    I literally just left and it was $47 for my full wash. This is how I found my car. they didn't even vacuum the seat or the front floor mat. Very disappointed.

    The absolute worst customer experience I have had in six years. Went in at 9am for an oil change and a car wash and did not get out until 10am. Everyone seemed to be seeing who could do the least amount of work while at work. This location is woefully understaffed and it showed. It is Saturday morning people should be ready to rock. No since of urgency by anyone in the wipe down area. I will take the extra ten minutes to drive to the PDQ on Wisconsin hopefully they understand customer experience!!

    Quick service- always have to make sure they actually clean the inside. I've had to go back before as they've forgotten to wipe down doors.

    I used to love these guys. I even drive 30+ minutes to go there over some of their competitors…read more Until this last experience. I haven't been there in a while, so I decided to buy a 4-pack of their Royal Wash service. The first one was great. I decided to bring my other car in the next day. I drove 30+ minutes to get there only to be greeted by a "Car wash Closed" sign. So, I called and Rod answered. He told me the car wash is closed due to bad weather. It's not even sprinkling out. It's barely "misting". I explained that I had just driven 30+ minutes and everywhere online still says they are "open" and nowhere on their site did it say they close whenever it's even misting outside. He didn't care one bit. I would have been frustrated, but would have taken it a little easier if his attitude was better. He didn't apologize, he had a "yep, we're closed, deal with it" attitude. Then he hung up on me. I called back and told him I didn't appreciate getting hung up on, and he continued with his attitude and kept repeating in a monotone/condescending voice, "how can I help you, sir?". I will be contacting the owners to get a refund on these prepaid washes. What good are they if you can't use them? If they don't refund me, I'll have to submit a chargeback on my credit card. Unless they make things right with me, I will not be going back. Rod single-handedly killed a once loyal customer. --- Update: Melissa, one of the owners of Clear Water called me and made everything right. She apologized and was open to other feedback. She also offered to send me a gift card for the troubles. Although it shouldn't have happened in the first place, they responded very professionally, and I will definitely be giving them another shot. The owner called me and said she would give me a gift card if I took my review off Google so I did. She sent me a $10 gift card... so instead of paying $30 dollars I could pay $20 for a shit job. Today I went back hoping they improved. Absolutely not. I wish I could upload photos because there is so much dirt, hair, and crumbs left on my dash, floor, and center consol. It's no wonder you can't leave a review on Google for this place anymore because all of them would be bad. My advice to you is pay the $10 at Kwik Trip because you will pay for the same amount of service for a third of the price.

After they brought my truck into the service bay, the Jiffy Lube Rep. came out to show me the oil filler cap. With this EVIDENCE in hand, she said this type of residue on the inside of the oil filler cap is harmful to the efficient performance of the engine/vehicle. I was born at night, just not last night. The Oil Filler cap had a light film of combined moisture and oil vapor which is common in the normal operation of an engine. When operating the vehicle the engine gets hot then cools down. When the temperature fluctuation occurs moisture and surrounding vapors will condense at the first surface where the vapor and moisture meet, the oil filler cap. Similar to condensation which forms on a cold glass. To CORRECT this condition they suggest a $14.00 voodoo application, If a bit of residue on the inside of the oil filler cap bothers you, take a rag or paper towel and WIPE OFF THE RESIDUAL BUILD-UP! I was offered this Preventative service and declined. I should have confronted the lunacy, but didn't. As I was leaving with my $150.00 6-quart of synthetic oil change, I heard the attendant offer the Voodoo application to a woman who had recently arrived and she seemed to have been convinced by the Jiffy Lube employee, to purchase this requisite preventative $14.00 add-on service. I find this type of approach of "This could impact the vehicles performance" to the unsuspecting or unaware, reprehensible.

As a female, I often get talked down to when doing anything automotive, but I have never had that problem here. Dave and Brent (or Brett...bad with names) are awesome. They speak with me like a person, greet me by name, I have never felt overcharged, and the service is always quick and pleasant. I was told Pomp's is still family owned, and it really shows in the service at this location I will continue to bring my vehicles here. Even if, on occasion, certain places are cheaper, I'd rather spend the extra $$ to be treated like I matter. I love being greeted by name, and being genuinely remembered. I'd give them more stars if I could!

    Pomp's charged me more than what they said would and damaged my wheels due to their negligence…read more I scheduled for them to do removal of my old set tires, remounting of new tires and wheel balancing. When I brought them at the time as scheduled earlier in the day, they could not find my reservation. It was okay though and I left the tires there so they could do the work and call me shortly when it was done. I asked them to be careful with them and not damage the alloy wheels. About an hour later Pomp's called me at home to tell me that they were done. When I returned to pick them up I asked if everything went okay, and the person there said yes. I then was told my total bill was $105.05. I said that earlier in the day you told me over the phone it would be $80 plus tax. The guy responded that my tires were low profile ones and that is why cost more. But when I called him earlier that day for a price quote I told him the size of the tires to be mounted. These people at Pomp's are in the tire business and (should) know these dimensions is are a low profile tire. Then why did he quote me $80? I paid my bill and started loaded the tires up. About half way through I noticed that one of my wheels were scratched. The Pomp's guy told me it was there before and that "they had pictures". I do not recall that damage to that wheel or any of the other ones. Then he picked out a s very small chip on one wheel about the size of a fly speck. I said that was there and I knew about it. You notice that Pomp's told me this after I paid my bill. When I got my wheels home I had to carefully clean off the adhesive left from the old stick-on wheel weights, yes Pomp's did not clean it off. I noticed they had gouged the paint, on all four wheels, apparently with a screwdriver or similar tool when they tore off the old weights. Although the damage is on the inside of the wheel, it can be plainly seen from looking from the front. And it is a lot bigger than a fly speck. Well, I have pictures of it too. If I knew that Pomp's were going to damage my property like this, I wish I would have taken the wheel weights off myself. One thing the guy claimed at Pomp's was that the person who mounted and balanced my wheels did all of their high end cars like Corvettes. Ha, I think he must have been confused, I would not trust this guy with a Chevette. Pomp's does not honor their price quotes and they are careless with customers property.
