While the quality of work was satisfactory, the waiting time was a bit long. The experience could have been better with faster and clearer communication. Overall, the service was acceptable, but certain aspects need improvement for the future. I would consider using the service again if needed.

This Goodyear location always provides fast, reasonably priced, quality service. The manager at this location, Julio, is friendly, and helpful! I pulled off and had to get it towed to the repair center on a Saturday mid day. We are in the area visiting family and are leaving Monday and we were stressing about not being able to leave, figuring the van wouldn't be repaired in time; but Julio and the team discovered we needed a new alternator and installed a new one the same day! He was trustworthy, responsive and prompt. Definitely recommend this repair center to anyone. We would give them 100 stars if we could.

Things went well until I drove away. I think there are new scratches on my rims but I can't prove that so I will give them the benefit of the doubt. I should have photographed all four wheels prior to the work. The biggest problem was that the tires were not inflated properly. I got warnings right away that three of the four tires had low pressure. To me this is a very basic requirement when replacing tires. All 4 should be inflated to the proper pressure. I feel like this is a very basic service that they neglected to do.

On the other hand, I was greeted with a dead battery when I picked up my car having to purchase a new battery. Instead of cutting me some slack on the price of the battery seeing that I just paid over 2 grand to get my transmission replaced, they made me pay full price for the battery and having to sit and wait there for nearly an hour for it to get delivered and for them to get it replaced. Also ever since I got my car back I have been having electrical issues with it. Even though bringing up the issue to them, they said that they didn't touch anything electrical while it was there. As well as that, I was also greeted with my lights under the dash to be broken and on my floor.

I brought my car to Glisson's for an oil change a few weeks ago. Yesterday, I was driving (long…read moredistance) and started smelling burning. I pulled into a gas station and found the oil was basically empty. I was surprised, as the oil change was so recent. I inspect further and find the oil filter has a major gash in the corner ... with oil stains around the gash. I add 2 quarts of oil and watch the filter. Sure enough, a drop of oil starts to form on the gash, eventually dripping. My question is: how could this have happened? The gash was way too big and obvious to not be noticed (on the edge where you grip w your hand). Did they knowingly install an obviously damaged oil filter? If so, why?? One theory (and this is only a guess, but I'm otherwise struggling to hypothesize a reason to give Glisson the benefit of the doubt here) -- I remember when I brought my car to them, I was under the weather, so as a courtesy to make sure I didn't spread whatever I had, I wore an N95 mask. The person at the shop looked at me weird like I was their political nemesis, so I explained that I was wearing it bc I was under the weather and didn't want to infect anyone else, but that didn't seem to change their disposition at all. Again, this is just a guess, but I truly cannot fathom why they would have installed a visibly obviously damaged oil filter on my car. (If someone can provide a valid hypothesis, I will delete this review.) Either way, my engine may have extensive damage due to driving without oil to the point it started burning. Arrggghhh.
