Honest, reasonable, fair! I have a higher mileage car that had a check engine light and didn't pass emissions. After leaving another shop that quoted $5000 in service, I brought it to Motus. Luis was super reasonable, they changed a couple parts for a small fraction of the other shop's price and took the car to make sure it would pass emissions! I was utterly impressed! First of all, the price was lower than anyplace around, and there was no hidden gimmicks/fees like environmental or recycling fees, etc. I waited only 15-20 minutes for my oil change to be done. Clean, incl. the restroom (some auto shops restrooms are dirty and rundown). Mary who answers the phone and meets people in the lobby is very friendly and welcoming. And the most impressive was that the owner, Luis, greeted me very warmly, and he sat with me and with every client and took his time to explain the work done, his recommended services, and did not try to sell me anything, just showed and explained. Fabulous customer service. I took my Toyota Camry to the Jiffy Lube next to this place and the technician there indicated that my timing belt needed immediate replacement. I figured that there was no vested interest as JL cannot do this type of work. I left Jiffy Lube and drove about 20 feet to Motus and encountered a very thoughtful and kind woman (whose name eludes me but I believe she is the owner). Within 15 minutes I learned that my timing belt is fine (for at least 13,000 more miles) and that the fellow changing oil and vaacuming interiors ought best to stick to those two pedestrain functions, bless his heart. read more

I love this auto shop! Brand new and the service has always been great and affordable. The owner and managers always explain things clearly and talk to you as if you are their daughter and give you the best advice. Very honest as well, will take you to your car so you can actually see what the problem is. I always come here specifically to come get my oil changed and car to get looked at. The receptionist is very sweet and good conversation makes time go by fast! They also have a loaner car and also will drop you off in the surrounding area in case you don't want to wait in the lobby or have errands to run. I discovered an oil leak on my daughters car when they came home for the weekend from school. I needed to have this looked at before they had to drive back 5 hours back to school on Sunday. Motus was able to get me in on Friday morning and they had it fixed an hour later. Luckily it ended up being something minor and the car is back on the road.
