Don't believe the "Texas Inspections Done here" sign for this location. The inspector is NEVER there and there is no signage that indicates when they are. And don't bother trying to call the store directly to check ahead of time, , their phone rings and rings and rings and never gets answered anyway. Do not include this location as part of your car maintenance errands, you will be disappointed. read more

Stay away from this place. I used to get better service here. Friendly people, eager to help technicians, but no more. It felt like the guy that greeted me drew the short straw and it was obvious he did not want to be there. The prices are expensive to start with, and it's great that they try and sell me an air filter for triple the price when I am in there, but this time I got the ECO plug speech. You know the one where they tell you it has to be replaced every time, which is a lie. It's not worth it anymore, between the attitude, the prices, and the dishonesty, I will be going somewhere else. read more

Went there on Tuesday and the employee said they didn't have any oil filters and come back tomorrow. I went by the next day I was told no filters until Monday. I told them I tried to call but no one answered. He said they got busy. Not sure doing what since they didn't have any filters. Not going back. read more

I've been living in four points since 1999 - I've been bringing cars here for oil changes for a long time. They are reasonably good at that. One really annoying feature of this location is that they advertise State inspections but every time you ask for one you get "the guy who does inspections called in sick" or something similar. I get that they make more money spending their time on oil changes but if you can't be bothered to do inspections then take down that sign and stop telling people you do them. I got an inspection done maybe once here and the other half dozen times they begged off. In terms of oil changes most of the ones they've done for me went without incident. In one instance they put in more oil than required in our Jetta and we ended up with smoke billowing out on tumbleweed hill. Took it back and they corrected it but probably not the best thing for an engine. I'd up them to four stars if they actually performed inspections when I need them. read more

I usually do not post but now second issue I have had with this location. First time in 2020 or so ago I had my oil changed, drove off made it almost to the corner of 2222 and 620 when my oil light came on, oil coming from underneath my truck, etc. I drove back there only to find out they had double gasket my oil filter (meaning gasket from old oil filter had stuck on and then they put another filter on top of it) which caused the oil to leak and put my engine in potential damage. They admitted to it, changed the oil again and gave me one free oil change. Fast forward to an oil change I got there on November 2023 I went there for an oil change before a long distance drive trip. Got it done all good until today when I took my truck to another Jiffy Lube location and they told me that whoever had done my previous oil change had stripped my oil plug. Using a larger socket than required and twisted the outside of the plug. This other location's mechanic was able to remove the plug and replace it thank goodness and then gave it to me so I could see it. Bottom line quality has seemed to go down at this location over the past 5 or so years and would not recommend. read more

I called and they said come in whenever no appointment needed now I have been waiting over an hour and finally got in for them to way overcharge me so I called them manipulative just because I was born female I don't play that game so I got the less expensive blend but IDK how much an oil change is these days in this economy probably not $100 read more

It was a 2 Days After Christmas Miracle! The jiffy lube on highway 2222 had my oil filter and oil in stock . I am thankful for the two gentlemen working this morning. I arrived right when they opened, promptly at 8 they began servicing my vehicle. They were professional and quick even with a steady flow of cars driving in. The handsome man who checked me in has a great smile and charming demeanor. I will be sure to schedule my future car servicing needs strictly at this location. read more

From June 05, 2020: Jiffy Lube Team Members: Alejandro S., William L., Mark C. - They were great. Fast, efficient, and impeccable customer service from Alejandro. I do have to say, I started coming here in 2010, and had a couple of bad experiences with the crew. I stopped going to Jiffy Lube all together for a few years, and recently went back as I am picky with what brand of oil i put into my vehicles. After receiving great service, I complimented Alejandro, and I also mentioned to him about some of the issues I experienced in the past. Alejandro made sure to clarify to me that those crew members are no longer with Jiffy Lube and that I can expect great service from here on out! Hats off Jiffy Lube - Four Points! read more

Excellent service they have me taken care of within 20 minutes checked all my fluids in the car put air in my tires and gave a very good oil change now I have more confidence being on the road after this took care of all my car needs. Hi check my car again the other day on the hood and I noticed that Jiffy Lube left the hatch off of my air filter off and did not notify me that they were low engine coolant it was completely empty I am not pleased with how sloppy they finished up the job read more

