I have not utilized their services in the conventional way. But, I did get my car towed there on the Saturday before Thanksgiving. It was a very upsetting day, all together, as my car decided not to work and I needed to go to a birthday party first thing in the morning. I got my car towed to Firestone and during the day, they informed me that my engine had blown. They don't do engines but they were able to help me diagnose that part, and then helped me by letting me keep my car in their parking lot for 3-4 days. I am fortunate that they allowed this. I wanted to at least tell my positive story here. Thank you! read more

Are use this Firestone to swap out your mounted tires, but not much more. This store swapped out my mounted summer tires for my mounted winter snow tires, and cross threaded one of the nuts on one of the bolts. When I brought my car to the dealer for regular maintenance plus to buy new summer tires, the dealer told me that whoever mounted the tires cross threaded one of the nuts. Bad bad bad. If this weren't bad enough, on my other car, Firestone recommended a change of cabin, air filter, which I did. After that the air-conditioning fan was loud. I took the cabin air filter out only to discover a mouse nest above the air filter. It would've been nice if they took it out and told me, but they didn't. Over the years, this shop went from bad, to good, back to bad again. Another fire stone a few miles away shut down because of terrible service. I hope Firestone can turn this shop around, as it is convenient for me. read more

I have never felt anything but comfortable and appreciated as a customer at this location. I keep coming back because not only do they take great care of my care, are quick and affordable, but they treat me like a person! Yesterday I tried to get my tire fixed at Burdick Toyota at Driver's Village - Toyota took 8 hours, made me late for work, and were very rude, and they quoted me $200 to take care of my tire. Chris at Firestone got my car right in, the mechanics were quick and efficient (40 minutes!), and it was a $22 patch! Chris was friendly and helpful and answered all of my endless questions with zero condescension or anything - it was like he enjoyed teaching people about tires and helping to fit them with the right tire for them. I was asking about tires if I should move south, and without my even asking, he looked up and got me quotes for three different types of tires that would work well and were a lot more affordable than what I had seen online. THAT is customer service! I have not once been disappointed in the service provided at this location! Thank you! (The only suggestion I would have is to perhaps take care of the potholes at the end of the driveway! ;P ) read more

We had an appointment for 3pm for a set of 4 new winter tires. When we made the appointment the week before they confirmed they'd have the tires and we wouldn't have to wait around too long. We did not leave the building until almost 6pm. After waiting over an hour we inquired about the remaining wait time and were only then informed they didn't have the tires we had requested when we initially arrived. Staff was seen in the work area to be sitting, laughing and joking around with each other but mostly on their phones with no sense of expediency or efficiency. Upon finally receiving the car back, the tire air pressure light was on and we asked to have that remedied (we know it can take a minute for the car censor to adjust, however the PSI was far below normal) and we were brushed off and told its fine. We drove down the road and fixed it ourselves by putting air in. Would not recommend this particular location. read more

Not even sure if one star is appropriate for the service I received. I've had the same vehicle for 9 years, still drives pretty well. I call for my routine oil change and explain to the service manager, I know it was the manager because when I showed up because when I asked him if he was the one I spoke with on the phone he said yes, that they usually include a tire rotation for me and his response was, "I don't know why they did that". Well, you are in the service industry and you can keep those comments to yourself. My advise, a little customer service training would be adequate for this location. I get done waiting for the oil change and rotation, I leave and my steering wheel begins to shake when I get on the highway. I call and make an appointment to bring my car in. They keep on saying it's my tires, I need new ones and they wouldn't pass inspection, blah, blah, blah. My tires are 2 in a half years old and are in better shape than most. I am just dissatisfied with the customer service. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but Firestone is in the service industry, so please provide your services and respect your customers. If you need a training class in customer service, please feel free to contact me directly. This review gets better. I bring my car in for the 4th time because of an oil leak, that was never there, and now the leak is worse. I'm bringing my car in for a 5th time. Your services need to be improved and the staff, DEFINITELY, needs customer service training. Very rude out there. read more

Stellar team....very professional and honest! I don't mind traveling an hour to this service location because the work is always reliable.

Very professional service. The guys there all know what they are talking about and truly act like they want to make sure your car leaves in the best shape possible. Yes, Firestone is more expensive than some repair shops but they do all type of work and the quality of work is where they truly shine. Exceptional service every single time. read more

Overpriced, and the area manager could care less about concerns more worried about having the customer sign up for a credit card, I found him to be rude. read more

I had over $600 worth of brake repair work done at this Firestone last month. Caliper, rotors, pads. I just realized when I was watching my wife pull up in our minivan that there was something hanging from underneath it. I went to look and there is a pair of vice grips pinching a line that was left there permanently? A brake line? Did they break something and repair it with a pair of vice grips? I have no idea what's going on, but I'm not happy. Now I'm concerned if my car is even safe to drive, who does this? Will be contacting the regional manager for answers! read more

Alec was my primary contact when I first called my local Firestone store (Cicero,NY) . He was very helpful with his tire knowledge and recommendations. I own a BMW 3-Series and require a more premium tire than most cars. He steered me into a very nice Bridgestone Potenza Ultra-High Performing ALL-SEASON. Great looking tire and will do the job ! A + Service and Help from Alec. Thanks, Chris @ Ziebart Rustproofing SyrNY read more

The staff at the Cicero location proved that Firestone is truly committed to providing the best possible service. A complete inspection of my vehicle revealed an error made at a different Firestone location. Ian and Alec not only quickly and safely corrected the error, but went above and beyond my expectations for customer service to ensure I was completely satisfied. I trust the staff at the Cicero location for any auto service. read more
