    Had incredible service over here at Jiffy Lube. Although the technicians ran into issues with my oil filter and couldn't remove it, I encouraged them manager to move forward and take their time with it. Their struggle was with my car and I could tell there was some emotion with my car and the other eager customers getting in and out of the garage. I wasn't in a hurry, so I was all right by them, helping the other customers. After 2 to 3 hours of waiting, they finally were able to destroy the piece so that they could get the new filter back in place. Quickly noticing their relief on their faces and smiles brought back these professionals faces really made my day. For the price from a regular mechanic I paid minimal for the oil change. Thank you guys for your patience and for the great customer service your provide. This is why I come back every time to this location.

    Went here in 2020. Last time. They took my 500 dollar tuner out of the glove. Called next day fir the manager. They said the manager moved. Posted a yelp then. They got it removed by saying they contacted me. They never did. Do not take your high performance car to this place. They insist on driving it. To check on it. I was just getting an inspection. Never ever go here. Trust me. Most people going to jiffy Lube probably don't understand mechanics of their car.

    ALERT Hi, my name is Yesenia and I would like to give and provide a review. I never provide reviews, but I feel like people need to be aware of this location #1519 specifically because they damage my AC. I drive a Ford fusion 2020 with around 25k miles I went into the store on June 16 around 5 PM to simply get an oil change. The general manager by the name of Kelly Rodriguez offered "coolant" so I agreed and the guy who was doing my oil change at that time moved the AC discharge hose, moved it towards the fan and damaged it having a leak on my Freon. I did not have a AC for about four days and with these temperatures it is a rough to get around without air conditioner. I had to buy Freon for my car to find out where the leak was unfortunately my car is newer so the Freon cost me $70. I had to order the the hose through Ford which cost me about $120 and once a mechanic completed the work I had to buy another Freon for $70 again I had to pay out-of-pocket to my mechanic $200. Kelly advised me that I had to take it to a different location to start an investigation like who has time to leave a car and wait for an investigation to process. Certainly I do not have the time and patience at this point since it's freaking hard and I need my car to commute to work. I called Jiffy Lube and spoke to Kelly by now multiple times. I've advised her to give me corporate phone number and keeps giving me the runaround at this location and they have nothing but people who do not know what they're doing. I simply went to get an oil change completed and now it's costing me $500 due to damages that they made to my car. I've already submitted feedback to the Jiffy Lube website so I'm just patiently waiting for a reply from corporate. This will has been escalated and I need my money reimbursed ASAP. Thanks a Jiffy Lube for damaging my car and giving me the run around.

    There are mechanics... and then there are the tired saints standing at the edge of civilization…read moreholding together the fragile emotional ecosystem known as "people who need their car to start tomorrow." Buddha's Garage is the second one. Dave has the energy of a man who has looked directly into the screaming mechanical abyss of humanity and simply sighed, grabbed a wrench, and fixed it anyway. I swear half the vehicles in that shop arrive after being spiritually wounded somewhere else. Other mechanics will look at your engine like medieval doctors diagnosing ghosts. Dave looks at it once, tilts his head slightly like a jazz musician hearing a wrong note, and suddenly knows your alternator was installed backwards by somebody named Tyler in 2019. And here's the wild part: he's honest. Like deeply, suspiciously honest. The kind of honest that makes you uncomfortable because you forgot businesses could still operate without trying to sell you seventeen imaginary emergencies. Dave will straight up tell you cheaper alternatives, better options, things you can wait on, things you DON'T need. I almost wanted to ask him if he understood capitalism. The customer service feels less like a business and more like your truck wandered into a monastery where everyone took vows of kindness and diagnostic accuracy. Meanwhile other shops are out here playing roulette with socket sets: "Hmmm yes, perhaps your issue is... all of the parts." Then Buddha's Garage fixes it in an afternoon and somehow charges you like they still believe in human dignity. Also -- Dave knows an absolutely terrifying amount about vehicles. Not "guy who watches YouTube tutorials" knowledge. I mean ancient-library-hidden-under-the-desert knowledge. The kind where you start explaining the noise your car makes and he already knows the answer before you finish making the sound effect. At this point I'd trust Buddha's Garage with anything mechanical. My car. My lawn mower. A damaged submarine. If NASA called and said a shuttle was making a weird clicking noise, I'd probably hand them Dave's number. I'm going there no matter what. If I move across the state, I'll crawl back on flaming rims like a pilgrim returning to holy ground.

    Went in for a diagnosis for my truck got told it was a part and gave them the okay to swap then…read moretold it wasn't that part after all and that the new part they needed to bring back my ac was not available and still paid 300 dollars . Bought the part that they couldn't get and turns out it was the wrong diagnosis as well .
