Say in my car waiting for 15 minutes. No one came up. Car comes up next to me, attendant immediately attends him to ask what he needs. Their tire iron was broken? So they couldn't rotate my tires. They forgot to do my inspection and acted annoyed when I reminded them at check out. They took everything out of my glove back, threw it on the floor, and left it there. Never going back. read more

I took my jeep in to have the oil changed brought it back. The next day told you it was leaking. They basically told me to get out that that's not their fault for mechanics later have said that when you put the filter back on you did it too tight and cracked it $800 later after getting a few estimates I had to pay for it not even talking about all oil in my driveway now my brand new driveway you're completely unethical you made a mistake, but I had to pay for it but luckily for me when I brought it back the next day, the guy went under there took pictures and sent them to me. Thank God because the mechanics all say right there you can see the crack and I don't think I'm gonna let this one pass. I'm sick and tired of people doing this kind of stuff and not paying for it. read more

I have a brand new HR-V.... As soon as I got my car I took a long road trip. It was time to get my 1st oil change.... Jiffy lube in Georgetown tx. Everything seemed to go fine.... I then drove to Florida and back and it was time for my 2nd oil change... when back to jiffy lube... all the guys were hovering over my car and kept checking my oil.... I called the guy and ask him what was wrong... they said I had tons of oil in my car that it was a miracle that I didn't blow my engine and they ask me if I put more oil in the car.. I told them no that I didn't know how that's why I come here.... They kept accusing me of putting oil on my car so of course I raise my voice and told them I didn't and told them they need to fix it.. they said they needed to talk to their district manager (Jason Fowler).. when they came back they said that Jason said that I needed to leave.... So I went to Midas.... They checked my car and they said I had twice the amount of oil.... They also said that jiffy lube never changed my oil... when I asked them how they knew that they said that my car still had the original OEM oil filter.. Midas said if they did change my oil and change the oil filter.. the filter would be white... the one they took off my car was blue.... They said it just looks like they drove my car in the bay and just added more oil... Midas documented everything... let me take some pics and also gave me the old oil filter.. they said that Honda can tie that oil filter back to my car as proof.. Midas also said it was a miracle that my engine didn't blow while I was driving.. that could have caused an accident.. could have hurt myself or even killed me or someone else.... I have pic of how much oil they extracted from my car.... Pic of the original OEM oil filter still on my car and I also have the oil filter.. I called jiffy lube headquarters and filed a complaint... they said that some one should call me back.. well we'll see if they do.... read more

This place is my FAVORITE. The staff is so sweet and accommodating. I won't go anywhere else to get my oil changed. Literally took me 15 min. from start to finish. I called at 5:50 to see if they were still open and Kurt said bring it on in and we'll get it done. Price is right too...they always have coupons!!!! read more

I thought this place was fantastic. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. But more than that, the staff treated me with respect, vacuumed out my car, filled my tires and topped off the fluids. They went above and beyond what anyone else has done at an oil change place. The young men spoke directly and patiently with me. I hope this place stays top notch because I really don't want to go anywhere else! They were just great! read more

I guess service is out the window because of covid. My printout shows my tires at 32 and they should be at 36psi. I never saw the check them. It says I declined the window wash but was never asked. Never saw them inspect my air filter or my wipers. Oil and filter change and topped fluids that's it for $88.00 read more

I came in for an oil change expecting it to take a while. They had no wait, I stayed in the car, and it only took about 20 minutes. The technicians were really nice and when I had an issue with my oil life not resetting, they helped me get it reset. I would have never known that I would have to press the gas so many times read more

I came in for an oil change and an inspection. Malcolm helped me right away. I waited about 45 minutes and my car still wasn't ready and I came in with no wait. I had waited for 2 hours at Walmart to be told my oil drain plug was stuck so I went to jiffy lube. Had the same problem but the shop manager tried and had success. The plug stuck in the tool so another employee went to the dealership to get me a new one. They kept me informed the entire time and where so nice. The situation was very frustrating and I appreciate their help the entire time. I will definitely be going back and recommend them to everyone also. read more

I began using this location approximately 6 months ago because they were recommended by the fleet provider for my company car. Now, I use them for all of our cars! These guys are super-friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient! There is an air of mentorship in the shop. A more seasoned employee always seems to be teaching a newer one. I am very impressed and will continue to use these guys as long as they are open! read more

