I initially had a good experience here when my alternator unexpectedly broke. I really appreciated Hazel's flexibility and willingness to work on my car past store hours to help get everything resolved. Since my oil change was due soon anyway, I also asked them to complete that service while fixing the alternator. Unfortunately, during the service, I received a call that they had accidentally broken my dipstick and would need to call around junkyards to find a replacement. After a few weeks, I was finally told I could come back anytime to get the dipstick replaced and complete the oil change. What really disappointed me was the way the situation was handled afterward. When I asked about a discount due to the inconvenience, one staff member told me I would receive 20% off. However, when I came in, I was charged full price for the oil change. The employee checking me out was kind, apologized, and said they'd speak with the manager. The manager then came over and told me there would be no discount or free oil change and said he didn't understand why I would expect compensation when they replaced the dipstick for free. But replacing the dipstick for free was simply correcting damage caused during service. He eventually offered a $10 discount for "next time" instead of resolving the issue then and there. I like and appreciate most of the staff, especially Hazel, but the manager's handling of the situation left a bad impression. read more

PLEASE DONT GO HERE especially if you're a woman. The men here are creepy and sneaky upsellers. I had originally gone in for an oil change and they replaced my air filter, and as soon as I left the air system WAS BROKEN. never had any issues with my car until after leaving jiffy lube. I went back and asked them to fix it and they got the cause wrong TWICE. Ryan was hitting on me the whole time, asking me what I was doing that night, asking if I pay for my own college (weird), and making comments about my appearance. What really gets me was their bad service and dishonesty. He told me he wouldn't charge for the fuse he replaced, but I saw he did on the receipt that he gave me after payment (no invoice was given before payment). He also replaced a lightbulb in my car without asking and charged me for it. I left with no working air, no improvements to my car, and 107 less dollars. My wife took in the car for an oil change. They upsold her a tire rotation. After removing the tires they said they didn't need to be rotated, so took off the charge. After sometime, the car started making a rotational knocking sound at low speeds. Unfortunately they did not torque the wheels correctly after replacing the tires. Thankfully nothing devastating happened, just lost time and additional money to correct. read more

the white man who works there with long hair and wears a mask does not know how to talk to people. im hard of hearing and was trying to follow his instructions on straightening out my car & he was literally YELLING at me on what to do, rolling his eyes & being so condescending. he walks up to my car and says "I'm going to have someone drive your car for you" as if I don't know how to drive my own car, what because I'm a woman? he barely gave me any time to do what he was asking since my car was at an angle. men like him are the reason I hate getting my car looked at. I told him I would go somewhere else instead since he made me so uncomfortable. I started to back up to get out and a coworker of his asked what happened & he said "she said she is gonna go somewhere else since she doesn't know how to follow instructions." he didn't even wait to talk crap until I drove away. so unprofessional. I told him he was rude and doesn't know how to talk to people and that's why I was leaving. while i was driving away he was still YELLING at me. I've literally never been yelled at let alone talked to like that by someone in my life. Such an uncomfortable an experience- crazy to think he thought I would let him work on my car after talking to me like that. went to orileys to get my battery looked at instead and they recommended I report him since he was so unprofessional (I am not the type to leave a bad review usually but this really got me.) never going to this location again that's for sure! stay clear of the man with nasty greasy long hair and a terrible attitude if you go there! read more

I went in today for an oil change. Ryan and Greg let me know that it was a good time to consider doing my 200k maintenance. While doing so, they found an issue with one of my sparkplugs. Ryan made a quick call and was able to get the part delivered to the shop. While waiting, I also noticed Ryan handling what could have been a "spicy" situation with a customer, very calmly and professionally. From what I could see, the problem was resolved and both parties were happy with the outcome. Overall great experience personally and professionally!! read more

Great location, fair prices. However, they tend to check off things on their checklist and not do the work. For example, on my last visit: --Air cleaner hose left disconnected from intake manifold --PCV hose left disconnected --Vacuum was checked but not performed --Glass cleaned was checked but not performed --Another vehicle's keys were on my dashboard I had to visually watch them to ensure they actually changed my oil filter and they actually put in the oil that I ordered; I had heard stories of them putting in regular oil when high-mileage oil was requested, then charged for that rate. In other words, I can no longer return to this Jiffy Lube Store Greenwood, Seattle, Washington, because I simply cannot trust them. And that is really sad, given all the claims they make on their boards in the waiting room. read more

Every time I come in, I get amazing service from people who are so kind and knowledgeable on their craft. My driver side brake light was out, and thanks to their routine light check whenever I stop by, I was able to catch it much sooner than I would have on my own. My car uses oil pretty hard, and I need a top off a few times between changes. They always provide one for free, and are very helpful and friendly when doing so. They never make me feel bad for lapsing on my oil changes either! If you are highly anxious about car maintenance, I can't recommend these guys enough!! read more

Wonderful experience! I have one day off this week and was dreading spending it getting work done on my car but my interactions at this particular jiffy lube turned my whole day around. Matthew, Maddie, and Elliott were all so kind, wonderful, and terrific at their jobs. My oil change was totally pain free and super quick. Matthew was extremely patient with me even though I didn't know where everything on my car was! I also needed a headlight change and when it turned out the shop was out of the particular bulb I needed the team procured the desired part and still managed to get it done. I pulled into a random Jiffy Lube at this location, and the guy there was absolutely fantastic he opened up the hood, assured me that it's just a loose belt tensioner and that I shouldn't have any problem making it home, and once I get home I should be able to take it in for service. Michael and Jerome were very polite and straightforward in what they did.
