Check the app it has me listed for 3 appointments on Tuesday. 2 canceled and 1 is not. I call number on text message and get no answer several time over next few hours. I googled the store and the number in the text message was the wrong number. I calll they advise me appointment is still set. I get there they put on the new tires. When I go to pay my bill is $500 more than it should be.. I explain to the guy I was told since my appointment was canceled they would honor the sale price. He said I can knock off $130. I told him absolutely not I want the sale price I was promised. Thank the lord I screen shot the price and showed him. I asked him who did I speak to on Sunday and he said store manager. I said call him. He then honored the price finally instead of calling the manager. Meanwhile I can see the work order on his desk and the sale price was hand written on the form. So I guess he thought I was another push over that a mechanic shop could scam on price. Even the the tires are great I would never go back to any tires plus.
