I recently purchased an older car that needed quite a bit of work to make it safe and reliable. My first stop was another shop down the street that dramatically overcharged me for shoddy work. I came across MW bc the other shop was not able to align an SUV with 33" tires. Omar did a great job, had clear communication, made me aware of several issues that the prior shop missed, and charged a fair price for his work. MW resolved all dash lights and ensured that my brakes were operating even better than new. I'll be using his shop for all wheel/tire/brake/suspension and general maintenance of all of my cars from now on.

I was in and out fairly quick, price was very reasonable, and they said I could come back every 5,000 miles to have my tires rotated for free. I left a very satisfied customer so when I hit a massive pothole last week that resulted in a flat tire and bent rim, I knew exactly where I wanted to be towed. Only there was one problem.... It was around 2p when the ordeal took place and though my insurance company quoted my 2 hours wait for a tow, it ended up being over 3 hours. Central Chicago Tire closes at 5p and the tow truck didn't get to me unitl after 5p. Lucky for me, the tire shop offered to wait for me anyways. I arrived to the shop after 5:30p and one of the owners and an employee were still waiting. I didn't know my rim was bent until they took the tire off my car. It wasn't looking good but the two guys went right to work determined to reshape my rim and trying everything possible. After a good hour of working on it, they decided to reinflate my old tire and put it back on the wheel in case the rim wasn't fully repaired. They didn't want to ruin the new tire. I drove on it a few days to test it out until I could find time to get back to the shop and have the new tire put on. The rim seemed to be fine and when I returned they replaced the tire and I was in an out fairly quickly considering all the other appointments they had. They also replaced one of my tail lights that was out and I walked out without spending a ton of money. It's been a few days and my tire and wheel seem to be holding up and doing fine. I will continue to monitor it but everything looks great. I am very pleased with the service again and will definitely return for any tire needs in the future.

I have used Riverside Garage for a few things and they have always been fair and honest with me. Most recently I thought I needed new brake pads on my Rav-4, so I dropped it off for the guys to check out. They easily could have told me I needed new pads and sold them to me, I wouldn't know the difference, as I am not a "car person". They told me I still have a ways to go before I need new pads. I really appreciate their honesty. Then they found a nail that had been in my back tire and removed it and plugged it for a very reasonable price! I was wondering why the light was always on in the dashboard. Thank you so much Riverside Garage, you have a customer for life.
