During a routine oil change, they identified a leak in the transmission fluid cooling line. This is not something that they can fix, but I did appreciate them pointing it out so that I could get it fixed! Strong recommendation and a hugeshout out to the entire team! My wife took her car there of an oil change and they told her they were concerned she had a leak somewhere. She noticed it and went back and they went way beyond what we expected. They found the leak, explained the issue to her so clearly she could explain it to me with confidence. They then took pictures of the problem and apologized for not having what they needed to fix it (a bolt head sheered off) so they explained what is needed. They then did what they could to make sure the oil levels were ok and cleaned up as well as they could. Truly Service beyond even a high expectation. Let me tell you about this place. They were busy first thing on a Saturday morning. Several cars in front of me. Came in for an oil change and you got two guys running through the line of cars busting their hump, they get to my car some time after and they were very friendly, apologetic for the delay and explained how two people had called off sick so they were short handed. They didn't try to upsell me with all the filters and miscellaneous possibilities, they even taught me how to remove and clean out my air filters. They noticed a tail light had just gone out and they replaced that as well. I had a coupon and they found an even better one for me to use. Fast service, however on my way home there was an under engine panel that was not secured after the oil change that was ripped off while I was driving. When I called this location to ask about what could be done whoever I spoke with was dismissive and said it probably wasn't their fault but he could take a look at it for me. read more

I told him my steering wheel was shaking,he checked it out and it happened to be bad tie end rods which, with in a matter of no time a terrible accident could've happened. A few weeks ago I came into this establishment only because my significant other had been coming into this specific location for years -- so..after years of been told to come into this establishment..anyways to make a long story short I was told that I needed a part for my vehicle after getting my oil changed -- I was told that I had nothing to worry about and that they would call me once the part arrives (so.. I waited) omw to work a few days ago -- I decided to call them and I was assured that the part would be there the same day -- I'm still waiting on that call and moral of the story.. businesses like this will NEVER get another dime from me so I went to another shop and my vehicle is being repaired. Went to another location after and power steering was low as well as coolant ?? They lost my business forever worse than a dealer shady tactics. I'm giving 3 stars because I've heard from my parents that they really like this place - so maybe my experience was just a one-off. I pulled up this morning around 10:30. I walked in and saw 2 mechanics working on the two cars in their shop. I stood by the register waiting for someone to just acknowledge me for 15 minutes. They never did. I ended up walking out and leaving. Even if they were busy, a simple nod of "we will be there when we can" would have been appreciated. read more

They explain things that are concerns about your vehicle that you don't need to address immediately, and there is zero pressure for extra services. As a female who isn't knowledgeable about cars, I get scared having to go in for anything car related. But these guys are so nice and they inform and educate you without pushing you to purchase anything. I just had my car serviced at my dealer last week so I knew what was needed versus what I had paid to get done. When Grease Monkey checked my car, they had the exact same report. I don't know why these places feel like they need to scam. They need to pay their employees per filter or something. I took my daughter's car here and there was nobody in the underbay changing filters. Three cars came thru while I was waiting and not one filter was changed. If they aren't going to change your filter, they should charge less. If your filter doesn't need to be changed yet, give a discount. Don't say the oil change includes filter change if you are not going to change the filter every time. Owners need to keep the employees accountable by having a picture of oil filters each night, one they can use to reconcile the amount of oil changes to oil filters. As I was traveling through snowmagedon last night I was having issuing with my windshield wipers. I spotted in the drive of Grease Monkey to remove the snow and ice from my windshield. One of the employees came out to see if I needed help. I went in to get news windshield wipers. The guys quickly changed the wipers, check my fluids, made sure my tires had the proper amount of air and sent me on my way able to see the road again. Great guys...super service. read more
