This Jiffy Lube has undergone management changes lately (July 2014) and I can tell you that I've always had my service here because of convenience but the newest management change is by far the best. I was really thinking about not coming back to this location after an experience I had earlier in 2014, but was pleased to find out there were new folks around there. I was in and out in about 25 mins with my SUV. I was so happy with that service I returned with my daughters car a few days later and I was done in about 10 mins. I would say anyone that had a bad experience before needs to give them a try now, to see how they hold up. The guys worked hard, no pressure on the add-ons. All I wanted was a simple oil change and that's what I got. Kudos to the new management. read more

They were wonderful with my car and service! I had a problem with my hood not latching and thought it was a completely different issue. I was quoted a fix for 400$ but they fixed it for free during my oil change! The tech realized it was a simple fix and even showed me how to fix it myself if the issue were to arise again. They walked me though all my issues and did a WONDERFUL job on my car! I always come here now! They also have great deals and do great fluid top offs! read more

Upon speaking with him and understanding his knowledge of cars and seeing the way he carries himself put me at ease knowing he was the store manager even though there has been so many at the Mchenry location. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and presented himself in a professional manner read more

I was late getting off work and arrived on what I thought was plenty of time, but with the cars in front of me, realized it would be after closing. I offered to come back another time, but they stayed the extra time and helped me. You don't see service like that since the lock down affected people's attitudes. Would give a 10 star rating if I could. read more

Great Team, Josh, Jo, Matt. Excellent service. Manager Josh is very pleasant to talk to and explains and breaks down the job services clearly. Jo, is super knowledgable and clearly an asset- safety minded in the service bay. Matt took the time to update me on undercarriage issues I asked about. He also suggested services the cover when needed. read more

I came in for an oil change and I was told it would be about a 30min wait before I got inside and before I knew my car was inside and my whole service was completed in less then 30min. Very efficient and fast and reliable. If you need an oil change in a crunch, my recommendation is to wait the time frame and they will get you in and out fast read more

Michael could not have been more helpful and actually kind! He obviously takes great pride in his business. I can see why. They were thorough, honest, and very helpful. I'm alone and they could easily have tried to slip in some extras, but they did not. Use this business when you want good, honest service! read more

Do NOT even think of going to this Den of Thieves! If you have anything of value in your car they will steal it. And then the manager will try to cover it up. The police know this place like the back of their hand and will gladly tell you not to go here. read more
