Their customer service is top notch along with their mechanics. I found out that my cabin air filter was absurdly dirty. Supposedly my dealer had changed that on a service call. I needed a new muffler and they replaced that. When I needed new tires, I knew who to contact. Once again, they were super friendly and scheduled me at my convenience. They gave me an excellent price for my four new tires. On top of that, my first rotation was free. I went today to have the rotation done. When I arrived for my appointment, they took my car immediately to do the job. When you need service on your vehicle, call John's Auto. You will immediately hear the friendliness and customer service the minute they answer the phone. Your vehicle will be taken care of like they own it and the price will be beyond belief.

I eventually made it to them and they squeezed me into their busy day, repaired the flat on the spot, and patched it instead of upselling me a new tire. The mechanic was fantastic and friendly, the office was also professional and friendly- and you can tell it's a busy place with a long-time solid reputation. They said they had one set of Goodyear all season tires. that would be a great fit for them. I should've checked the tread on them, but I needed to get back to get the inspection done. They were barely any better than my current ones. I drive back to tell the owner of this. She refused to give me any money back and had absolutely no accountability. This place is shady. Do not do business here for another $300 I could have purchased four new tires at a garage. These guys are scammers!! The owner also has a small store upstairs where she says all of her designer bags and clothing are real, which is an absolute lie. Shady ! Do not do any business with them.

I had to stop in at this Mavis to get the problem checked out, and Brandon was so great - listened to my entire story, was super chill and calm, and competently and swiftly diagnosed the problem as faulty valve stems that ought to have been replaced with the tires. He explained the physics of what happened, and showed me how to figure out if the same thing happens again (soapy water on the valve stem and push it to the side to see if it bubbles up!) if I ever need any car or tire service in Syracuse again, I will absolutely be heading back to this location!

I brought a 2022 Polestar 2 Performance, a rare one in Syracuse to this Big4, so happy with how…read morethey took care of the tire replacement. It was a day-and-night difference from another shop I struggled with that week. In the other shop, I was told that the tire would be ready in next day (not available), then 3 day later (not available again) and a week later. In contrast, Big4 got the matching tire next day. .. really saved my week for this rather exotic car. I saw how they meticulous took care of the car. I asked them to use the exact torque (103 lbs-ft) for the wheel bolts, and I saw they hand fastened each bolt with a torque wrench! Then they put the exact air pressure (42 PSI, I didn't tell them but they got it from the door sticker). This 42 PSI pressure is very important for the safe operation of Polestar 2. Overall, they did everything timely (waiting time was very short), yet handled everything very professionally. Some other notes: ---Customer reception area was spacious, clean and welcoming. That space didn't have any "tire smell" that is commonly found in most tire shops. Actually the door had a sign, "don't bring a tire inside" so I could tell they try to make this space as nice as possible. There were two nice old water paintings decorating the wall, and many photos and the big wooden American flag and Big4 sign. I liked how they decorated the reception. ---I saw a firetruck being serviced at another slot. I didn't know a firetruck could be placed in a private shop like this, and that scene was kind of assuring that even a firetrucks being sent here for service. I am so happy to find this shop, and can recommend it to anyone.

I come at the end of the day to pick up the car and am told they found rubbing on the brake/rotor and fixed it at no charge. As I pull out there is no fix, the same noises come from the front of my car. Waste of my time and two missed days of travel for my job.

I called to see if they held onto it but apparently "owners leave their tire keys behind all the time, I only hold onto them for a little bit before tossing them". Basically admitting that this was something that happens all the time? The car owners should not have to check for their tire key. This isn't something we should feel we have to double check to make sure you didn't accidentally leave it out and then tossed it. I have to go back to the dealership and order a whole new set. Never going back there again.