I went into this Jiffy Lube in Georgetown, TX yesterday to get my oil changed and couldn't be happier. I was greeted by staff with a smile. The oil change was fast & efficient. Everyone from the Manager, down was exceptional. I would recommend this store to anyone to come and get their oil changed. read more

I had read the previous reviews on Yelp and was reluctant to bring my car here. I have a 2008 Mini Cooper that I am a bit protective of! However, I desperately needed to have my oil changed and Jiffy Lube on Williams Dr was the only place open on Labor Day. Well, I was pleasantly surprised. The service and communication were excellent. The technicians were professional, knowledgeable and respectful. I was very happy with the service I received. I will definitely be back read more

Had the best ever experience for my oil change. The young men were polite courteous and knowledgeable. They vaccumed my car and washed all my windows. The lounge area was neat and clean. Worst service ever. First off it took them about an hour and a half to change my oil and do a tire rotation. I pulled straight into a bay to get it change and drove off over an hour and a half later. On top of that after 25 minutes of waiting they came to ask me what kind of oil I wanted, for the second time. Then after the oil change was done they pulled my car out and forgot to do the tire rotation so they came in and asked me if I still wanted it... Uhm yes. I did. Well apparently they couldn't find my lug nut key so instead of asking me where it is they searched through my car!!! Took all my stuff out of my glove box and left it all over my seat. Worst oil change service ever. If I could give 0 stars I would. read more

I went in for an oil change on my corvette. Was greeted immediately and professionally by a technician. Was told all my options before they changed the oil. Greatest thing was (and what will make me come back even though price was kinda high) was that no one tried to "upsell" me on ANYTHING. Just did what I asked to be done, cleaned my windows, and vacuumed my mess. and I was on my way in under 30 minutes. And they were pretty busy! Will definitely use again. read more

Great staff, great service Jonathan has helped me on several occasions. Very professional. My last visit was during social distancing so a bit weird but the guys followed all the rules, got me in and out quickly. I've used this store for the last 5 years and they have never given me a reason to consider changing. Highly recommend them. read more

I came here for an oil change and was pleased with everything! As a young girl, it is quite often that mechanics and car places try to trick me into spending all this extra money on things that I clearly don't need; however, that did not happen to me here and I am thankful of them for that :) The prices are fair, service is fairly quick, and the staff was friendly & attentive. I also liked that I got to stay in my car the entire time. I will be coming back here the next time I need an oil change for sure! read more

After driving off from my oil change, immediately my oil pressure light came on and kept blinking and beeping at me while I was driving. Went right down the street and turned right back around to verify with a Jiffy Lube technician if they put oil in my car. The tech assured me he did. Less than an hour from my oil change after running some nearby errands my car continues to beep and blink "OIL PRESSURE LIGHT." I thought it was a faulty sensor so I drove right across the street from the Jiffy Lube where I got my oil changed at to Autozone. The salesman went outside to help me check my car. He said turn this vehicle off now! Theres no oil in your car. I have a video documenting this experience at Autozone. My car is making a very disturbing sound now and was smoking when he checked the oil levels. I AM VERY UPSET, DISSAPPOINTED, AND I FEEL LIKE I HAVE BEEN ROBBED. I took my car to a place that specializes in oil changes. Not only did this Jiffy Lube ruin my car, but I was also informed that another Jiffy Lube damaged my oil drain plug and did not bother to mention it. I have used your services for both of my vehicles in the past. I expect my car to get fixed, my money to be refunded from the FULL SYNTHETIC OIL CHANGE that SHOULD HAVE HAPPENED, and A VERY DETAILED APOLOGY. read more

Took my van in for an oil change on 10/30/19 and after my van started to leak oil. Went back after a week and they tightened the plug but still leaking and had to go back again after another week. Told me I needed to see a mechanic to find out where the oil leak was coming from. After going to a mechanic they told me my van was leaking from a large plug that was put in my drain pan and the only way to fix it was to replace my oil pan. Jiffy Lube had stripped my drain plug and used a large one in its place. I had to pay $364 out of pocket for a repair that they caused, I will never to back to Jiffy lube in Georgetown again. I would avoid them at all cost and go to a place that know what they are doing. They have also stripped screws from checking my air filters which I had to purchase to replace. read more

