HONEST & TRUSTWORTHY. Two words you can definitely associate with these mechanics. They are literally a phone call away. Shuttle service or rental car to keep you going while they work on your vehicle. What other non-dealership does that? NONE. 10/10. Hands down!! They will not charge you for parts you don't need. And let you know how long you have on others, if like me, you're on a budget. They offer warranties they stand behind. I have convinced others in my family to just "call them and get a quote" against your current mechanic. Guess what... they started using AutoSelect! Hands down best mechanics in town! read more

Auto Select on the west side in Green Bay is awesome! They had a loaner for me. Advised me before they did additional work. Fixed my tire monitor system and filled my tires, which wasn't what I was there for. The guys were polite, friendly and smiled. All for a fair price. I recommend them to anyone. read more

Very friendly, efficient, and very reasonably priced. Definitely will return next time we need any service.

I brought in my Kia because my check engine light was on and giving me a knock sensor code. Auto Select called 30 mins after I dropped it off and suggested I bring it to the Kia dealership. read more

A big shout out to Josh and his staff at Auto Select. I have had my truck in a few times over the last few months and they have ALWAYS gotten my vehicle in quickly, diagnosed accurately, and have repaired/fixed the issue in a timely matter getting me back on the road ASAP. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and polite taking the time to talk with the customer even though you can tell they are extremely busy. Looking for a good repair shop that does quality work, with friendly knowledgeable staff, and all at a reasonable price? Look no further than Auto Select! read more

Nothing but the best here. No appointment necessary. Three year warranty. Free loaner vehicles! Doesn't get any better!

This was my second time having stuff done to my car at Auto Select. The first time, I had major wheel and brake work done. The people from the receptionist to the mechanics were super nice, professional and approachable. I thought maybe they were being nice because I was spending a decent amount of money that day. Not the case! Went in today to get an oil change and once again the service and experience was top notch!! My car was ready to go in 30 minutes! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. read more

***Best mechanic in Green Bay*** I went to Auto Select for all my major Jeep repairs while living in Green Bay for 6 years. I took my car there because that's where the station company cars went. Owner Josh is genuine, hardworking, fair and very knowledgeable. Getting your car fixed sucks but Josh and the mechanics who worked with him always helped me out. Great for a chick like me who doesn't know anything about cars unless I hear a noise or see an idiot light. If you own a Jeep, I highly recommend! Thanks, Josh. I truly appreciate a good owner when I see one. read more

The team did a fantastic job helping me out in a pinch with a bearing earlier this week while in town over the weekend (from out of state and were able to squeeze me in early Monday to make it back home to work Tuesday). Great customer service and overall experience! Great job and thank you! -B read more

Highly highly disappointed in this place. Every time I have brought my vehicle in to get repaired when I get it back there's something new wrong with it. Like this last time. I dropped it off my heat worked my radio worked my power locks worked. When I get it back none of that works. They claim I need a new fuse box lm. But it worked just fine when I dropped it off. So they want me to shell out almost $400 for a fuse box a used one. I just don't get how it goes bad sitting at their shop. When there was no inclination that it was bad prior to me dropping it off. Plus there is some new noise coming from the rear of the vehicle that was not there prior to me dropping off . I just paid them over $1500 to have some work done and this is what I get. Drop it off with one problem get it back with two read more

These guys are awesome! We were traveling to Door County and area with our motor home. Our brake caliper was stuck and melting, we were stranded. They got us in for an appointment and fixed our brakes within an hour and a half! We ventured across the street to check out Lambeau Field and had lunch. We were afraid since we were seen without an appointment, and stuck, it would be expensive. We are retired and the cost was important. They were so reasonable we could not have been happier or more relieved! The guys were so professional and even gave us information on things to do and see in the area. We would highly recommend Auto Select and are so thankful we found them that day, they saved our vacation!!!! read more

