Went for tires. Got and alignment as well. Went back 6 months later to get an oil change and they come out with laundry list of things wrong with my car! One being the alignment! I tell them they just did my alignment ....they tried to get me to pay for it again saying it's out of alignment! Then my air filter etc. I went to Auto-zone down the road and bought an air filter and they put it in and said "This is not even dirty but since you bought it you might as well put it in". Ugh. Absolutely excellent customer service. I took my car in for a state inspection and they found several issues. However they were very clear that these issues were separate and that I already passed inspection without fixing these other items. They didn't pressure me at all to spend more money and didn't try to up sell me anything. In addition, I've had several lights (ABS, check engine) on my dashboard for roughly 2+ years. I've taken this car to probably at least 4 other mechanics over the years and nobody has been able to figure out how to fix these lights. Goodyear found the issue, thoroughly explained it and gave me options to address it, and they were able to correct it. Very happy to finally have that issue resolved! They were also very fast. I plan on making them my go to garage from here on out! read more

I've always gone here out of convenience. The last year or so the service really seems to have gone down hill. I'm currently stuck sitting in here for more than 6 hours because I needed new brake pads on a Toyota Corolla. They stole the lock nuts for the wheel and they want charge me 160 at the beginning to change the sensor for the tire when I refuse and get the sensor online and tried to install in the other good year found out that lock nuts key stolen from the car and they send me back to them which they want to charge me 90 dollars +27.5 to get regular lock nuts they are fraud. read more

I have to say that I've been going here for at least 5 years and the service and quality has deteriorated over those years. New management came in a few years ago that didn't continue any of the quality and service we had before and the excuses just pilled up. I went the long haul always going back after bad experiences: car getting stuck on the lift for hours, being quoted 1 hour and then waiting 3, not topping off fluids after an oil change, just being sloppy and not putting the tire valve caps back on or securing the splash guard after oil changes, but the last time was it. They replaced my brakes- had it overnight because they weren't done with it in the three hours they said they needed it for- I was there when they opened mind you. And when I drive it away the next day it wasn't right- brakes squeaked and the car didn't stop like it should, it actually felt unsafe and scary to drive. Brought it back and management said it was fine told me it would get better the more I drive it! I didn't want to drive it as it was obviously not right- brought it back the next day after getting a second opinion and made them take it back in. They had it for another 2 days and replaced the brakes 2 more times, squeak was gone but it's still not right. And all they offered me after losing 4 days without a car and still paying 100% was a free oil change. No thanks management- you just lost a customer. I'd say go elsewhere! read more

Very friendly staff. We won't be back to this location. We had our tires switched to/from our snow tires. Both times it took two days to get it done. Our appointments were made in advance so there's really no excuse. They told us both times that they were understaffed...then why wouldn't you adjust your scheduling to accommodate that? It really puts you out when you drop off your car early in the morning and it's not ready until the next day after 10? It's not a transmission replacement we're just switching some tires. The manager did give me a $25 discount the second time for the inconvenience. We like Goodyear and will continue to use them, we'll just go back to the one up the road at 31 & 57...they're great and never seem to have a problem getting things done when they say they will! read more

I can not say enough good things about this place. I had my car towed there on a Sunday due to major engine issues. They promptly diagnosed the problems and did a great job documenting all the issues including taking pictures. They went as far as to research potential recalls and class action suits and found that my issue should be covered by Honda. I can't thank these guys enough for going above and beyond. There isn't much to say here as I'm used to writing reviews about restaurants, But I wanted to make a special exception to say a few nice words about this shop. I used them a few years ago to get a set of four tires which was reasonably priced and they were super friendly. About what I expected. But over the weekend last Sunday I was lucky enough to pick up a nail in my tire on a different vehicle that I didn't purchase the tires from them. But they were open on Sunday and close so I rescheduled my plans and shot in. The guy behind the counter was more than willing to fix the tire and told me it would take about an hour. Didn't ask for any information didn't give a price, which I thought was weird but it needed a patch so I didn't ask questions. How expensive could it be I figured. So I wandered around the shopping centers nearby but nothing was really open. So after 20-25 minutes I headed back to the shop to find out that it was all finished. A pleasant surprise! Another pleasant surprise is that the guy told me the reason he didn't take any of my information. Even though I hadn't purchased the wheels there they don't charge for wheel repairs as long as its fixable. Something I can highly appreciate. Quick, Friendly, Clean, and Free?