Called ahead to make sure these guys had everything they needed to service a 2014 Ram 3500 Diesel 4x4. It was 5PM on a Friday and they lacked only 1 filter for an oil change and fuel filter change (2 fuel filters). They got the filter and talk about Johnny on the spot, these guys rallied the team, and had everything ready when I got there. No wait and I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time and saved me $$$ over the dealer, even offering a discount to lessen the blow. I've had several vehicles inspected here, and although I have had to wait or return, as others have posted, these guys work their tails off to please customers. Very courteous and professional . This was my first oil change there but it won't be my last. Great job Jiffy Lube in GT! read more

The first time I took my truck in for an oil change they cleaned the windshield and vacuumed out the truck. I also received a Veteran's discount and I thought at last a place to bring my vehicles to get good service. The next time I took my wife's car in for an oil change they didn't clean the windshield nor vacuum it out. When I went to check out I advised them I was a Veteran, they didn't say we don't give Veteran's discounts they just quoted me a price. I paid assuming he had given me the discount, he hadn't. I can understand a business deciding to discontinue a program, however they should advise their customers. That being said I am once again looking for a place to service our vehicles. Just hope they put the right synthetic oil in. read more

Good service they made a mistake a gave me a oil change I didn't need but overall good service

Disappointed is a understatement, I've been getting both my truck and car here for the past 4 years with an issue, this Monday my wife took her car in without for a oil change and quickly he bill was $160.00 plus for a simple oil change, well I called and was told that my wife agreed to have a cabin filter replaced ($51.00) and also the air filter, plus the oil change, according to my wife the tech showed my wife a dirty filter and all she said was "ok" was never asked if she wanted it replaced or told the amount, as she knows I take care of those things. Jiffy Lube has successfully LOST my dedicated Business for attempting to take advantage of my wife in the course of obtaining a simple oil change. I will state that John A did attempt to make it right had my wife return and making adjustments, but having the car serviced there for the past two years, our records are in their system and they know I never do more then a simple oil change. Shame on this business for trying to take advantage of a lady by herself read more

The value I received was not worth $88 for a simple oil change. The person in the hole draining the oil didn't clean off the under carriage so now I have oil spots in my driveway. And don't fill up the windshield washer fluid either, because "we can't get into your car during the Covid scamdemic which means we charge a lot more for a lot less service. I will never return nor would I recommend this location to anyone. read more

Not all Jiffy Lubes are the same. Some of them are not so great. This Jiffy Lube, however, is AWESOME! The technicians I ran into were all very nice and professional. But most of all, Mike, whom I believe is the Assistant Manager maybe(?), went out of his way to make my experience top notch. A few weeks after an oil change, my car developed a slight 'drip'. I didn't want to assume if it was related to the oil change or not, so I brought it in. He took it inside the bay, snugged everything up, cleaned it all up, and said let him know if it still leaks, and he will be able to see from where as he cleaned it up. Two days later, it still has the slight drip. I take it back and we identify that is the washer around the drain plug leaking. He orders a new drain plug and washer, and has it there in 10 minutes. I tell him since the car is only 1k away from another change to go ahead and do another oil chance. He does the repair, does the oil change, and on top of all of his troubleshooting, gave me a great discount on the oil change for my challenges, which to be honest, had nothing to do with him. (The car has quite a few miles on it.) Mike, you are awesome, and you are the reason I will continue to bring all of my vehicles to your store. Thanks! read more

We had the pleasure of stopping at the Georgetown Jiffy Lube on Saturday February 29, 2020. It was after 5pm and I know that both men had already completed a busy day. You would not have known that though, they treated us with the same energy and enthusiasm as if we were the first customer of the day. My vehicle a 2014 Chevy Cruz Diesel is not an easy and quick oil change. To add to the complications the last place i had my oil changed at had crossed threaded the oil plug. Malcom knew exactly what needed to be done. He came up spoke with my husband let us know what had happened, took the measures to fix it, and completed the job in less than 40 minutes. We both were super impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of both men. We will be back. All of our vehicles from now on will be Jiffy Lube vehicles but most importantly will have both of these employees helping us maintain and keep our vehicles on the road. Thank you for taking the time to help us Malcom!!! We appreciate you!!! read more

I really put off doing oil changes and State Inspections, but thought I should get them done on my car since we are traveling for the holiday. I usually wouldn't rate an auto service shop unless it were really awesome or really terrible! Jiffy Lube was neither. Don't get me wrong they were great, but nothing that knocked my socks off. I am rating them, because I had a horrible experience at Sun Auto Service and came to Jiffy Lube instead. Comparatively they are awesome. I was greeted as I pulled up. I was offered refreshments when I walked in and not pressured into anything I didn't want. Very quick, polite and knowledgeable. read more