I've been taking my cars to the Four Points location for years. The last 2 times, with 2 different cars, I was told exactly the same thing: "we just used the last oil filter that fits your car on the last customer. But if you come back in the morning we'll have them in stock." Also turns out the last 2 visits were about 30 mins before closing time. Hmmm... I'm all for people going home from work on time, but any time cushion needs to be built into store hours or part of the job description. Don't inconvenience customers who make the trip. Turning away business is never smart. I won't be going back. read more

UPDATE AFTER REPLY FROM JIFFY LUBE: My issue is not with that fact that you broke a part on my vehicle, I understand things happen. My issue is that I was told by your technician, Alex, that I WOULD NOT be charged for the oil change. I should not have been told this if he did not have the authority to say this or wasn't absolutely sure that I would not be charged. Please explain why it is ok to lie to your customers. ORIGINAL POST: Came in for a 15 minute oil change that lasted for hours. While changing my oil, they broke a part that holds the filter. After trying to fix it for half an hour, they finally come and tell me what happened. They said it may have to be towed to a dealership and they have no idea how long that will take. They offered me a ride and told me the oil charge would be comped. They were able to replace the part, thankfully, but still charged me $75 for the oil change. They broke a part, wasted my time, and lied about comping the charge. The manager, Mark C., should have given me a free oil change. I didn't walk in expecting something for free and I didn't come to pay for such a hassle. I hope that $75 was worth the business you lose from now on. read more

The team got the job done quickly and filled the oil to the correct amount. However, they tried to tell me that my oil drain plug needed to be replaced after every oil change. That is by far the furthest thing from the truth. You can ask any ford mechanic/owner and you will know that is not necessary. The oil change was far too overpriced and they seem to try and money grab. I've always heard horror stories about jiffy lube and I should have listened. From now on I will be doing the oil changes myself. It would save me a lot of money and save me time from dealing with people who don't know what they're doing. In my recommendation, do NOT use them. read more

They clearly advertise online that they accept competitors coupons, there literally is a section of their website stating their rules for it. I went to the Jiffy Lube off 2222, showed them the ad from their competitor and they would not accept it. Not that it didn't conform to their rules, but that "since the franchise recently changed ownership" they won't accept any coupons that aren't from their corporate website. As a consumer I don't care about the backside of your management or franchise rules. They made no effort to rectify the situation. Also for the record, I can get my truck's oil changed at the Ford dealership for $41 our the door.... Jiffy Lube is close to DOUBLE the price. read more

Drove in for an inspection, the sole inspector said he needed to go on company mandated lunch break, back in one hour. I returned in exactly one hour and he was not back. Waited 35 mins for him to return. Not happy. While waiting, on ancient rock hard worn out chairs, no coffee, no WiFi. Whoever owns this place is doing a disservice to the brand. read more

Came here for a flat tire, reading all the 5 star reviews I thought it would be great. I was wrong, pulled up, guy said that if my tire pressure light was on but not blinking it was fine, I told him that we would put air and the tire would deflate through the day, he said nothing was wrong with my tire and he would have one of his guys inflate it. So they did and that was that. Went to work, went to lunch anddd once again low tire pressure, my tire was deflating, decided go to lambs - they saw the nail and noticed the guy had over inflated my other tires when they're supposed to be at 35. The wait was too long about 4 hours so I had to go to work. Decided to go to a different tire place, within 3 mins was helped, they drove my car in, immediately removed the nail, sealed and patched my tire and was done all within 20 mins. Never coming back here again. read more

I have gone to this jiffy lube since it opened. We have done all transmission maintenance at this center. I noticed that my mountaineer wasn't shifting properly, and took it in to have service. The tech told me that they did not have the tools to service the transmission properly. It was probably the first honest answer I'd received. I then asked the tech to bring up the service records. I found that my wife had brought the truck in for service recently. At this point, I grew concerned, because I suspected that Jiffy Lube had not been servicing my transmission properly all along, or worse, were billing me for work not done. I left, and got the transmission fluid changed elsewhere. I had them save the fluid. It was dead black, much too thick, and scorched smelling. The fluid should have been clear and tinted red, and smelled clean. The local shop has a mechanic who is now a family friend. He said he'd rarely seen worse. He suggested that I try to get my money back. He said that this truck (which supposedly had service performed per recommendations) had not been properly serviced in quite some time, if ever. I later returned to the jiffy lube and a tech admitted that the work could not have been performed. He wrote down words to that effect on the invoice, and asked me to return when the manager was in for a refund. They offered a refund for the service, but only if I offered to sign a hold-harmless agreement. I told him that wasn't going to happen. My transmission is now shifting hard and I am going to take the truck in for repairs. I will do my best to get Jiffy Lube to pay for the damage, but they have already indicated that they will not pay. I've gone to the manager, the district manager, and the district person in charge of claims. Now fully terrified, I took my other car into the local garage to check out the automatic fluid on that car too. Sure enough, same problem. Black fluid. I still have the fluid in my garage. Don't get transmission service done here. In fact, you'd be better off not getting any service done at this shop at all. They are at best incompetent, and at worst dishonest scam artists. read more

