OK love I'm gonna try to make this as quick and short as possible, but I do want you to understand that Jiffy Lube is not just a place that you go to get an oil change. There are so many other services that they currently offer and I'm gonna share the recent bundle that they have provided for me today. I am headed to Houston this weekend and I realize that I definitely needed some additional services. The largest bundle that they have available, allows me the opportunity for a clean, wipe down some additional oils and treatments for my lovely "Sage" (my car). There is a picture of a flyer for you to take a look at and see what's best for you. I have come to Jiffy Lube for the last 4 year Where I continue to get my oil changes. I only do synthetic per my late husband's instruction. The last thing I want to say is there is nothing like great customer service but not only that there is a young lady running this location on Palmer @Jiffy Lube who took complete and good care of me. The last time I went to a Jiffy Lube and saw that there were ladies working- do the dirty work. This is not to push or pull anyway for this profession, but just to encourage us as individuals that we can do anything we set are hearts to do. I was appreciative of the great customer service, the timely movement, the clear of detail and instruction, and the fact that the staff was attentive to all my needs concerning my safety. As an elder person, I so much appreciate honesty and respect from anyone who is in any customer service. My car had been telling me I was overdue for an oil change, so I took the car to Jiffy Lube at Parmer and MoPac. I drove in and a team checked my lights and signals. Then they proceeded to checking things under the hood and tire pressure. So the service agent came to me and said that I only had a few miles into the last oil change and all looked good. I did not need an oil change at all. I was not charged for anything, and they reset my service reminder on the car. I was introduced to Chrissy the manager of this store. I will be back! Had incredible service over here at Jiffy Lube. Although the technicians ran into issues with my oil filter and couldn't remove it, I encouraged them manager to move forward and take their time with it. Their struggle was with my car and I could tell there was some emotion with my car and the other eager customers getting in and out of the garage. I wasn't in a hurry, so I was all right by them, helping the other customers. After 2 to 3 hours of waiting, they finally were able to destroy the piece so that they could get the new filter back in place. Quickly noticing their relief on their faces and smiles brought back these professionals faces really made my day. For the price from a regular mechanic I paid minimal for the oil change. Just got an oil change and wanted to give kudos to Rimon and Isaac. They were polite, efficient, and friendly. Great experience overall!

I brought my husband's truck to get an oil change. Rimon was assisting. He said to his coworker loud enough for me to hear, "This truck has a f***ing handicapped sticker," and he sounded like he was complaining about it. Then he very loudly exclaimed, "I don't know, it has that handicapped shit!" Is that the kind of people you hire? People who are ableist? Thank goodness my husband wasn't here to hear him say that. But after I heard him say that, I will NEVER return to Jiffy Lube. That is unacceptable. I don't care how much more it costs at another place. I called and asked to speak to a manager which there wasn't one there. So I spoke to the team lead which low and behold was none other than Rimon. I told him what happened and he started to interrupt and explain the reasoning behind what happened. He could have admitted that that was wrong and apologized but it wasn't until I asked if it was justified of him to behave that way that he just laughed and said, "I'm sorry about that, ma'am!" I have been coming to Jiffy Lube for a while now. (parmer ln). Well, the last time I came in there was a new gentleman. He was not very nice at all. He is the whole reason I stopped going there. I think his name started with a "D". I did not appreciate how he talked to me or his coworkers. He was very unprofessional and didn't even seem like he wanted to be there. Shortly after I got my oil changed he was nowhere to be found, Thank God. I just can't believe they would hire someone like that. I took my Nissan pathfinder for an oil change last Monday, 10/13/25. When I left, my car was rumbling, my oil pressure light was on and the next day my engine light came on. Came to realize the team at this store did not replace my air filter properly, thus explaining the rumbling to my engine AND did not put enough oil into my car, which explained the oil pressure light. I returned on Wednesday. After waiting 30 minutes, they reported they could not explain why my car was in this state. They asked me to return the next day when their manager would be available. I was finally told that a trainee serviced my car. The trainee was blamed for the ill fitted air filter and the insufficient oil. Felt like a shame and blame game. Where's the trainee's supervision?'