Amazing place with fast service. Sometimes navigation can be confused with destination bc of the side road and it may look like you are heading opposite direction but you will not trust me:) It is very easy to find, few feet from the Shell gas station. Sometimes get crowded but 10-15 min wait is max. Otherwise they will let you know. My car was detected some tire problem and they discovered and solved leak problem in 10 min for very reasonable price. We always choose this place for few years now and we are satisfied. read more

I came in because I saw a nail stuck in my tire and was afraid to pull it. The mechanic checked it out and saw it was small and did not affect the tire. Refused to charge me as much as I insisted. Brought my SUV here to have tires replaced. The manager rudely told me to go somewhere else, he was too busy! This was after waiting 10 minutes in the lobby and then having to go into the shop to ask for attention. I wasn't in a hurry and wanted to just drop the vehicle off and pick it up later. I think if you were not Hispanic, you get treated differently. This place is cheap, but I wouldn't trust their work based on how they are operating in the bay. Anyone who tells you they don't want your business, doesn't deserve to run a business and should get customer service training. Like many businesses if the work is overwhelming, don't be cheap, hire additional staff to do the work. read more

Had no idea why my rear tire was losing air , Arturo removed the wheel diagnosed issue stemming from road grime along with bad /old seal around wheel and tire. If you need a solid tire without paying brand new prices this is the place to go. I was told to come here by a friend as I was short on cash, needed two tires for my 2005 Altima and could only afford one super cheap new tire off a rack at a normal service store. I went here told the guy in the front what I needed, he then walked me into the shop and had one of his guys pull down the tires that matched the size I needed and he let me pick out the tires I wanted. I got two almost brand new tires changed, balanced and mounted for the price of one single new tire. I believe I paid the man $50. The whole transaction took less than 15 minutes. Recently my wife's SUV had a slow leak that I knew needed to be addressed. After telling her dad about our situation he said, "I got a a guy!" Knowing I was not in the market for a new tire (well 2 since they never let you buy just 1) he sent me to Stone Park Tire. When I say sent me, he gave me detailed directions about a "Tire Guy" across from the new Menards and that there was a big tire out front. I went walking in the front door like a dumb suburbanite and there was no one and nothing there. Turn on my "city brain" I head around back to where all the action is happening! Air guns going off, tires rolling, jacks well....you know! I quickly see you need to kinda get in line and wait to be acknowledged. I see what would few hour line anywhere else but they are cranking people out like it's the Daytona 500 here....money to be made and people got places to go! A young guy finally indicates it's my turn after about 15 minutes. His English isn't great but he gets my tire off before I say a word and he finds a big screw. He asks me if I want a patch or a plug? This is when another customer comes up and everyone agrees the patch is the way to go. He says it'll be $15 and he'll be right back. Wait! $15?!? I look in the garage and there is a huge White Board with black marker with all the prices...I swear last night's dinner menu was more than all this stuff they did. I stood in the parking lot chatting with all the nice men waiting on their cars. One guy put it all perfectly, "I got 2 jobs, 4 kids....I know I need a new tire but when is a good time to buy new tires?!" I began to admire the mint 1963 Buick that just rolled in as I hear a holler from by my car....DONE!! Thank God I had my Emergency $20 bill in my wallet because this is a CASH ONLY operation. All four had excellent tread, about half their tread was left. One brand new snow tire would have cost me twice what I paid for four! read more

Friendly and fast!! Came in with donut and for a total of $35 (provided my tire size) they provided a used tire with great tread, and patched up a tiny spot that may have been nothing included in the price. After they took off my spare they checked the spare pressure, filled it up and even banged out part of the rim that was a little misshapen. They didn't have to do any of that extra for the spare but they did. Would be hard to find a better deal. read more
