over phone i made appointment for free alignment check,brake and battery check when i went there this morning i was told it would be $25.00 to check all that because its under new management. i wouldnt mind paying $25 but atleast be honest with customers up front about cost that is all. I signed up online for an standard oil change and a free check engine light check. Within 30 minutes I got a voice mail from the store telling me my car requires synthetic oil for an additional $20 charge. This is not true. I've had my car's oil changed regularly and never had to use synthetic oil. They also said they don't do check engine light checks. I called back and told them I don't need synthetic oil and since they didn't know that, I would be cancelling my appointment. I also chastise them for advertising they do check engine lights when they don't. I promised them I would be posting my experience on Yelp, but the response i got was "we don't care, nobody reads those". By virtue of the fact you are reading this proves them wrong. This place is such a rip-off!!! I went to Discount Tires first, but they didn't have my tire in stock and I wanted my car fixed for the weekend. I went to Just Tires only to find out that the exact same tire was almost $80 more expensive there. I wanted my car done so I was just going to take a loss,but than I asked them to fixed the TPM sensor that was showing the wrong tire as flat. The guy told me that would cost me another $100...hhmmm really because Discount Tire said they could fix it for no charge. After that I decided to just wait for Discount Tire to order my tire, and saved myself $180. read more

Extremely disappointed at the customer service this place has offered me. After spending 3k on tires for my vehicle a couple of months ago I needed an emergency fix on a flat , I arrived and explained my situation to the guy in the front and he told me he wouldn't be able to fix my flat because he wasn't trying to stay later! I asked to atleast have air put in so I can make it somewhere else to get repaired and he said no! After spending 3k on tires here this is how you treat your customers ?? read more

Thanks to the rampant road construction around the area I ended up getting 2 flat tires at two different wheel locations on my car within weeks. Now, I know next to nothing about cars, but what I do know is that I had been there prior a couple years ago with a flat and I opted for the warranty, and one of the tires that popped last year was one of them, and they got me a new one for $30 because of it. It is a per-tire warranty, but with the luck I have I've found it to be more than useful. I have whitewalled tires, so they tend to be more expensive even for basic models, but I can't complain about service here, other than sometimes it seems to be slower than it should be. They will try to patch your tire first if possible so that helps. read more

By far the best spot to go to for small issues like getting new tires or changing the oil. Definitely the friendliest around. Treat you like long time friends and break everything down easily so even us car deficient idiots can understand. They've never over charged me, on the contrary, would always tell me I dont need new parts, like a new tire that wouldve cost me $90 when they could just fix the flat one for $25. Stuff like that. My wife even likes it cuz they treat everyone so nice. SO thats sayin something. If youre ever in the Berwyn area and you need an oil change or tire service, this is the place to go. The only negative is that since everyone loves coming here, be ready to wait a good while for your car to be ready. read more

Great customer service. I setup to purchase 4 tires online and install same day. I called to confirm and guy stated they were not all available and said instead he will upgrade my tires free of charge. So aside from that they did do a great job and was pretty quick. read more

During the middle of the night, someone had thought it would be funny to slash everyone's tires on a three block stretch. I was frantic and had no idea what to do. I remembered this place, and barley made it over there with temporary air in slashed tires. They were busy. The manager was extremely helpful, very professional and knowledgeable about the tires and my car. He understood I had very little knowledge on the needs of my car and went over every detail between each possible tire candidate. I knew exactly what I needed and what I should do about my insurance. This business gets absolutely 0 stars from me. It only got 1 just so I could write this review. I made an appointment online for 9am this morning for tire installation on my vehicle. I thought everything would go smoothly because the payment was made and I assumed this was a professional establishment. I was way off, I arrived at Just Tires to see a person at the front desk with a "I don't want to be here attitude" no good morning or anything. I told him of my appointment and that the payment was made online already. He walked off without warning while I observed the workers in the back drinking coffee and cracking jokes while 6 people sat waiting for their cars. The guy at the desk returned to tell me that he doesn't have a work order and that he needs to get in contact with his boss which will take a while because he needs the password to his computer. I was livid because I had over 400 dollars on hold for this service which I needed due to daily long distance driving and Chicago weather right now. So, I called the 800 number to alert them of this situation and they were no better so I requested a refund and went to Sam's Club who installed my tires for less and in under 45 minutes. To anyone looking to have tires installed don't waste your time with this business. I would've done better off making an appointment with children. They would've gotten something right and the attitudes would have been better. read more

