The service manager, Victor, is always kind and honest and doesn't take advantage of my naivety when it comes to vehicles. They didn't put the plug into my oil after my oil change and it killed my motor after several weeks later. They determined it wasn't their fault and didn't want to replace my motor. So warning to you, if you use them, you might lose a motor in time. I used coupons i would get out of the paper but is it worth it if i would lose my motor? That's the risk you're taking with jiffy lube. It was a new employee and he wasn't trained very well i'm speculating because i've never seen him before. Came in for a standard oil change. There was one other person in front of me. I've been waiting for an hour and 30 minutes. They just barely called me out to ask what kind of oil I wanted and told me it'll be another 15-20 minutes to actually do the oil change. I could have changed it at home in far less time on my own and for a lot cheaper. Only stopped because it was on the way home and I figured it's just an oil change and I'll be in and out. read more

Their prices are double the price of the dealer with no tire rotation that the dealer gives. They employ kids that know nothing. They are rude and when i asked why it was double the price of the dealer.. They told me they have high prices and that they wouldn't bring their cars there. I pulled into this place hoping that there weren't any cars in front of me because I was in such a hurry to go out of town. I was greeted while I was pulling into the bay by a very nice gentleman with a big smile. I explained that I was in a hurry his response was "no problem we understand and we'll get you out of here as soon as we can." They then offered me coffee and a nice air-conditioned room to wait in. Within 10 minutes they were already done with my oil change. The manager there named Jacob runs such a nice crew and I will be returning to this Jiffy Lube for my future oil changes as long as the customer service remains spectacular as it is now! read more

I really needed an oil change so I decided to give this shop a chance since they had good reviews. They did not disappoint. The service was quick and they were not pushy at all. I usually go to the Jiffy Lube off Chandler which provides great efficient service. I was in the area and figured I could get an oil change at this location. I ask for my routine oil change and they suggest I replace a belt that they say is cracking, fine. Guy tells me it will take 20-25 minutes. I understand work takes time but to tell me that it will take less than 30 minutes and for me to be there an hour and 45 minutes is just rude. My car was the only one being serviced and three guys were working. Then as I stop at the store afterwards I notice a plastic piece of rubber hanging from the bottom of my front bumper. Terrible slow service and they must have missed something if parts are hanging out of my car. read more

Went there because I had a coupon. They were out of stock of the oil for my Toyota. So they offer me two options and when I choose one they say that will ruin my engine! I have 2 Chrysler's that I used to take there for oil changes. I've had a Chrysler for 16 years. I've had experience with the check engine light coming on if the gas cap isn't tight. So I knew the problem. Auto Zone tested it for free. I took it here and asked them to reset the engine light. Nope couldn't do that without doing the diagnostic at $130 an hour..but it "probably won't take that long." Really Auto Zone did it for free? How about charging me to do what I requested and if I'm wrong then its my expense and my mistake. Nope. You guys will not get anymore business from me. And I'd suggest the manager not be in ear shot of the customer when he tells the flunky what to say to the customer. read more
