Terrible customer service. I was told that it would be a 30 minute wait to get done and when I said something to the manager or service tech how much longer he said another 15 minutes which is fine but I should have been told from the beginning of what the wait should be in and out not just to get my car in. When I told him it would be 20-30 minutes as I was told and asked how much longer I got a rude response. He looked at me rudely and said yea to get your car in! So rude. I work in customer service and know how important clarity and service is. I stopped by here between appointments at my job and made this clear when pulling up and I had a rude response from the manager on site. Stay away from here. I would have rather gone 1 minute up the street to firestone. read more

I hope that the manager of this place was fired. My wife and I drive into get the oil changed in our 2016 Fiat 500X and right off the bat the manager starts telling the other guys that he Hates messing with my brand of car. He is telling them that you have pull out the air breather and all kinds of crap just to get to the oil cartridge and continues on with what a piece of crap of a car it is. He doesn't even check the fact that the 500X is not even the one that he thinks it is. It ended up that my wife and him get into a shouting match when she continues to tell him to close the hood on the car because we are going somewhere else to get our oil changed and we did. I don't know what this guys problem was but I do hope that he is not with that company any longer. read more

I arrived at this Jiffy Lube location today and saw only 1 staff member (Ben) and a sign about staffing shortages. As soon as Ben finished speaking with another customer he came right over to apologize for the wait and asked how he could help me. I could tell that he had been hard at work all day and was hustling to make sure everyone was taken care of. He was so friendly and professional and made me really appreciate him not only being there, but also having a great attitude. Jiffy Lube you have a great employee here and I hope you appreciate him! Stopped in today for an oil change. They had wrong vehicle pulled up in computer and didn't confirm. I noticed it was wrong vehicle and brought it to their attention. Not even the same make vehicles. Put too much oil in my truck and had to drain and refill. Was only customer there and it took 45 minutes. Trent commented that it shouldn't have taken that long. Told me to contact corporate. Tire pressure wasn't checked, air filter wasn't checked. Washer fluid was not topped off. Trent offered to bring vehicle back around to check those things but I didn't have time as I had already been there for 45 minutes. Top side service tech was rude also. read more

Went to get my oil changed--duh also got some maintenance done by the time they added up it cost me, oh, one hundred some. I knew soon as I drove off that some thing just wasn't right-- had no oomph and it drove rough and ON was the damn engine light. So I went back and I told them but they couldn't find the cause and I got so irritated swear I almost blew a fuse. The car had been running flawless when I brought it in to them. What did they do? They were clueless-- now it ran not worth a damn. They said they would call somebody who of hybrids would know more I waited in their tiny area to hear what would be in store. They said a fellow's coming over who would know just what to do but not for another hour and for sure not more than two. Rats! It's going to take a while. I'll walk home, less than a mile. Which I did, though it was hot. Could they come get me? They could not. When they called me at the house they were quite apologetic but the upshot of the damned thing was that still they didn't get it. They were going to tow the car to this other auto store which had all the right equipment to find which whatever for. I could drive it, if I'd rather to that store before it closed otherwise it'd be tomorrow before they could have a go. Oh, how screwed I felt, dear reader! I walked back there in a steam. Started up my little baby: engine light no longer gleamed. Then I drove it, hesitating, but it seemed to drive just great. Took it for a little spin-- it had healed, at this late date! Guys at Jiffy finally figured that by turning off and on it reset the car's computer and discovered nothing wrong. They were just too inexperienced, and too stupid, in my view, to know that was what was needed and not put what they put me through. read more

Great service, and not too pushy with the upsell. We had some confusion with our coupons but the employee taking care of us was cool about it and got us taken care of. Biggest drawback for this location is the claustrophobic waiting area. Seating inside for 7 only and boy is it cramped! And even though the actual price was higher, they cheerfully stuck to the original price no problem. They do give the typical additional service pitch, but its a really soft sell. I hate oil change places, but a couple friends said that this place was different so I gave it a try. My car was starting funny, and I figured it was either my battery or starter. I went in this afternoon and they checked my battery for me and confirmed that it was on its last legs. It was a 4 yr old battery, so I wasn't surprised. They set me up with a new one with a 5 yr replacement warrenty. Jason and DJ were very friendly and professional. I will be back next time I need an oil change. I went here recently for an inspection and I was so pleased with the service that I returned when I needed an oil change. I assumed prices foe synthetic oil changes were pretty standard between companies so I was a bit astonished when I found out my oil change was going to cost me about $100. Yes, I could have said no thanks and left but I didn't. However, I won't be returning. I've been paying quite a bit less with their competitors so I'll be going back to them instead of Jiffy Lube. read more

