The only thing that failed the inspection were the wipers and they proceeded to tell her that she had to get the wipers and have them put it on and get charged $140. I do not think this is a broad Monro Auto issue as I have had great experience working with the manager and mechanics at the Monro Auto on Erie Blvd in Dewitt. They find the best solutions to address the problem while managing costs. If you want to Trust a mechanic DO NOT BRING you car to Monro in East Syracuse by the Walmart. You will wind up writing a scathing review like the rest of us. BTW - this is the first review I have ever written online - that is how pissed i am for them taking advantage of my daughter. Could of been for $20 or $2k. It's about principal - Trust.