Brought one of our cars over for a state inspection and for the third time in two years, they couldn't do the inspection. Previously the inspector was out, today only two guys on duty so no inspections were being done. There was only one car in a bay mind you, but that didn't matter. Two guys and one car being worked on, but no inspections because? Other notable experiences? They were out of oil for my vehicle another time. Apparently Chevy Tahoes are an extremely exotic vehicle and oil is hard to come by. We have used them for all our family vehicles for quite some time but if a business can't be predictable in the services they provide, even loyal customers go elsewhere. read more

Went in for a routine oil change. When I got there the attendant told me I was due for a tire rotation, so I told them they could go ahead and do that, too. They were quick with the oil change and the tire work, however, when I got home, I was missing two of my lug nut covers on my rear wheel on the driver's side. I am meticulous about my car and would have noticed this in the two+ years I have been driving my car. I had the husband call back up to this location and explain the situation. The guy who answered the phone was quick to say that I was missing two of the covers already when I brought it in, which isn't true, but at that point it's his word against mine. Who ever heard of oil jockeys forgetting to do something? Uh yeah. Thanks guys. Called my dealership to buy a few more today and when I talked to the dealer, he said they would never sell a car without a full set and mine indeed did come with a full set. When they lost the ones on my car they replaced them with some cheap lugs and didn't say anything about me missing any. Noticed a few days later that one of the tire caps was missing on one of my wheels also. Won't be getting an oil change here again. read more

Great guys here! Super quick, polite, and explained to me what a they were gonna do (I just like learning and they were patient with all my questions!) and things I needed to keep an eye on (ex: I should get my brakes looked at cause the fluid is low) and even told me places I could check out. One of them even took the time to show me the in car setting to track my oil changes as well as tire rotations. Amazing guys and great work- I don't plan on going any where else for oil changes! read more

Horrible customer service. The guy at the counter kept me waiting for 15 mins saying I will be with you shortly. I just needed an appointment for state inspection. Then I found him just loitering around the facility and he saw me through the glass that I'm waiting for him and still didn't come back to attend. I had to go in as they don't respond to phone calls. And while I was waiting there were couple of phone calls but no one to attend. I had to leave as I was on a lunch break and had already wasted more than 15 mins here. Unbelievable! read more

I would not recommend Jiffy Lube, this location in particular. We just moved to the area and needed an oil change so just went to the first place we saw. They were kind and got the job done quick. But then when we headed to Dallas for the weekend we noticed a big puddle of oil under our car. Went to a Kwik Kar to get it checked out and turns out the guys at Jiffy Lube didn't put the gasket seal on properly and they also did not even change out the filter. We're lucky our engine didn't burn up on the way to Dallas. We're now still experiencing a tiny bit of leakage. We've gotten it checked out again and we were told it's probably just residue dripping but time will tell. I've tried calling the location three times just to let them know what happened but the phone rang and rang and no one ever picked up. Not looking for a refund and certainly not looking to yell at anyone but just wanted to let them know so they could be more attentive to future customers. Very disappointed with how careless they were and hoping they didn't do something else that has caused more severe damage to our barely two-year old car. read more

This a garbage business. DO NOT waste your time here. Been here three times and every time it is a disaster. Today I was first one there for an inspection but shocker the inspector was not there on time. After waiting 20 min they put two cars ahead of me and the very rude girl tells me they are short staffed and it would be 30 more min before they even get to me. These are the best Guys Around. They have great customer service ...and I have seen these customers try to push their buttons yet they are all gentleman.
