The overall layout felt very familiar, with bulk groceries, frozen foods, clothing, household items, a pharmacy, and a food court. The food court even offers similar staples like pizza and the $1.50 hot dog combo. One thing I enjoyed was seeing ICEE drinks available, which was a nice change from what Costco offers. Prices and product selection were generally comparable, and we found some good deals on sparkling water and chips. We also checked the gas station and noticed fuel prices were essentially the same as the Costco in Sugar Land. The staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. One difference I noticed was that Sam's Club seemed to offer fewer free samples, although that wasn't a major issue for me. My biggest disappointment was the electronics section. Compared to Costco, the selection of laptops, computers, and electronics felt much more limited. There were a few TVs and desktop computers, but not nearly the variety I typically see at Costco. Overall, I had a positive experience and can see why people shop here. However, the differences weren't significant enough for me to jump ship from Costco. If you're already a Sam's Club member, you'll likely find good value, but for now I'll be sticking with Costco.

First Tire was ready for me, kept me informed during the installation of tires and they were done very quickly. Very pleasant employees to work with. Just a great place to do business with.

They came back with over $2300 worth of work (including some work I just had done). I told them at 12::02 PM to go ahead and begin the work. I then remembered that the very thing they said was wrong with my truck was repaired about (8) months ago. I called that previous garage and was told that the work was still under warranty; so I called First Tire back and asked them to stop work on my vehicle. I was told that they had already began work and that they disassembled things on my car (again I called back less than 30 minutes ago). They told me that they were gonna charge me for the "work" they had already done to the tune of $500. Yes, in order for me to get my truck back, I had to pay for the "labor" of less than an hour. The SUV was sitting already outside and parked (25 minutes after I called) when I arrived. I went by and paid for the work and got my SUV towed to the other garage (thinking they had dropped the gas tank and removed fuel lines). When I got to the garage, they told me the diagnosis of my car was incorrect and an hour of work had not been done to my truck. I'm angry and upset that First Tire thinks it's okay to overcharge people for their work. I believe someone should answer about this so called "labor" and the $500 charge (with the $160 diagnostic). Needless to say, I am driving in my vehicle with no issues and after I paid $120 to the previous garage for their own diagnostic. Please beware...

Excellent customer service and professionalism. Francisco was very helpful and answered all my…read morequestions on the phone. He explained the cost of the tires and explained there is $150 service fee to drive out to your house to change the tires. This is actually a cheap cost when he is able to save you a lot of money with different tire recommendations that have just as good of quality as Pirelli and Michelin tires. There is no point in paying more for tires especially when I am unable to rotate them because the tires in the front of my vehicle are a different size from the tires in the back of the vehicle. He came within an hour and half of contacting him. He was not late and also had regular communication with me through text message while driving to my house. We had him come out to replace one single tire in the back of our vehicle that had a large gash in it from a shard of class we ran over the night before in downtown Houston. I drove to Discount Tire, Costco and 2 other locations to see if they could fix the tire prior to contacting Shamrock Tires. None of them had the 22-inch tire size in stock, and they all mentioned they would have to order it. The cost ranged from $450 - $700 for the specific tire I needed before installation cost. Shamrock Tires said they found a brand-new tire locally and could be here within 1.5 hours. I was impressed that they were going to come to my house to do the service and that made me very happy. The large van has all the equipment inside it for replacing the tires professionally just like it was done at the Tire Shop you would drive to. The best part about Shamrock Tires is that there was no waiting, and it feels like you are getting VIP service. I definitely recommend them and will be using them again in the future when I need to replace all four tires.

My coworker used Shamrock Tires and recommended them to me. They were able to fit me in the very next day and came out to my workplace. He was able to find the hole in less than a minute. He patched it up and was done in under half an hour, all while I was at work. I highly recommend him, seems very honest and knows a lot about tires and it's super convenient since it's a mobile service and he comes to your home or work. No more wasting my weekends and waiting all day at tire shops. You can even get a quote through text for tires if you need to replace. We've had tires replaced by them and the price he quoted was less than the dealership's price and other repair shops. We will definitely be using him again.

I was promised a phone call at…read moreminimum, by the owners but apparently they are too good to deal with people who spend money at their establishment. Also, I'm confused why they can't understand that it TAKES TIME for a crack to expand. How could you see a crack on tinted tail lights? I didn't even see them until the dealership pointed them out. These people do not want to help, never tried to help, and are crooked business people. Please, do not shop here! Buyer Beware - first of all, the Indian guy that works here is rude as hell. He is clearly someone who had no respect for customers, past or present. I had my tail lights tinted here a year ago. I was not aware, due to the coloring of the lights, that this business cracked my lights. Fast forward a year, and the lights have had time to allow for those cracks to expand. That expansion allowed water to deep into the light, shorting out my light. They are LED lights, so a simple changing of a bulb will not suffice. I had contacted the business to try and remedy this, and of course, they say that someone else must be responsible. The "owners" have no interest in helping or even making themselves available to talk. How professional is that? Pay attention to the bad reviews - they hold merit.
