I did a lunch event for 25 people on Tuesday, 5/12 and in my office Jetties is always a favorite. The variety sandwich patter is always fresh and well presented but that salad, that Sanford Farm Salad is so good. I don't know where Jetties gets their ingredients but that salad is off the chain delicious!! The desert platter is also a favorite. A great quick service restaurant in Cathedral Heights located only a block from the National Cathedral! I loved the nobadeer sandwich and my friend really enjoyed his cheesesteak. There are only a couple tables in the restaurant, so you may have to take your food to go. But service is quick and easy, so it's all good! read more

I have placed two separate orders via jetties website (fyi they have changed their order system for deliveries) once on Friday 12/9 and today 12/13 orders came through (got email confirmations for both) then no delivery - the sandwich never came I called the store and the person on the other end of phone said it's a new system and this is my problem with door dash. Jetties your sandwich's may be good but your systems and customer service suck - I have indigestion from this experience. Avoid this place for deliver at all costs. Jetties fit the bill perfectly, offering a cool haven from the heat. (The vibe was clean, urban...yet casual too). (But plenty of raves afterwards) -- Tuna salad on Rye: Just what I was craving and really hit the spot squarely. Came with lettuce, tomato, cucumber. (I held the cheese, cuz cheese with tuna is just wrong). Super fresh, well-made, and actually too big for me to finish. Perfect with a lemonade and small bag of chips. I've never seen such slow service. I have been standing here for over 10 minutes. No one has acknowledged me. They made the wrong shake and took 5 minutes to remake it while I waited. The 2 guys in the back stood around doing literally nothing except struggle to read the receipt on how to fill a doordash order. I feel like I've gone slightly retarded just witnessing this. I am not sure what the string of negative and vague reviews from 6 months ago is all about, but as a long time customer of the whole Jetties universe (Millies and Surfside, to name a couple), I can say this sandwich place is legit. I used to think the Nobadeer was the perfect sandwich - roast turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, mayo on sourdough. Now I have discovered a new sandwich nirvana, the Orange St. It is roast turkey, bacon, smoked cheddar and spinach on a toasted multigrain bread. It is sizeable, crispy and delicious! It is expensive to eat here daily for lunch. $16 for a sandwich and bottle if water is an expense I would only make occasionally for lunch, but it is delish!
