had a great experience at Jiffy Lube. They got my car in and out faster than the estimated time and…read moredid a complete inspection, then re-checked everything when I had concerns. Sophia at the front desk was fantastic--she kept checking in on me and my daughter, offered coffee, and shared recommendations without being pushy. Even though I didn't have my military ID on me, she still gave me the discount, which was really appreciated the cost prior to the discount was already affordable. The mechanics were great too, letting my daughter watch from the window and answering her endless questions. I'll definitely be back!

You broke the arms on my air filter compartment. My car is three years old. The arms are actually…read morethick plastic, were snapped off probably because your tech used something to pry underneath the arms instead of using the buckle on the otherside to remove the air filter lid. Usually whenever there is an issue with a vehicle the tech will point out the problem right away but your service personel instead choose to lie about it. I was told initially that when they opened the hood of the car the tech noticed the cracks before attempting to take the air filter out. Then I was told after the car rolled out of the garage that the tech noticed the damaged when he started taking the air filter lid off but the same tech said while I was standing in the lobby, while they were supposedly trying to access the video to prove that they didnt damage vehicles that you should always inform the customer right a away. Well if the tech knew this why didnt he follow through right away and do what he knew was right? So after all this banter in the office they came out and said there is no video footage of the work being done the cameras dont work. I did notice the camera in the lobby was blue while I was waiting so some of the cameras were working while I was there. I wrote down what the rep said onto the invoice and asked the rep that provided the information if the information was accurate and to sign the invoice but another lady stepped in and said she didn't need to sign anything. So then I asked to speak to the district manager that they spoke to about the video feed not working. They refused based on the fact that he was too busy., and they would not reach out to him again. I asked for his phone number and they pointed to the wall where his picture is. I took a picture of the wall where his photo was and proceeded to walk out. Why is it so difficult to just provide a number to reach someone. Then while I was leaving the building, as I opened my car door I mentioned to the techs standing by the overhead garage door that they don't have to lie about damage that is done to vehicles and just be honest because accidents happen. At this point I'm guessing the tech that was underneath the car for the oil change started to get combative and said " I' didnt break the part and I'm not lying. 'I said to the tech, "I didnt say you specifically broke the part, all I said was that "techs should be honest and not lie if you damage something". At this time the tech that was standing in the office while I was listening to their conversation about being forth coming and doing the right thing started to talk back to me and walk closer to me saying " I didnt break it and I'm not lying". The service rep needed to step in between us because he moved from inside the garage to within 4ft of me in a threatening way, kind of like he wanted to fight. I firmly believe that if she would not have stepped in he would have swung on me. As I left, I pulled out my phone with the picture on it and called the district manager. I was told by the staff he was unreachable but he answered his phone right away. Not so busy if you try to reach out. Well, this conversation didnt go to far, the district manager asked if "I was the person with the broken lid?" I said, "yes". At this point I should be providing my side of the story, instead I heard this "I trust my techs and they know what they are doing, they didnt break it, (I tried to speak at this point but the district manager spoke over me) said he didnt care, he didnt care, he didnt care, and it's not the job of the techs to know if the cameras were functional or not". And then the line went dead because he hung up. At this point it might be essential to contact the dept of ag and consumer protection to find out if the state can find out more about this I'm sure this is an ongoing problem as this family of people all seem to act the same way when being confronted with problems they created.

I'm disappointed with my last couple visits. They used to do a pretty good job but earlier this…read moreweek I went to get the car cleaned up before vacation. I purchased the Works+ package. I get home 25 minutes away, open the hatch and the back wasn't even vacuumed, back seat wasn't wiped down. I can be understanding if it was real busy but it wasn't. That means that the people who checked me in and are supposed to do the vacuuming and the people who dry the car and wash the interior windows missed it too. When you pay over $30 for a wash you expect better and I should be able to have confidence it would be done correctly. Almost all the workers were kids maybe there needs to be more supervision. Maybe I'll have to start going to PDQ.

The owner called me and said she would give me a gift card if I took my review off Google so I did. She sent me a $10 gift card... so instead of paying $30 dollars I could pay $20 for a shit job. Today I went back hoping they improved. Absolutely not. I wish I could upload photos because there is so much dirt, hair, and crumbs left on my dash, floor, and center consol. It's no wonder you can't leave a review on Google for this place anymore because all of them would be bad. My advice to you is pay the $10 at Kwik Trip because you will pay for the same amount of service for a third of the price.

I don't live in Wisconsin, but I came to this Discount Tire for an emergency situation after my…read moresteering wheel suddenly began shaking. I had a 5+ hour drive home that same day and specifically requested that the wheels be balanced and the one bad tire be replaced. Initially, they declined to do what I requested. After speaking with my dad over the phone, they agreed to replace a tire. However, once I got home and we removed all four wheels, we discovered that the tire they replaced was not the tire that actually had the issue. They had also added a significant amount of wheel weights to the problematic wheel without explaining this to me. All four of my Michelin tires had been balanced within the past year and previously only had a small amount of weight on each wheel, so seeing that many weights added to a single wheel was concerning and appeared to indicate an issue with that tire. What was most frustrating was the lack of communication. The staff appeared to focus on some existing cosmetic damage to one of the rims and suggested that may have been the cause of the vibration. They also informed me that the problem would not be fully resolved, which left me wondering why the actual source of the vibration was not addressed. The steering wheel shake disappeared for roughly 350 miles after I left, then returned. I understand they were likely trying to help me get home safely, but I left feeling that my concerns were dismissed and that the root cause of the problem was never properly addressed. For an emergency situation where I was relying on their expertise, the communication and diagnosis were disappointing. I do want to add that the staff were very friendly, professional, and quick to help. Given that I was dealing with an unexpected issue while traveling, I appreciated that they got my vehicle into the shop right away and worked to get me back on the road as quickly as possible. My disappointment is not with how I was treated personally, but with the communication and the fact that the underlying issue was not properly identified or resolved.
