They always are willing to work with you and it is a great value it is around 80$ full price but if you have been there once before they will send you emails/texts or something in the mail will a barcode you bring in to the oil change and tell them to honor it or to scan the barcode and they are more than willing to take money off your oil changes read more

The staff is great. They got me in and out no problems. Managers Emily and Scott are both rude and lazy. Just sitting off to the side yelling direction at staff. Telling them not to close doors when it's cold. Do better by your staff! read more

It's pretty quick and efficient. The technicians are very nice. You stay in your car while they do it! They put washer fluid in and they check your air filters and wiper blades. The only thing is they try to upsell.. That's a little bit annoying. Especially when it's three times the cost opposed to getting it at Walmart or AutoZone! You can do it yourself for 11 bucks. read more

Great service for an oil change. It is a bit pricey but that's what you get when you have a vehicle that take full synthetic oil. Staff are very friendly and focused. read more

I just wanted an oil change. But they did the hard sale for air cleaners. Tire rotation etc. finally stopped when I said half my family are mechanics and I myself have rebuilt twin carbs and check my own tire pressure. Would have change my own oil but my arthritis is not going to let me and the grandson who normally does it works out of town. I wish they would listen when I say just oil. read more

Always A+++ service they take their time on everything to make sure it's done right very nice and friendly employees.

Went in for a normal oil change. Later that night while on the highway I hear a scrapping noise and find the skid plate dragging and bent to heck. I spent 30 mins in the rain wedged under my car to remove the only screw that was holding it on. The next day when I returned to the shop an employee named Joe informed that it was a fault in my car and had nothing to do with the service performed and they could bend the skid plate to make it fit again. I told him I would be contacting corporate, which I did to no avail. Still waiting for a response. Horrible service. read more

I needed an oil change for my car but, I have always treated it to dealer maintenance or have performed it myself. I have to go through hassles and delays to deal with just about any dealer and wanted to avoid the hassle. I went to this Valvoline Oil Change Location, parked my car outside and walked in to ask some questions. I have had a miserable experience at another quick oil change places and I wanted to avoid a very costly experience. I was able to speak with a knowledgeable and polite customer service oriented person who entertained my questions and gave me no B.S answers. OK, I decided I was confident in their knowledge and skills to do an oil change for my beloved German vehicle. The short story is that I was able to drive in to this location without an appointment, and receive an oil and filter change for $80.00. That is expensive but, my car requires almost 7 quarts of synthetic (expensive) oil, a special filter and , for you gear heads, I needed to know that my aluminum oil pan would not be stripped by an air wrench over torqued drain plug. Dealer price is $120 to $130 plus the wait, appointment etc... Heck, no wait with good service on a foreign car for almost $50 dollars less than dealer price, I'll take that ! BUT, if you have a finnicky foreign car TALK to them first and tell them what you require. I even offered use of my torque wrench. If you have your standard vehicle that takes regular oil and filter, etc... I think you will have no problem for about $25 bucks. read more

This is the only place I come to get my oil changed. The staff is ALWAYS friendly as well as extremely helpful. They don't only just do their job and get it done, but they also take the time and care to explain what they're doing, what might need to be changed, and anything else that could be wrong with the car. I went for an oil change once and after everything was said and done, one of the women working there suggested I change my serpentine belt, as there were a certain amount of cracks in it per cm. I told her I would pass for the time being and talk to my dad about it first. She politely accepted that as my answer and didn't make me feel pressured to purchase anything extra. My mom once came here and needed something fixed with her car. They explained to her that no one at this location was certified to fix it, and sent her to the location on Erie blvd. by the time she had made it there the man had left. She came back the next day and luckily someone was there who was able to fix it. They also offered her a 20% discount on the service for the "inconvenience" of having to send her to the other location. If you pay for a full oil change here, you can come back on the in-between miles or date and get all of your fluids topped of FOR FREE. I always get my car topped off before I take long road trips - just need to bring your receipt from the oil change. The people who work here are extremely professional, always nice, and work quickly so you're not waiting for hours- but they do their job thoroughly and don't rush through it. I have never had any problems or complaints with coming here. read more

Brian (manager) and Stephanie were both so kind and explained everything to me so well! They even helped me save some money. They treat their customers well so I will definitely be going back. Thank you! read more

I needed a quick oil change before driving across the state. These guys got me right in without an appointment and provided a stellar customer service experience. I never even had to get out of my car. Staff were very friendly and very professional. I did have to pay for a synthetic blend as I was informed that was the only option available for my engine. Typically I would opt for conventional motor oil and save some money. Really not all that big a deal considering the great service and the convenience (in and out in 15 minutes). read more

I was visiting from out of town and needed an oil change. These guys (and gal) were great! They were courteous, efficient and didn't try to sell me extras that I didn't need. I will definitely be coming back next time I'm in town. read more
