the car but without the plastic seat wrap. You should get your own plastic seal wrap to not have the hassle of clean up.Or asked to keep the plastic seat wrap Because you want to take it off yourself. read more

Just went into Just tires in Berwyn Illinois off Cermack Rd. Ask the guy to check the air pressure as a customer who bought tires from them. He said he couldn't the technicians are not checking air pressure as they have been going out side and getting sic. never heard of anything like this. If these guys don't have customer service experience don't hire them. No customers in the lobby either just me early in the morning requesting service where I have spent money. This guy should be let go immediately at the desk. read more

So about 2 years ago I took my truck in for an alignment and that's when I was told that my control arms were bad...So I signed off on the team to replace them. Now at that time the vehicle had a slight lift kit on it, and after the work was done I noticed that something was definitely wrong so I brought it back in only to find that I was given STOCK control arms causing a substantial amount of damage. At this point the staff owned up to what they did, and I ended up dropping the vehicle back down to stock height (I bought it used with the lift kit so that was my choice) and consequently I was given new struts, shocks, CV Axels and the works at no charge to remedy the mistake...Okay, Cool... NOW fast forward to November of 2022 (the initial work was completed in September of 2020) I go to change my front brake pads and rotors and I find the CV axel boot is split wide open right on the crease of the boot. I've only put 22,000 miles on the axel (Average life is 80,000) and with this in mind I called the shop and was informed that the warranty will not cover it...To add insult to injury they tried to tell me "we can't be held responsible for road hazards" implying that this was either my fault or something on the road caused this which is damn near impossible given the boot is perfectly split open right along the crease (NO SIGN of any "Foul Play"). Now the warranty on the parts was apparently 24,000 miles OR 2 years....So here I am at 22,000 miles and 2 years and 2 months out, they refused to do anything about it and proceeded to tell me that my options are replacing the axels that they caused (the originals) to go bad, and now I'm clearly left with a defective product that I now have to pay to be hopefully made right again. I've honestly never bought tires from here, only alignments, and frankly I don't think I ever will after this experience and I'm making it my business to share this story. I DO NOT RECOMMEND trusting this outfit, I've given them ample opportunity to make this right and they completely refused. Granted they remedied the situation initially and more than likely bought the cheapest parts possible just to say "we did it" but with this new piece of information I'm NOT happy and I would not bring any vehicle in here after everything I've seen. read more

I came in for new tires before taking a road trip to my dad's funeral. I called and made an appointment before I came and they asked if I wanted to price tires, which I did. They recommended 4 new high-end tires (of course not what was discussed on the phone) but said only 2 were critical. I bought 2 of their lowest priced tires and paid for an alignment. After 2 hours I'm told they could only align the front tires because the bolts on the car were too tight and they couldn't get them off without fear of breaking them. Yet I was still charged for the whole alignment. The next day, we're on the road and the car starts making rattling noises and tire pressure indicator is flashing. I reset the tire pressure indicator but now it's on all the time. Just got home and now I gotta take the car back for them to figure out what's going on. read more

Excellent customer service, friendly and fast. I don't know about all of the Just Tires locations but the one on Cermak Road (22nd Street) in Berwyn, IL gives incredible service. They are friendly, nice, willing to look up your tire to see if it's on warranty (whether you have paperwork or not) and are pretty quick when it comes to service on your car. I never get tires from any where else, their road service warranty is very helpful. They just fixed my front tire (removed a nail) and didn't charge me a thing because it was covered. Thanks Just Tires! read more

I arrived and was told I didn't have an appointment. I did. I had to call my wife to prove it to them. Then they did a crappy job installing the new tires I bought from them. Then they charged me $45 to fix something supposedly wrong with a different tire. If you're smar, you won't trust these people with your business. I never will. read more