!? When I asked for my oil change to be compensated, the manager said, I've got your back, girl. What she really meant, as I found out the next day, was she was giving me a $15 discount. Honestly, it feels cheap. My supposed 15 minute oil change took 3 visits to this store and 4 lost hours. I went in for an oil change and Rimon was absolutely amazing. He took wonderful care of me. He was so thorough and sweet and professional. Typically when I go anywhere for any kind of auto maintenance I always feel taken advantage of or looked at like a big cash-grab. Rimon empathized with me about losing a loved-one, that's why I was trying to take good care of my truck, because it belonged to my late boyfriend. He assured me he would take good care of me and he did. I am really grateful for him and he's the reason while I'll be coming back for future maintenance needs. As long as he works there, the professionalism of the entire staff is raised. These guys move slower then pond water, now that may not be fair since pond water at least evaporates. It took them 1 hour to do an inspection on 2 cars.....!!! How does it take that long?!? Most places it's a 10 min stop and go. But these guys just kept walking around talking, 3 bays and only 1 in use. Giant line of cars behind me meant I couldn't leave, I'm still trapped here!!! ALERT Hi, my name is Yesenia and I would like to give and provide a review. I never provide reviews, but I feel like people need to be aware of this location #1519 specifically because they damage my AC. I drive a Ford fusion 2020 with around 25k miles I went into the store on June 16 around 5 PM to simply get an oil change. The general manager by the name of Kelly Rodriguez offered "coolant" so I agreed and the guy who was doing my oil change at that time moved the AC discharge hose, moved it towards the fan and damaged it having a leak on my Freon. I did not have a AC for about four days and with these temperatures it is a rough to get around without air conditioner. I had to buy Freon for my car to find out where the leak was unfortunately my car is newer so the Freon cost me $70. I had to order the the hose through Ford which cost me about $120 and once a mechanic completed the work I had to buy another Freon for $70 again I had to pay out-of-pocket to my mechanic $200. Kelly advised me that I had to take it to a different location to start an investigation like who has time to leave a car and wait for an investigation to process. Certainly I do not have the time and patience at this point since it's freaking hard and I need my car to commute to work. I called Jiffy Lube and spoke to Kelly by now multiple times. I've advised her to give me corporate phone number and keeps giving me the runaround at this location and they have nothing but people who do not know what they're doing. I simply went to get an oil change completed and now it's costing me $500 due to damages that they made to my car. I've already submitted feedback to the Jiffy Lube website so I'm just patiently waiting for a reply from corporate. This will has been escalated and I need my money reimbursed ASAP. I have been to the Jiffy lube on Parmer 3 times for inspection. The third and last time they asked me to wait in the lobby. I always sat in my car like other Jiffy lube before. I cannot prove it but I deeply suspect they stole my 500 dollar SCT TUNER for my mustang. It is garage kept and rarely driven or left parked. I called the store. Spoke to the manager. He stated" yeah we had to transfer a manager ,let me get your info. Look you up in the system." He found me. Then said he would have to call me back. He never did. I've been to this shop multiple times before. Darrell and Dalynn are always nice and helpful each time I arrived. With me being from out of state they made sure that they would take very much care of my car. Quick and fast oil change. The only thing that left a bad taste about the place is the woman name that starts with a M. Me'ann or Megan I can't remember. She had a child in the area where the cars were running around like a playground. Then told the guys they were not in uniform. From what I could see is that the gentleman had their uniform on. She was the one out of uniform, coughing and shaking hands with guest. Everyone that was in the lobby after she left said that her work ethics needs to be worked on. They do try to upsell a lot- wipers, coolant/antifreeze, air filters- nothing out of the normal for a service center- but are not pushy when "no thank you" is given. I went to this location today. After I drove into the bay the manager told me to stay in my car and turn off the engine. We discussed kind of oil, how long it would take and how much it would cost. It is 106° today. I said: "So, I have to stay in my car with the engine off to sweat it out in 106° weather until you're finished putting oil in my car?". He motioned me to pull forward after he had already directed me to stop over the bay. I asked him what was going on. He said: "I'm asking you to leave because you are being very unruly". I've always gone to Jiffy Lube for as long as I've owned a car. I decided to try a new location and had the WORST customer service experience. I was not aware of the new precautions put in place due to Covid so when an employee came up to my car, I said I needed an oil change while attempting to exit my vehicle as I've done many times in the past. He tells me to get back in my car and "read the sign". This sign is literally laying on the floor and I can barely see it over the hood. Why wouldn't this be at eye level? I stated again from inside my car that I just needed an oil change and he says in a condescending tone "Clearly this is your first time at a Jiffy Lube..." so I point to the jiffy lube sticker on my windshield. I said never mind that I'd prefer to take my business elsewhere and he replied "Sweet!" and walked off. I'm very grateful that as a company your customers safety is important and precautions are being taken but I could do without the condescending attitude and maybe put the signs up a little higher where people can actually read them. read more

I needed to get my vehicle inspection done, the wait wasn't super long-- two cars ahead of me, took no more than 10-15 minutes, and only 18 bucks. I was helped by Guadalupe and he was so friendly. I asked them to look under my car because it was scraping and another nice man named Daryl fixed it for me without hesitation.
