He tells me, they misplaced our car key and we couldnt get an oil change. REALLY. Someone could have called us....informed us of the situation. #DominQue #Jeremy w e re ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! they both apologized, told us that a gentleman ended his shift and accidentally took our key home with him. He was bringing it back in about 15 mins. And then told us, that if we cld get the right filter we needed, they wld guve us a free oil change and complementary wipers. That made us happy. As we put our things in the car, Jeremy came out saying that he was able to find a filter that we needed!!! #HAPPYASEVA I LOVE that customer service when both managers will do what they can to rectify what went wrong. We will keep coming back. They made us feel valued and special!! #GoWalmart

I brought my…read morevehicle in because it was pulling to the right and requested that it be checked for a wheel alignment. I was later informed that the inner and outer tie rod ends needed replacement, which I approved. The total cost was over $500. After picking up the vehicle, the issue remained unchanged. I also discovered that the front right tire had been inflated to 47 PSI. Standard PSI is 35 PSI. I returned the next day, and after another alignment inspection, I was told that worn out front tires was most likely causing the issue. I paid an additional $40 at another shop to rotate the tires, but the vehicle still pulled to the right. When I returned again, I was told they could only refund the alignment charge of $138. In the end, I still have the original issue despite spending several hundred dollars. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the overall service experience.

Such a joy to see all the Christmas decorations even though we haven't reached Halloween yet lol - still fun to see. This location is so much less hectic than my neighborhood Costco in Skokie. To be fair, I love my Costco, but I still can't deny my shock at finding near front-door parking and completely hassle-free, small checkout lines. My intention was to just pop in to purchase silicone freezer trays since they were half the price I paid for a two-pack of the "Souper Cubes" brand two-cup trays. Instead, I left with an awesome deal on a "MIU" brand five-pack for half the price: two 2-cup trays, two 1-cup trays, and one 1/2-cup tray! They are made of 100% pure platinum food-grade silicone and are completely healthy and toxic-chemical free - BPA-free, PVC-free, phthalate-free, and lead-free. Plus, they can be frozen or even heated in the oven up to 446°F! These trays are a literal Godsend if you like cooking large batches of soups, beans, or pastas to freeze for quick weekday dinners.