I went in for an oil change today and came out a satisfied customer. As a first timer at Jiffy Lubes with my new used car I had no clue what type of oil it needed. Wes helped me pick out the right type of oil within my budget. He even checked my air filter for free just to make sure it was fine/clean. Even though the price was a bit higher than I expected for an oil change, it was worth it for my car. I will definitely be coming back to this Jiffy Lube. I was shocked at the price of the oil change $109.99 for full synthetic. They showed me a somewhat dirty air filter and told me the air filter was 29.99, I told them I would pass on that. They proceeded to offer me a 20% discount off entire bill so I said ok. When I looked at my receipt, they charged 49.99 for the air filter. In all, the bill came out to $140 and change. RIPPED OFF. It would have been much cheaper at the Honda dealer where I typically pay less than $80 for full synthetic. They asked me to review them, so I have. STAY AWAY! read more

READ THIS: If you're in a hurry and only see two cars here don't bother stopping. It's always an hour wait. I don't mind waiting but when I told the gentleman I can wait they said it will actual be an hour and a half. Almost like if the tacked on more time I would leave. I'm surprised they're still in business. I came here for an inspection and they did all the oil changes first. Even the ones that showed up after I did. I use to work in a place like this I did the inspections while doing the oil changes. There's no urgency with the staff. They all move like turtles. Jiffy lube if you're reading this what your business stands for and what y'all preach to your employees doesn't work. Maybe invest more in your employees instead of hiring the bottom of the barrel! read more

Pulled in to get my inspection done. Was greeted promptly by the ever so polite Alec with a charming accent eager to help! He directed me kindly to the waiting area and mentioned that there was fresh hot coffee or cold water for me to partake in. Also pointed out the ladies room incase I drank too much Got my paperwork and got straight to work. All business. Inspection was done in 10-15 mins. Alec escorted me to the counter, took my $18 fat ones and sent me on my way. He also told me the instructions on what to do to obtain my sticker. Already knew the 411 but I'm sure was very helpful to most clueless folks... He walked me to my chariot and opened the door and shut it. I felt like a princess. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is that it smelled of smoke pretty bad in the waiting area. All of Alec's charm couldn't drown out the toxic fumes. I can totally tell they are trying to earn customers. I'm sold. I will definitely be back for all my inspections... As long as Alec is still there and he charms my socks off again. Happily married by the way. I totally have a kid his age... Very polite! read more

This place is horrible I should have known not to bring my vehicle here but it was on my way home. I brought my own oil and filter. I was watching them do the oil change from the waiting room and they were about to add oil and fire it up without changing the oil filter. The filter on this particular vehicle is right under the hood. I went outside and asked did you change the oil filter? Knowing that they didn't do it. The lower bay and upper bay tech both lied to my face and said they did it. I then asked can you show me where the oil filter goes and the tech working under the hood pointed down to the lower bay guy. After calling them out on it the upper bay tech pulled the FILTER I brought out of the trash can. I can't imagine how many people they do this to on a regular basis. Beware of this place read more

Took one vehicle there for an inspection Nov 2014. They put the sticker on with the 1's backwards, i.e. the serif was pointing right, instead of left. Took another vehicle there for an inspection today, and they put the sticker on at a 30 degree angle relative to the registration sticker above. And, they said they couldn't replace the stickers unless I paid for a new inspection. I recognize that these are largely cosmetic issues. And they twice failed to demonstrate attention to detail with a fairly simple task. Then, they refused to correct their mistakes without additional cost to me. Not cool. read more

I went to this Jiffy Lube to get a simple oil & filter change since it is on my way to work. They have a $19.99 special from 7-10am each day, and I notice that there are usually no cars getting serviced when I go by, around 7:30am. So today I went in, and was very impressed. At most oil change places, they really try to hit you up for extra services that you may or may not need, and sometimes the pressure is pretty high. This Jiffy Lube was a lot easier. They input my car's data into the computer and it came up with the manufacturer's recommended service schedule. The mechanic just went over these and asked if I wanted anything done, and the price was right there. It's cool because you can see on the screen all the info, including the prices for different grades of oil. I just chose the cheapest oil, and I refused all of the other interval services. I did, however have my air filter changed, which was $9.99. I am sure I could have bought one at the auto parts store for ~$7 and installed it easily, but I decided to pay the extra few bucks to have them do it since they were so polite. I was expecting them to want to charge something in the neighborhood of $15 or $20, which would have been too much, but $3 extra is fine. Another nice thing is that they will top-off your oil at any time for free. I told them that my car has an oil leak and I have to add oil every few months, and they said no problem, just bring it in and we will top it off. Lastly, they vacuum the carpets for you. Had I known this beforehand, I would have picked up all of my kids' toys and stuff. The service was friendly and fast. I was in and out of there in 20 minutes. Like I said, this was at 7:30am, so I was the first one there, but when I was waiting, only one other car came in for service. I am definitely going back here for all my oil changes. read more