Made an appt online for the next day, a Sunday. Had a tire patched but preferred to have it complete replaced. In and out in 40min. Extremely friendly; wrapped up my old tire for me so I could have as a spare. Would definitely come here again. read more

My experience here was ok. I stopped here once to plug a tire that was on a slow leak. The price was almost three times higher than your average private mechanic, but it was expected since this is a major chain company. The service itself was professional so I wouldn't mind going back for future repairs. read more

Blizzard the night before, super icy roads... They had their hands full the day I was towed there with one flat tire. But, they were calm and friendly, and the people in the waiting room were pretty fun. The manager was friendly and helpful. Best part: My repair was less than $40. I'd asked them to take a good hard look at the other tires, too. I was driving my parents' car, and assumed the tires were pretty old. They could have told me I needed to replace all of them (I understand that it's not all about the tread)... Instead, I got a happy surprise - with good ratings on all four tires - and was on my way with a guarantee on the repaired tire. read more

My car was pulling to one side and shook when I accelerated. I went to Just Tires in Berwyn after a major chain (I won't say their name, but think 3 stooges) told me I needed $1300 worth of repairs. Struts, shocks, sway bar and 4 new tires. I called a dealership and they were so busy they wouldn't even take a look. I called Just Tires and talked to Jon. He answered all my questions over the phone, had the tires in stock and took me in right away. He even went out to my car to take a look with me (never had that happen anywhere else) and confirmed that "the back tires look great, you only need 2 front tires". $195 and problem solved. read more

Went in for them to fix a flat using my road hazard warranty they made me wait 3hrs, the waiting area was freezing not enough heat, (outside temperature was 29 degrees), no coffee was made, the wait was really uncomfortable. When u buy theyre tires they try to push the road hazard on to you but they dont care to take care of your needs when you need it. read more

I'm not sure where the rest of these reviews are coming from but maybe performance has really slipped recently. I call to ask if they would have time to repair or replace a tire tonight and was told that if not tonight, first thing tomorrow morning. I decided to go in to see if the story was different and sure enough, there were "four cars in front of you and only two guys in the back" and the earliest I could have my tire would be between 7 and 9 tomorrow. When he told me that tires start at $100 and I overheard another customer complain about being there for two hours when she was told one hour, I decided to take my business somewhere else. read more

Definitely a bit cheaper than most, but they said my oil change would be done within an hour and it was definitely more like an hour and twenty minutes. Worth the wait, though, since they were a full 33% less than the last place id gone for oil. read more

got a flat tire, so i brought my car to my local mechanic. he suggested that i go to a place that specializes in tires, because i have run flat tires on a 2014 bmw that were in perfect condition. he mentioned that they are tough tires to get off and the tire needed to be patched. i looked up some tire shops near me and found just tires. i called and made an appointment the next day.....they said they can patch the tire. i had to drop off my car, because i couldn't get an appointment during off work hours and needed to take care of it ASAP. i biked into work and got a call, letting me know they couldn't patch the tire. they suggested i buy 2 new tires for the rear to keep even wear. i agreed and had them put two new tires on. when i got to the car after work, i noticed both wheels they replaced tires on were damaged. i pointed it out the guy that i had just paid, who insulted me by telling me it was from driving over a curb. i let him know that i had taken pictures of the wheel and tire, to reference while looking for a tire shop. he said i'd have to call the manager the next day. i had a hard time getting a hold of the manager, but was able to on day 2 or 3 later. the manager asked me to bring int he car. i did...he looked at the picture and was in a little bit of disbelief, but i assured him that i could have my local mechanic who just looked at them before him back up my story. he said he could have them out to be repaired. that was all he could do for me. he said it would take 2 days and he'd loose his lift, because my car would be up, while the wheels were being repaired. since it was my only option i said okay. he called the next day and asked if i wanted some "refurbished BMW wheel" i said no, just fix mine. i biked into work (should have been offered a loaner) for 2 days, and picked up my car. it looked fine, but about 2 weeks later, i noticed some pretty serious issues with the finish deteriorating in a couple spots. going from one flat tire, to purchasing 2 new and very expensive tires, to then ending up with either 2 "repaired" or even worse, "refurbished" wheels with faulty craftsmanship leaves me in fear to even approach management or owners with the issues they've caused. if you don't care about service, quality or craftsmanship, go here. if you do, i suggest you spend more time and find a reputable place that has the right experience for the job. i'm out well over 1k for a flat tire. i paid for the tires and now i'll have to buy new wheels. read more
