I absolutely love the Chicken Parmesan Jetzee. The consistency of how well the bread is cooked is spotty, however. Sometimes its quite crunchy, other times perfect, and other times soft enough the bottom bread droops from the previous bite area. I'd love to order a custom pizza when I have the chance to, hopefully it won't disappoint if I enjoy Jet's Pizza this much! I just wish the young folks who work here would focus on cooking the Jetzee bread correctly. Friday was the third time I've had jets pizza and the first time I picked it up myself. The cashier when I walked in was so friendly and made sure I had all that I needed. The manager on duty or owner I think stopped what he was doing to ensure I was stocked up with plates and napkins. My friend recommended this place so my son and I had lunch here. We had a deep dish meat lover's edition. The crust was crunchy and pizza overall was very cheesy and tasty. We ordered the 4 square and didn't think it would be enough. It was more than enough. We also ordered wings, sweet chili and bbq. The sweet chili was better but both were very good. read more

I ordered online, The Bold New York style pizza. Extra mozzarella cause cheese is awesome and regular pizza sauce. The pizza sauce is deliciously different from other pizza I've had. This was my first time so I called to verify my order, the employee was nice on the phone, verified everything. Delivery was quick, about thirty minutes. Excellent pizza! I came in late on a Saturday night, and the staff could not have been more friendly. The owner happened to be in that night, and we got to talking, he even gave me a quick tour. I love the square pizza, it is absolutely delicious. Great flavor, great toppings, and the crispy edges are life changing! The cheese bread was also delightful, and they even had heart shaped pizza for Valentine's Day! If you like ranch with your pizza, like I do, then I definitely recommend you get a side of it for dipping your cheese bread or pizza, it's a perfect combo. I really wish that you could give a zero star for these guys, but since I can't I guess it's a one. The thing that really sucks is we've had it once and it's great. You just have to have the patience to get through all the BS that goes with placing a simple order. 1. You cannot use their website to place an order for delivery. It won't let you. Period. I don't know how many ways I need to spell the address of the place I live at, but you can't order through their site. FINE. 2. I call to TRY to get someone to take my order. I had to repeat myself so many times to the person on the phone how to spell "JEFF" it was ridiculous. Then the same thing with my phone number... then my last name. I gave up. Can't do it. I couldn't even place an order for pizza. We didn't even get that far. Are you kidding me? It's really sad because I've had their pizza before, and it's great. I have never had a bad experience with Jets Pizza until today . I ordered a salad and ordered extra dressing the salad came with my drink but no dressing. (I was at work so I had none) I called the person who answered the phone went to get his manager. The manager said they sent it I said it's not here he said hold please . The manager came back and said the person who prepared my salad said they put it in the bag I said it's not here so he said I'll send someone out with the dressing I said no I made some ( not so good ) and the manager hung u on me . I really do love the food here but I'm very disappointed in how this manager argued with me a bit . I understand everyone has a bad day here and there but customer service is important. read more

Crust on thin pizza was not crispy and ordered well done. Ny style crust did not have much flavor. They do use a lot of good cheese so it does make the pizza alittle greasy but the cheese was plentiful as was the sauce. With so many choices nearby will probably not return. read more

Seriously the best pizza I've had in Texas!! Deep dish is their specialty and it was amazing! My husband had the chicken parm sub and it came on this really yummy bread!! We both had salads (chefs and greek) and they both were fresh and loaded with goodness. Nothing what you would expect from a pizza place!! We are big ranch eaters and the ranch was better than homemade...definitely ordering extra next time. I thought I was dreaming when I received a Jet's menu in the mail. Could it be? I moved here from Michigan a little less than 2 years ago and I haven't really been able to find good pizza. Not this style at least. The crunchy crust and bubbling cheese all the way to the end. They really do deep dish the best. Ask anyone from the northern Midwest and they will tell you Jet's is the best. So stoked that not only is it here, it's the same. Same sauce, same cheese, same perfectly baked crust. I loved it! Can't find any fault with this pizza place. I called in an order, and specified the time I wanted it to be delivered. It was delivered at that time exactly, and the order was correct. Now, about that order.... We got a pizza with hand-tossed crust, the crust was Jet Turbo Crust (flavored with butter, garlic, and Romano cheese), and it had Jet 10 toppings (10 toppings). With the flavored crust and that many toppings, you'd think it would be soggy, but the crust was crisp, the toppings were fresh, and the flavoring on the crust meant we really weren't going to discard the edges uneaten. Hands down the best pizza in town! My only concern is that they skimp on the toppings and I have to tell them each time to add two toppings of pepperoni on my pizza. There have been many occasions where we ask for two toppings of pepperoni, but only receive the amount of 1 topping. read more