Very disappointed!!!!!!!! Got ripped off!!!! We were told really good things and so we decided to go there for our new vehicle inspection. They stated on the paper that some things were wrong on the vehicle and they weren't. They didn't even point out the one thing we knew was wrong on the vehicle! They said my shocks were leaking fluid when I don't have hydrolic shocks (so no fluid is running there) told me my almost brand new tires were bad, told me that I was over 2 quarts low of oil when I was maybe 1/2 quart low. Told me my cabin filter was dirty (it was) and there was a mouse nest in there but while it was all apart wouldn't take the 2 seconds to clean out the nest! I would give 0 stars if that is an option!!! Save your money and go somewhere else!!!!! read more

I have had my vehicles repaired on many occasions. They have gone above and beyond to help me out. Prices have been very fair and I will continue to recommend them. Thanks for all the good work! read more

Updated: I spoke with Josh who sincerely apologized, offered us a restaurant gift card, and also paid for the work done at the other garage. While I'm not satisfied with our initial experience, he did go the extra mile to rectify it and I do appreciate that very much. This is the type of auto experience you should be afraid of. Taking advantage, lazy, and trying to sell you something you don't need! My fiancé had a flat tire and wanted to go somewhere close. After getting her spare on, we took her vehicle here. While dropping off and enquiring as to their hours, the tech we spoke to said they were open until 5:30, then said, "Well, technically 6, but when people come in at 5 minutes til, we have to stay and do paperwork." Very poor professionalism. Next, they tried to sell her two new tires when only one was required. They suggested replacing both front tires and putting the one that was still good in our garage as a spare. What?? Why am I buying two tires to let one sit in my garage. Let's go ahead and put the two in the back up front and the new one in the back. They agreed to this. When we picked up the car, they had put the new tire in the front, causing the vehicle to pull. Now we have to go somewhere else to get the tires rotated! Not to mention they just threw the donut in the trunk rather than it's holder. STAY AWAY! read more

Great first visit! I'm a car guy so I'm picky when it comes to auto shops. My oil change went quick and they had a nice waiting area. Decent prices as well. I appreciated the ability to schedule my appointment online. I'm looking at having an alignment done here in the near future. read more

This place is unbelievably awesome. They got me in with zero notice so I could use my vehicle for a weekend trip. SO friendly and charged me half of what I was expecting! They even washed my car before I got it back! Les gave me a loaner vehicle so I could go to the mall while they fixed my van, all around excellent experience, THANK YOU Auto Select!!! read more

From out of town came here to fix 2 tires. They made room for me and got the tires repaired within an hour. Awesome service. Highly recommend. Ask for josh he was super helpful. read more

I walked into Select with an exact sentence of exactly what I wanted done. ONE tire, ONE set of brakes. This was to tide me over until Winter until it was warm enough to do the rest of it myself. I must have told the receptionist this at least 4 times. The desk person kept saying "well, we'll take a look at it and get you an estimate". NOT ONCE did he mention they could not do only one wheel. NOT ONCE did he say there was a charge to give me an estimate. I have never been charged for an estimate in y 50 years of life!! I was called 4 hours later which was way too late to even start the brakes on the car. The estimate was outrageous. When I went to pick up the car to take it elsewhere they wanted to charge me $70 for the estimate. Needless to say, I didn't pay it. Service people in Green Bay seem to think they can charge a person for estimates knowing they are less likely to walk away from an overcharge if they have invested in paying for the estimate, which I think is a bunch of BS. If you provide good service, have a good name and do good work for a FAIR price, you won't have to worry about people walking away and going elsewhere. I found a guy on Craigslist to do them for $100 instead of the over $800 Select wanted. It will take me exactly one hour to do the others myself this Summer. Seriously?? $400 an hour for a mechanic??? Select may be good at what they do, I don't know if they are or aren't but they need to be upfront about charging for estimates and honest about what they can and cannot or refuse do before charging their customers. read more
