Awesome pizza quality and speedy service. We're not usually Jet's Pizza fans, but we wanted some variety on a Friday night. We ordered online like we usually would from a pizza place, and during a peak hour on a Friday night, they budgeted me at 40 minute wait time for a large pepperoni, bacon and onion pizza with cinnamon sticks. I pulled in a little bit early to get the pizza but as soon as I did, I received a text that it was ready ahead of schedule, so that was cool. I got it home and it was absolutely delicious Usually when we've had Jet's, the pizza is hard and crispy whether you get a round or a square. This round pizza we got was quite soft but firm enough to still be able to pick it up and eat it. read more

I wanted to treat an entire Senior Living community on Rochester Rd to some great pizza. I ordered party trays from Jeffrey several days ahead and everything was was perfect. I wanted to get them double cut, and next time I probably will, but seriously, I saw people aged over 85 (men and women) eating 2 BIG pieces, it was like serving them gold! In the past, I would bring a few Little Ceasars (because of budget -- I just donate this stuff) but this time I wanted something special. We were celebrating my mom's 95th birthday .... so I wanted to splurge. It was 100000X better than Little Ceasars and everyone loved it. Jeffrey was so nice, so professional and helpful and whomever made the pizzas that day (my husband picked them up, he said it was two women in the shop) they did an awesome job, each pizza looked and smelled beautifully, The residents were even "caught" sneaking pieces to thier apartments for later ... and it went so fast, I never even got to have some. I always order from this Jets (it is just better than the one on Auburn) and I hope corporately you please give Jeff and big thumbs up! I have been coming to this Jet's on and off for a while now, and so far, it's been pretty good. It's close to my office, so I carry out lunch from here sometimes. We've also had several larger orders delivered to our office, and they have been absolutely wonderful. In regards to the delivery orders, they were quick, made correctly and we were offered coupons on multiple orders over the past few months. The pizza is tasty and the delivery people are fabulous. When I carry out, it's for their $5.50 lunch order, which consists of 2 slices of pizza and a pop. The food only takes 2 minutes for them to put together, and I'm in and out in no time. *but*, their carry out slices don't taste so good, for whatever reason. Their delivery pizza tastes better, and I notice it. I can't explain it, but the taste of the carry out slices are not as good. Overall, I don't mind coming here or ordering delivery. Several weeks ago I ordered two 8 corner pizzas & an antipasto salad from this Jet's. They wanted a exorbidant fee of almost $80.00!!!! I then reduced my order. I was still way over charged. I have just been charged $45.00 for a small pizza and medium salad which the invoice states is $28.57. Jet's sent the order to Grubhub which delivered the items, but they left pizza and salad on my front porch to freeze. They did not ring doorbell or knock. When I called Jet's they accused me of ordering from Grubhub. I ordered from Jets, so they will not refund my cost for a frozen pizza. If I could leave less then 1 star I would. I've never left a yelp review before and I am a fairly patient person but this franchise is awful. I recommend anyone in north east Troy to at least use the Shelby franchise. I made the mistake and ordered from the Troy franchise again to give them our business because we live in Troy but never again. Pizza once again came one hour late and cold. We warmed up our oven to reheat our $50 pizza order. At least this time they got the green olive order right and didn't put green peppers in the pizza like the last 3 times. The person who took my order was incredibly rude. She mumbled her questions and seemed offended when I told her I didn't understand what she said. She told me 45 minutes for delivery (which is ridiculous since they are less than 1 mile from my home) and then still didn't deliver after 55 minutes. One with sausage/pepperoni and the other with green peppers and onion. They told us it would be 45 minutes due to the nasty snow conditions, but they got to our house in 25! Pleasantly surprised. I'm confused about the poor reviews.I feel like I might be missing something, as I've only ever ordered from here when visiting in-laws, and haven't tried any other location, but I love this pizza! It is filling, with a buttery, rich crust that is pillowy where it needs to be and crisp where it needs to be. I would go simple with this pizza (which is Sicilian-style), ordering maybe only one or two toppings, as it is pretty heavy. We had plain cheese on one and pepperoni on the other. They also have a hearty chef's salad, which I probably wouldn't order it cheese next time, but the Italian dressing they give you with it (a big bottle) is delicious. We were excited when we discovered a Jets closer to home, as we'd gotten pizza from the Auburn Road Rochester Hills location and really liked it. The lettuce pieces were also so big they fell off--a complete 180 from the other Jets' BLT pizza. I feel like I should give 3 1/2. But 3 seems more appropriate, given Jennifer's review. She has a point about the BLT. We go here one, maybe two times a month and while my parents usually get that eight corner thing, I've poked around the menu a bit. I've had the BLT, which Jennifer is right about. Packet Mayo. Huge lettuce that fell off. Not enough bacon. Lacking. Their Hawaiian was spot on those. VERY good. Same with BBQ chicken. Loved it. Their thin crust is, well, thin crust. Good, but not much different than your normal pie. One thing they do have going for them though, is consistency. Their pizza is usually very consistent, unlike many other pizza places I've been to in the area. The workers are very fast and friendly. Basically, if you live in the area, its a good Jets. If you're craving pizza and want something more than a Little Caesar's Hot N Ready, you've found it at Jet's! Their crunchy deep dish crust makes the pies that much better. I ordered the Eugene Supreme this time (named after their owner). It's a large size pie (14.99 with the coupon) and comes with green peppers, Italian sausage, mild peppers (banana peppers), and onions. It's a fantastic combination that's vastly superior to Little Caesars as much as I love them as well. And it's a local chain so if you're from out of town, want unique and good pizza, and don't want to sit in at a restaurant, then Jet's is a great place to eat. read more

But when we started eating the pizza, it was utterly disgusting. It was undercooked, there was raw dough all through both the pizzas. I always find it odd when one location of a franchise can suck so bad repeatedly but this Jets fits the bill. I move to this area from over near the Shelby Twp location earlier this year. The other night I ordered for the second time. The first time was a disaster and I just attributed it to one of those nights. The second time was a follow up. I ordered extra sauce, got virtually no sauce on a thin crust. Double pepperoni apparently means the normal amount. Basically I paid for a circle of garbage. I love Jets pizza , I chose Jets over any other pizza place . This location was definitely my least liked one yet. The conversation on the phone was fine, the delivery time was accurate but the quality of the pizza was the worst I've had with Jets. The presentation was sloppy, dough wasn't cooked throughly, I asked for light sauce but they neglected to pretty much put any on. In my family we are die hard jet's pizza fans. But this specific location is seriously awful. I usually don't even leave reviews on here but the service has been so consistently bad that I had to so others could know. Every time we order pizza from this location, the pizza has just been bad. Cheese smeared across the pie, toppings not even close to evenly dispersed (tons of toppings on one piece, no toppings on another), the pizza was not cut when we received it once. Also we have tried calling to let them know but they were extremely annoyed that we called and said there was basically nothing they could do because they "don't make pizza the way we have explained"...
