i took my camry in and it is a japa made so i took it in for a transaxel flud drain and refill and…read moretold them which fluid and that you must use crush washers when you reinstall the drain plug and the refill plug with crush washers to prevent leaks and as i got home i found a few drops of fluid allreadydropped on clean concret as sure enough it will leak because the washers theyused were not rigt and i insisted but theymade o effort to get right washers even though i gave them parts number from toyota and they said this is what i have to use and tey put on washers thatwill not seal the correctwas as i need the aluminum crushale to fit the texture of the aluninum housing so it wont leak. im going tomorrow to see terry salamat and if they wont correct prolem i will hire an attorey. i had a previous problem with themi last year.i had a clock spring on my nissa rogue not put on right-i went back and they tampered with it so i accepted and left. now im afraid thatthey didnt even change the fluid maybe checked it and put plugs in using same washers tom said. i was charged over 70 dollars for a gallon of supposedly dexron 111 fluid even though i needed on 2 quarts. also labor brough bill to a little over 163 dollars plus the worry now as i have to have it fixed correctly. i hope people will stop using this place as they are money hungry and dont do correct job. i cant take foto as im old and my cell phone is a flip phone-no camera als repairo i told tom i dont have money to waste as im 78 years old on soc security and need car worked on right. he said old car always has leaks but tis had o new leak until today ad leak was clear oil not black or brown fluid-i just hope something can be done to people like this. i even did all the leg work on computer getting info on my car etc and fluid it hasto have and all about the transaxel and model number. idid all i can do and want them to refund my money so i can get it fixed right at toyota dealer

They sold me a solid business van for my fleet, that had low miles and it was the cheapest priced vehicle online in the entire country. They are in business for the long haul and understand the importance of reputation. They treat people with the upmost respect regardless of price on car, like some other dealerships. It's very comfortable and modern, with free Wi-Fi, plenty of seating, and a high-top work table with outlets for charging a laptop or phone. They also offer complimentary drinks and snacks, including cookies, bottled water, soda, sparkling water, and a coffee machine with options like lattes and mochas. The staff have always been extremely friendly and welcoming whenever we arrive. B&M Mobile Auto Body Repair - Extremely Unprofessional, Poor Work, and Ghosted After Payment…read more I hired Barry McGill of BM Mobile Auto Body to fix cosmetic damage on two vehicles. This turned into one of the worst service experiences I've had. First car - surprise charges and poor business practices Barry completed the main repair on the first vehicle, which initially looked acceptable. However, when we asked him to go over a couple of very minor additional spots (a dent and some scratches), he did the work without providing a new quote or asking for approval, and then tacked on an extra $200 after the fact. We never agreed to this price increase in advance. Any reputable business discusses costs before doing additional work--this alone should have been a red flag. Second car - made it WORSE The second vehicle had a tiny scratch that was not visible from outside the car. Barry decided to "repair" it by dabbing what looked like nail polish on the surface. He insisted it was a "perfect color match" and claimed it would "look like it never happened" once it dried. Instead, it looks far worse than before. The repair is obvious, sloppy, and amateurish. Anyone with basic auto body experience would recognize this as unacceptable work. Broken promises and ghosting Barry told me that if it didn't look perfect the next day, he would come back for free and make it right. The next day, I called him -- he told me to "give it a few more days." A few days later, he promised to come back at an agreed-upon time. He didn't show. Hours later, after I chased him down, he claimed his grandfather was in the hospital. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and told him to come when convenient. He said Saturday. Saturday came -- no Barry. After multiple texts, he said he got busy on another job and promised to arrive by 2 PM. He never showed, and now appears to have blocked my number or stopped responding entirely. Of course, this all happened after he had already been paid. Total disrespect for our time I left work early on a weekday to meet him. We rearranged our entire Saturday to be home waiting for him. He wasted our time repeatedly with zero accountability. Lack of professionalism Barry smoked a cigarette in our driveway while reviewing the job and left the cigarette butt behind. This may seem minor, but it reinforces the overall lack of professionalism and respect. Bottom line Surprise charges without approval Substandard, amateur-looking work Broken promises Repeated no-shows Complete lack of follow-through once paid This business is unreliable, unprofessional, and not qualified to perform proper auto body work. I've used other mobile auto repair services in the past with excellent results--this was the exact opposite. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
