My battery died in the bay and Kiara went next door to get me a jump. Kiara and Curtis were professional and took care of both my vehicles

RACISM AT IT'S best!!! Horrible customer service went to this location to get an oil change the ignorant manager complaint about having the window rolled up while waiting to be serviced. It was cold out! The hell came up to car and said if I had my window down maybe I'll be able to hear him better! Ok lowered window down to have this MF CURSE AT ME TELLING ME FU!!' Unacceptable calling CORPORATE!! read more

Everyone here did an great job with my oil change. Extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and quick. Everyone was friendly. I highly recommend.

I have been here twice for my last two oil changes. Both times the service was quick. The real reason for the 5 stars is the customer service that I received. Everyone was very welcoming and two different employees held open the door for me while entering/exiting the wait room. That was a nice little touch that goes a long way. Prices were standard for market, but did receive a buy one get one wind shield wiper deal. Overall, will definitely come back. Impressed by the speed and the service team. read more

Great service and doesn't take long and workers had a great attitude would recommend 10/10 service

Very Quick and Professional! This was my first time here, but I will definitely be coming back for routine oil changes. The staff was very nice and the coffee was hot, couldn't ask for much more. The guy that helped service me even walked me through the steps to get rewards I would've otherwise wasted! Definitely worth the 5 stars! read more

I had a great oil change experience here. All of the gentlemen who worked on my car were very professional and courteous. I felt confident that I was getting the best service and I did not feel like they were trying to sell me on any unnecessary extras. Would recommend to anyone read more

I got in and it was very quick and got a free car wash The mechanics were very professional and got me in and out. read more

This place is under new management - I think! I usually avoid JL's because of a show I saw on DateLine or 20/20. But, my oil change was way overdue. I've tried several different places over the past year, and just couldn't find one that I like. For me, "liked" means good customer service and not feeling like I was ripped off. The guys (and woman) working here were so polite, friendly, customer focused, and just all around good guys. I'm always so blown away when I get good customer service, because it seems to be so rare these days. I was in and out in 15 minutes. I had my oil changed, filters changed, coolant changed. Because I got it all done, he knocked off some money. I highly recommend checking this place out! You also get a free car was at the place next door when you are done. read more

Literally just left the best oil change experience of my life. Excellent customer service from a nice, friendly man named Steven - not sure if he's the owner or manager but based on his professionalism and courtesy I wouldn't doubt it. Service was FAST, they were honest with me about the services I needed, and they applied coupons I didn't even ask for. Nice people, great service, definitely recommend! read more

We've always gone to this location since its very close to home but will probably NOT come back. We had an oil change last week and then it started leaking. We've NEVER had a problem with the car for years!!!! We went back for them to check just in case a plug was not put back in, but no they kept denying it and kept making excuses!!! AGAIN we've never had a problem with the car for years!!! They messed up our car. read more

Kyle, Cathy and Tim are always beyond exceptional and helpful!!! I won't go anywhere else!

We pulled up and thought they were closed because no one was there but the staff actually were getting ready for the day. Great service - quick in and out, my car runs wonderfully they vacuumed the front and the backseat of my minivan and actually put the mileage sticker in the window. You'd be surprised how many places forget to put the mileage sticker in your window .We were also treated to a complimentary car wash at the carwash next-door as long as we showed our receipt. All in all great experience - we will be back. read more

The black lady was amazing. Awesome honesty and nice alternatives to fully synthetic, no pressure. There was no "hey you need this and this". Good review and good price, very quick service. read more

Went there for an oil change, nothing else. I was quoted a price of $41.99. Okay...a little pricey but I didn't feel waiting 2 or 3 hours at Pep boys for a $20.00 oil change. Boy was that was a mistake. They got me in and out in about a half hour, that was great!...I paid my bill with a credit card and left. When I got home I read my receipt. They charged me $5.99 for an extra quart of oil...if I had a 6 quart capacity that would be fine, but I have a 5 quart capacity. Then I look down the list, and she also charged me another $4.99 for antifreeze when I told her NO, I have my own in the back of my van. So they tried to charge me $11.00 more for my oil change. I hope those of you who have gotten or will get an oil change there, you read your receipt. Needless to say, they have lost credibility with me, and I well no longer go there. read more

If you have an hour to spare come here. That's how long it took for an oil change and car headlight!!!! I will not be returning here!

I needed an oil change and thought I'd give this place a try since it had a good rating (though based on only 4 reviews) and I found a groupon. Groupon was supposed to come with fluid topoff and window treatment which were not done even though I mentioned it beforehand. read more

They tried to charge 41.00 in labor for an oil change. at that price, I hope you go out of business

Dont EVER take your car here! they jacked up my 2007 Chrysler Aspen . Me and my grandmother went here on a sunday for the first time because Mancaris was closed so we stopped here and a young woman approached me and my grandmother and we told her what we needed, we just needed an oil change, so upon waiting for her to tell us a price her and these two other guys one tall skinny black dude wit classes and one old guy kept trying to get us to pay for all this other crap and we kept telling them no we just want an oil change, so the oil change came out to bout 60$ and some change (way too much for an oil change, Mancaris never charged that much) cause the girl said we need this special type of oil since we drive a truck, they saw two women walk in there and they took advanged! completely, while conducting a oil change they started messing with my tires putting air in them and on this one tire ( back left tire) the guy told me oh you need to change your vile cause its this and that, NEVER HAD A PROBLEM with any off my tires prior, they were done there working and messing with that tire for a good 6mins doing god knows what cause they sure in the hell didnt. so after they were done Messing up my truck 3 days after they had supposedly put air in my tires i had a tire blow out on that same LEFT BACK TIRE they was messing with for a long time on the express way, almost got into an accident but by the grace of god i was ok i was able to pull over and call Triple A. Then my "check engine" light came on and "check tire" lights came on .. ALL THIS happened after i had those 3 dummies working on my car. NEVER AGAIN and thanks to them i had to take my car into the chrysler dealership to get worked on and come to find out Jiffy Lube put the wrong oil in my tank and they jacked up my tire, i guess they were mad cause i wasnt trying to spend more money with them then i had too.. and that was another large unnecessary bill i had to pay to the dealership but atleast i know they there professional. If i had the time i would sue Jiffy Lube for the near death experience i endured and all the money they caused me. NEVER EVER WILL THESE PEOPLE GET MY SERVICE , i told friends and family members about this location and to never take their cars here cause they will definitely have you spending hundreds in damage fees. read more

Stevens customer service and professionalism was great. The service was fast and honest. I was in and out of there in great timing and they took care of my car as well as gave me a free car wash! What an awesome experience at this Jiffy Lube! I originally went to another one but they weren't courteous so I left. I stopped at this one and all the techs were so professional and polite. They understood that my car hadn't been maintained for awhile and didn't judge. They just told me exactly what needed to be done and what is suggested to be done. No hard selling, which I appreciated and I will be back next week to follow up with some other services they recommended. Stili was so nice and helpful and I can't wait to recommend them to others. What a great experience! read more
