Fast efficient and reasonably priced. I take my truck in Corvette there. No need for an appointment. I was helpful and friendly.

Quick, friendly and efficient service at a fair price. Clean and comfortable waiting room.

Fastlane is my families go to for all of our oil changes. The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient and we always know we are in good hands! read more

Service was fast and easy! They explained everything and the oil change was done before they quoted. Also, the guys there were so nice and kind read more

I have always received fantastic service from Fastlane. They have a great crew and are thorough on their inspection of my vehicle. They've never tried to upsell, which is appreciated, and I always drive away knowing my car is safe and well taken care of for a reasonable price to boot! Thank you Fastlane!! read more

Always fast, and always done right! Not only are they fast, it's affordable. Scheduling dealer oil changes can be tough, it's nice to just be able to drive right in. read more

I pulled in for an oil change, not knowing that a hose had recently just disconnected. Bill was just super and advised me to get it to a mechanic immediately, and of course there was no charge. I've used this oil change place in the past and I have been consistently impressed with the service I have received there. Highly recommend. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I took my vehicle here for an oil change, ended up, waiting over an hour to get an oil filter that was delivered and it was the wrong one, then waited another 30 minutes for them to deliver a 2nd wrong oil filter, they ended up putting the dirty filter back in, then come to find out 2 weeks later my vehicle has been slowly leaking oil since they did the oil change. I have a BMW and the oil pan has a pin that has to be taken out correctly, the employee stripped the pin, causing my vehicle to slowly leak oil without my knowledge. I called the owner of this location and not only was he rude, but all he kept saying is that I was "barking" at him instead of understanding my frustration. I am also a business owner, and would never talk to a customer like that!!! BIG NO NO...I would not recommend taking your vehicle here especially if it's foreign. read more

Fast service friendly staff they vacuumed the car all while I had lunch and the car was ready before the time they had even stated.

Amazing and Fast service. Went in for an oil change and was greeted by Sean. He took care of me and surpassed my expectations. Definitely recommended this place read more

The guy at the front desk was so nice and helpful. They did my oil change/inspection quickly and i was surprised at how much cheaper it was compared to where I've been before. When I called, he even advised me to check online for coupons so i'd recommend doing that before you go!! read more

1st class service-pulled in car, paid cash in the bay-top notch service.

Jordan topped off my fluids for no charge when I desperately needed an oil change after driving to Six Flags and had to drive all the way down to Quincy, IL (5.5 hours). The shop was about to close (I got there at 5:50ish), and he didn't have the right filter for my Mini to do a full oil change, so he just topped everything off for free. He said it was "northern hospitality," because he knew I was in a bind with all of the other oil shops closing in the area. Midas (a store away) had turned me down at 5:45pm, because they were closing in 15 minutes. read more

I'll go back to listen to one of the employees sing while he cleans again. :-) Everything went ok. The guys working there were nice. The price was ok. The only downsides were how long it took, the concerns of filling up the air because they were filled with nitrogen (didn't know that...now I do...but maybe a suggestion of where to have that taken care of would be a good touch). And had they offered to replace my wipers I would've taken them up on it (because they're streaky). read more

Love Morris and his crew. I've always come here and everyone is so nice and easy to talk to. I'm not well versed in mechanics but they have no problem explaining everything to me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND read more

Before I went in I marked my oil filter to see if they change them because I've heard rumors that they do oil changes and don't replace the filter. Service was friendly price was steep and it was average wait time. When I got home I inspected under my car and what do you know. The SAME filter. I called in the same hour and talked to the manager and told me they always change filters and would not reimburse me. WArNING stay away. read more

I've been using Fastlane for at least the last 10 years. They're very professional and do a great job. Besides my car dealer this is the only oil change shop I trust. read more

RIP OFF!!! I needed an oil change fast and Midas was already booked up for the day. I decided to bring my car to this place and was SHOCKED at the price they charged. They did the most expensive oil change on my car....I'm assuming because I'm a woman. The guy in front of was also a first time customer and his oil change was $10 cheaper. My car has 105K miles on it....do you really think I want a high end oil change? I should have just wanted and taken my car to Midas or the dealership. STAY AWAY....TOTAL RIP OFF AND SCAM. read more

If you want good customer service at a reputable oil change facility, this is the place to go. Fastlane only used Mobil products, so you don't have to worry about getting recycled oil like at some of the national oil change chains. Reliable and thorough. read more

Wasn't as fast as most visits, but they were friendly and had coffee to drink and stuff to read. There is really anything special about this place over the others. They change your oil. Check the fluids and send you on your way. No fuss really. read more

Fast oil change. Expensive though 11.00 up charge for 5W20. Makes a oil change over 60.00 for a f150. Might as well go to the dealership. I won'be back. read more

everything went great. Employees were professional and informative. Waiting area was clean. The few times I have been there the owner is always present and outgoing to waiting customers. I will be back. read more

This place is great you have to come see Morris for any questions! Awesome customer service! Great products!

Great place with no nonsense oil change. Mobil oil which is an industry top standard.

My husband stopped here after work today to get his oil changed. Needless to say they took it out but never replaced it!!! Now he's sitting on the side of the road. But, to our amazement the owner was called and he got a tow truck right away and then got my husband back on the road with a rental car so he won't have to miss work. Really super while they get it over to a dealership to make sure there was no other damage to it. Admitting mistakes is hard to do sometimes but in this case doing the right thing made all the difference in the world! read more

Sexists! My wife stopped in by herself, and was quoted $80 for an oil change. I called them myself a few minutes later and got a quote for the same car she'd brought in...they quoted me $38. I told the guy that my wife had just been quoted $80 earlier, he started telling me about synthetic oil being more expensive...bla bla bla...an obvious yet futile attempt at trying to justify a quote for an oil change of $80. I can't comment on the work they do since I'd never f*kng go there after that, but apparently it costs ladies a lot more than it does guys to get an oil change at Lube Masters. read more

This car shop is a breath of fresh air. Having had terribly unreliable cars for my entire life (until recently), I've experienced my fair share of auto shops. This one has BY FAR been the more honest, helpful and pleasant. They're family owned so you don't have to deal with any corporate B.S. Go here read more

This is a warning to all potential customers and current customers of fastlane, if you decide to get an oil change here be sure to watch all services performed because you may not get what you pay for. Something as simple as an oil filter may not get replaced due to a lack of supplies. Also to anyone whos car requires or if you prefer a synthetic. be careful bvecause you might get a conventional oil but still get charged full price for the synthetic change. Just a warning! read more
