DO NOT GO HERE!!! I took my vehicle here for an oil change, ended up, waiting over an hour to get an oil filter that was delivered and it was the wrong one, then waited another 30 minutes for them to deliver a 2nd wrong oil filter, they ended up putting the dirty filter back in, then come to find out 2 weeks later my vehicle has been slowly leaking oil since they did the oil change. I have a BMW and the oil pan has a pin that has to be taken out correctly, the employee stripped the pin, causing my vehicle to slowly leak oil without my knowledge. I called the owner of this location and not only was he rude, but all he kept saying is that I was "barking" at him instead of understanding my frustration. I am also a business owner, and would never talk to a customer like that!!! BIG NO NO...I would not recommend taking your vehicle here especially if it's foreign. read more

Jordan topped off my fluids for no charge when I desperately needed an oil change after driving to Six Flags and had to drive all the way down to Quincy, IL (5.5 hours). The shop was about to close (I got there at 5:50ish), and he didn't have the right filter for my Mini to do a full oil change, so he just topped everything off for free. He said it was "northern hospitality," because he knew I was in a bind with all of the other oil shops closing in the area. Midas (a store away) had turned me down at 5:45pm, because they were closing in 15 minutes. read more

The only downsides were how long it took, the concerns of filling up the air because they were filled with nitrogen (didn't know that...now I do...but maybe a suggestion of where to have that taken care of would be a good touch). Before I went in I marked my oil filter to see if they change them because I've heard rumors that they do oil changes and don't replace the filter. Service was friendly price was steep and it was average wait time. When I got home I inspected under my car and what do you know. The SAME filter. I called in the same hour and talked to the manager and told me they always change filters and would not reimburse me. WArNING stay away. read more

RIP OFF!!! I needed an oil change fast and Midas was already booked up for the day. I decided to bring my car to this place and was SHOCKED at the price they charged. They did the most expensive oil change on my car....I'm assuming because I'm a woman. The guy in front of was also a first time customer and his oil change was $10 cheaper. My car has 105K miles on it....do you really think I want a high end oil change? I should have just wanted and taken my car to Midas or the dealership. STAY AWAY....TOTAL RIP OFF AND SCAM. read more

Sexists! My wife stopped in by herself, and was quoted $80 for an oil change. I called them myself a few minutes later and got a quote for the same car she'd brought in...they quoted me $38. I told the guy that my wife had just been quoted $80 earlier, he started telling me about synthetic oil being more expensive...bla bla bla...an obvious yet futile attempt at trying to justify a quote for an oil change of $80. I can't comment on the work they do since I'd never f*kng go there after that, but apparently it costs ladies a lot more than it does guys to get an oil change at Lube Masters. read more

My husband stopped here after work today to get his oil changed. Needless to say they took it out but never replaced it!!! Now he's sitting on the side of the road. But, to our amazement the owner was called and he got a tow truck right away and then got my husband back on the road with a rental car so he won't have to miss work. Really super while they get it over to a dealership to make sure there was no other damage to it. This is a warning to all potential customers and current customers of fastlane, if you decide to get an oil change here be sure to watch all services performed because you may not get what you pay for. Something as simple as an oil filter may not get replaced due to a lack of supplies. Also to anyone whos car requires or if you prefer a synthetic. be careful bvecause you might get a conventional oil but still get charged full price for the synthetic change. Just a warning! read more
