Was quoted much less then the total came out to told me had to take my tires to another shop to get the tpms sensors done as they didn't fir in his tire machine he had to have known this prior to giving me the lower quote for them then wouldn't even give me the money I was owed back day I finally got my vehicle back said something about having to speak to his accountant!! Took toooooo long charged toooo much after being quoted way less and all the repairs I wanted weren't even done not by half !!!

Calvin showed me what services needed attention so I ended up getting new brake fluid and new filters. I am at 94,000 miles and I'm trying to keep up with maintenance so I knew it needed to be done. They did charge me $20 for a tire rotation when I never asked for it. I thought I heard that he was going to do it for free but charged me anyways. Oh well. But He did ask if I had any coupons but since I didn't, he let me scan a QR code to get a coupon and saved me about $75. Everyone was very friendly and funny lol. My mom brought her car in because it was hesitating to accelerate past 50 mph. After paying $189 for a diagnostic service, the mechanic first said the engine had failed and even gave her a quote for a full engine replacement. Later, the story changed -- first to a catalytic converter issue and then again to something else. When she picked up the car, it was in worse condition than before. It wouldn't go over 10 mph, and they admitted they already knew it was running that way but still let her drive it into traffic without warning her. The only reason they looked at the car again was because it came back in such bad shape. They were combative when we asked questions, and the engine cover wasn't even secured afterward. This used to be a shop we trusted, but the lack of accountability, inconsistent diagnostics, and disregard for safety were unacceptable. If you're looking for honest mechanics and reliable diagnostics, I would strongly suggest taking your vehicle elsewhere.
