Erik diagnosed a major engine problem when the Engine Light showed up! He knew repairs to my 2017 Chevy Equinox were needed asap! I towed my SUV to the dealer right away and they did their diagnostic! Just in-time to get my Cam Shaft Exhaust Valve + Other related engine issues were fixed by a Master Mechanic at the dealer where I bought the SUV! Much appreciation to Erik, Payton, and Keagan! Since my oil change was due soon anyway, I also asked them to complete that service while fixing the alternator. Unfortunately, during the service, I received a call that they had accidentally broken my dipstick and would need to call around junkyards to find a replacement. After a few weeks, I was finally told I could come back anytime to get the dipstick replaced and complete the oil change. What really disappointed me was the way the situation was handled afterward. When I asked about a discount due to the inconvenience, one staff member told me I would receive 20% off. However, when I came in, I was charged full price for the oil change. The employee checking me out was kind, apologized, and said they'd speak with the manager. The manager then came over and told me there would be no discount or free oil change and said he didn't understand why I would expect compensation when they replaced the dipstick for free. But replacing the dipstick for free was simply correcting damage caused during service. He eventually offered a $10 discount for "next time" instead of resolving the issue then and there. I like and appreciate most of the staff, especially Hazel, but the manager's handling of the situation left a bad impression.

Chris got me in the same day as the scrape happened, and after getting a quote, I decided to proceed (w/o going thru insurance). She offered to let me pay up front for the part (a door panel) so it could get ordered a bit quicker, which I did, and I dropped my car off the following week (I could have dropped it off sooner; I just needed it that weekend). The part took a couple of extra days to come in, and Chris called me to let me know about the delay, and she gave me an updated time for completion (another week out from the initial completion date). I called a day early to see if it would still be completed the following day, and she said it was. Sure enough, I came by the following day and it was done at around 4:30pm! Beautiful repair job - looks as good as it was the day I bought the car! Chris offered to dab some paint on a VERY small scratch on the other side of my car for free, and I agreed. All in, $3,900 for the total cost. I'm not well-versed in my car parts, but considering the quality of the job and how Chris kept me updated through the entire process, I am more than satisfied with the price I paid and would highly recommend Tony's to anybody.

You end up waiting at least 2 hours and a half, even with an appointment. If you don't have enough staff or you're too busy to handle customers on time, why are you even giving appointments in the first place? This location is completely disorganized and poorly managed. I'll be taking my business to another Firestone from now on. This place is a total mess.

    Pick somewhere else. For any service at all, it will take them hours to get to you. This is not…read morenecessarily their fault entirely. There are so many other issues though. I had to wait there for many hours for my vehicle to be worked on. I witnessed that, surprise surprise, every single customer that came in with one issue, turns out after the mechanic checked the vehicle, oh dear, it has so many other problems. That is a very strange coincidence. They told me I needed an oil change. I knew I was 2,000 miles from needing one. Once I got the car back, verified my mileage, I spoke to the manager, and asked why I was told I needed an oil change, when obviously I did not. He just stared at me. And when he quoted me a price for the oil change, oddly, he didn't say a price out loud, he pointed to a price on a piece of paper. I thought it was very cheap for that service. However, when I was all done, and I was handed my 'recommended' services, I saw that the price he pointed to was only a tiny fraction of what the actual cost of an oil change was. He was purposely misleading and dishonest. The biggest, blatant, most aggregious thing was this: a mechanic came in after inspecting another customer's car (the customer was not there). I heard him tell the manager that the car was good, he could not find any problems at all beyond what the vehicle was brought in for. The manger said this: "OK, I'll do something, then." I'll do something?! We all know what he did. Unscrupulous. Dishonest. Stay away.
